Excellent location for holiday with children. Well organised place place. Staff was ever so helpful. Don't think twice, it's convenient to take children here so you can have a break as well. Little train stops right outside hotel and drops you off right be the beach, free ride every 15-20 minute.

I went here as a child so it was lovely to return. Brought back so many memories. Room was okay. Clean and tidy and a place to lay ur head.. Pools were lovely slightly cold but once u in ur fine.. Staff are very hard working and lovely reception staff amazing our flight got delayed and we didnt get to the hotel until after 1am.. They laid on some food for us. Cheese breads and tea and coffee which was needed. Thanks... Bus man was lovely... Entertainment was good we played bingo 3 nights.. Water park was good even though I'm an adult food and drinks were amazing so much to choice from .. Will definitely be back.

1-Star Review: AVOID This Resort – Deception, Hidden Fees, and Vile Food * Systemic Deception & Forced Financial Trap: The hotel advertises one room layout (with beds for all guests) but provides a different, smaller one. We, and many others, were immediately forced to pay a €350 upgrade upon arrival to get suitable sleeping arrangements. * Vile and Low-Budget Food: The food quality is extremely poor. High-demand items (like desserts) were often not refilled quickly or at all, leading to a chaotic, stressful "grab-what-you-can" scramble in the dining areas. * Hidden & Mandatory Fees: This all-inclusive is riddled with extra costs: * In-room safe is not free ($40 per week). * No complimentary bottled water—you are forced to buy expensive water from the store daily. * On-site ice cream shop is a separate, costly up-sell. * Security Risk: Do not leave anything unattended. Small items were stolen from our sun loungers while we were swimming. * Rude Staff & Poor Service: We encountered rude dining staff and TUI refused to accept responsibility for the misleading room advertisements. Final Verdict: This resort combines systemic deception, poor product quality, and customer-hostile operations. Factor in the cost of a forced upgrade, water, and safe. Strongly advise booking elsewhere.

Globalis is perfect for familie with small children. Offseason. Dont know if the formula holds during high season. Downside was a lot off flashy machines. That draws in children like flies..bouncy castles that cost money..so a lot of temptation for children that is not included in the all inclusive. Food was ok. Set up wasnt. Almost all days long lines. But if you are flexibal (does not matter what time you eat), lines get smaller. But with children you are kind of 'stuck in line'. There is a small bus that goes to the beach and its an easy walk 1,6 km so basicaly 1 mile. Our room had 4 beds but 1 was to hard to sleep on. Luckaly we were with 3 persons.

The rooms were full of bugs and the blankets had stains on them. When we arrived, our room wasnt ready until 2 pm exactly. But overall the people were kind and the service was decent. Too much smoke though, cigarettes and vapes were sold at the minimarkets.
