Location and service are great. Breakfast (extra charge) is amazing! Rooms are bright and clean, we got lucky to get a pool view room, and yes the rooms have a balcony. Elevators work, so does AC and wifi (even by the pool). The bar pool is a nice plus and not expensive. The sangria for 3 euro is awesome (not watered down).
Very family oriented, nice guests and not loud (no music parties).
The only downside is the room size is very small and the kitchenette is tiny with not enough utensils/tools to prepare food. Please add more such as a cutting board, more knives, more cooking utensils.
24 hour receptionist service makes me feel safe.

Basic but clean recently renovated apartments. The 1 bedroom is pretty small for a family of 4 but we managed for 10 days. Balcony area spacious but could be doing with comfier seats and bigger table. The self catering kitchen had no wine glasses and tiny tumblers. We faced onto street rather than pool and preferred this as it was quieter and got the sun afternoon into early eve.
Pool are was great esp the kids pool for young kids who love the water album maybe cant swim yet. My youngest is 6.5 and eldest 9.5 and they both enjoyed this pool. Very spacious and mostly the one depth of about 0.9m.
Food wasnt great. We tried the breakfast buffet once which was not bad but the dinner buffet we also tried once was pretty poor.
Pool bar staff mostly friendly and also the reception staff very helpful.
Entertainment wasn't up to much but we weren't fussed about that.
Walk to alcudia strip down to beach and left was about 20-25mins with some lovely restaurants reasonably priced too. The strip was to the right when you come out apartments about a 10min walk but didnt really like the vibe but did go to one nice restaurant on the canal.

[HALF BOARD]
Very good hotel. Our room was number 512 and it was decent. It had a bathroom with 2 sinks and a large shower, a small kitchen + dining table with a fridge, some cutlery, and glasses. The main bedroom had 2 beds linked together with soft mattresses. Samsung TV in the bedroom, and a Tesla TV in the main living room. The living room also had 2 single beds in an 'L' shape but these had a very tough mattress. TV's had channels for Spanish, German and English.
The people at the front desk are kind and we had no issues with them. Towels require a €10 deposit per towel (eg. €40 for 4 towels) and the money is then returned when you give the towels back at the end of your stay. With Half-board, you get access to breakfast and dinner. The breakfast had the same food offered every day. Sausages, baked beans, bread, coffee, juices etc. However, dinner was different every day. This hotel does a thing where every day there is a new cuisine. (We had American, Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Mallorcan) This means there is quite a wide variety of food served for dinner every day. However, there isn't much options for picky eaters.
The location isn't actually in Alcudia, but rather Port D'Alcudia. Despite it being on the other side of the island, it is only a 50 minute drive from Palma, so you can get here from the airport quite quickly. It is about a 3-minute walk to the beach which is sandy, no stones, and has some of the clearest water we've seen throughout the island. Drinks were not included with half-board, so we walked about 5 minutes to Lidl where we could by water, Coca-Cola etc, to put in the room's fridge. If you rent a car, this location is great since there are plenty of free parking spaces on the streets surrounding the hotel, so you don't need to pay.
