Just got back from a week's all inclusive holiday here. Were a little worried due to other reviews posted but we had an absolutely amazing time!
Cannot fault the staff at all, constantly cleaning the rooms, restaurants and pool areas and rooms kept clean throughout our stay. Staff were very helpful when one of the children had some sickness overnight (due to one-too-many puddings)
The hotel and water park themselves are perfect for families. Never too far from a toilet or bar for refreshments. Great music played poolside throughout the afternoon. Plenty of sun loungers surrounding all pools and slide area with a couple of shops within the resort for essentials or trinkets.
Food was a little repetitive, hence the 4 star review, with queues during busy periods instead of a classic buffet style where you could just go help yourself at any section of food. However, catered for all tastes and cultures with specialty foods on different nights.
No anti social behaviour. No drunk parents falling over and ignoring their kids. No problems with room sizes or cleanliness. Excellent kids entertainment from 8pm onwards, with poolside entertainment throughout the day too.
Handy little bus tram that can take you to the beach for free too, and the beaches were stunning.
Overall, an amazing family holiday with lots of memories made for the kids. Would happily stay here again more than once.

Staff where amazing.
Cleaning staff was always doing a great job.
Entertainment was great.
In and around the pool.
The little bus that takes you to and from the beach was different and fun for the kids.
And I loved how we where not too far away
from any food, drinks, or toilets.

We're just about finishing a 7 day holiday here. I wouldn't really recommend this place unless you absolutely must have the water slides (tbh it's like 5 slides and after 2 days the kids got bored of them). The biggest issue for us was the horrible repetitive food. They have 3 restaurants and every day it's just the same, and it's not even decently cooked. By the end of the stay we basically gave up on the restaurants and had lunch or dinner outside.
The cleanliness of dishes and glasses at the restaurants were dysmal. As were the queues, especially for breakfast.
Noise was also an issue. Our apartment was located nearby the compound's industrial laundry or some other facility that made a 24/7 rumbling noise.
So many people smoking!!
On the pro side, there's a little trenet that takes you down to the beach, which is lovely.

This was a very nice hotel very friendly staff and loverly rapid water slides. I would recommend for any age . So many things to do ! There is a giant pillow that you bounce off to go into the water but you get told off for everything ! I also was drying myself of after a shower and I found 5 ants on it !! Also the rooms there are ants and flies everywhere ! And the Wi-Fi is poor I haven’t been able to contact any family members and my sister have birth and couldn’t contact her !! But other than that I have enjoyed it so much xx

We had to move rooms because of the sewage smell wafting through the air-conditioning unit.
The second room seemed better, though all rooms are dated looking, however when the guests upstairs flush their toilets it sucked the water from the shower trap letting the sewer smell back into the room. We had to plug the trap with a towel and remove it when we showered. The room was invaded by ants, they were everywhere. On my kids' couch bed in the kitchen, the floor, our bedroom, and the bathroom.
If you want to sleep, forget it, the walls aren't insulated. From other guests walking past outside shouting/talking to the cleaners dragging furniture around the other apartments, to maintenance staff, who start around 7 am talking loudly and using strimmers/leaf blowers.
The entertainment at night is the same rehashed stuff that we had to endure when our kids were babies, they're teenagers now. Baby shark etc..ugh.
The entertainment staff, though good are difficult to understand and are incoherent as they shout through the microphone in broken English.
Speaking of staff, the small bald guy with the earrings at the bar is quite rude, as is the elderly British woman at reception.
On a plus note, my daughter can't eat gluten and the chefs were fantastic to deal with, no issues there.
There are lots of trip and fall hazards around the loungers heading to the water slides at the bouncy pool. My wife badly sprained her toe on an uneven paving slab, and another guest's kid face planted too while we were there. We brought it to the attention of a staff member who told us to " be more careful".
I had another review on TripAdvisor, however, the management of Globales Bouganvilla reported it and it was taken down. Folks, if you can, spend a bit more and stay elsewhere. This "holiday" cost nearly €4k, It was not relaxing.
I read the reviews before going and thought it was just a couple of guests moaning, but they were spot on.
