We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Wyndham Residence Golf del Sur. Our accommodation was large, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped — far beyond our expectations. Not only were bath towels provided, but also separate beach and pool towels, which was a lovely touch.
The apartment was spacious, with two showers and a bathtub, and we really appreciated the generous supply of essentials like toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing detergent, and even washing machine and dishwasher tablets. The furniture was of high quality, and the living room had a large flat-screen TV (around 48 inches).
Check-in was smooth and efficient — the lady at reception was extremely friendly, informative, and proactive in sharing helpful local tips without us even having to ask. She truly went the extra mile.
The communal areas were clean and well maintained every day, and all the staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy and welcoming. Our accommodation was spotless, even on top of the wardrobes — not a single spot was missed.
The location is very convenient for exploring the island by car, and it’s a great choice for travellers with minimal luggage since the hotel provides plenty of toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a kettle and a separate coffee machine for real coffee lovers.
If you’re into plane spotting, you’ll love it here — the hotel sits right on the approach line to the airport, giving you a unique view of aircraft coming in to land.
Overall, Wyndham Residence Golf del Sur exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay again!

The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom as well. They supplied towels for the pool, it was really nice.
Overall the place was clean.
The hot water was not enough for two consecutive short baths.
However, it was nothing like described. I booked a studio apartment, that by the photos looked really nice and modern. They gave me an apartment on the ground floor really outdated and honestly looked old and not so comfortable.
The location was good though.

Lovely, homely feel. Bar/hotel staff friendly and went out their way to be accommodating. The appartment was clean and well fitted. Good shower and very comfortable bed. Pool was a good temperature and always plenty of sunbeds available. Enjoyed walking along the coastal boardwalk to the harbours. Lots of nice restaurants.

Fabulous week at Wyndam (ex Sunnigdale CLC) upgraded to a 3 bedroom what was actually a detached house. Beds comfortable , maids so friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was OK, but the staff were lovely. Entertainment nightly was a nice touch also. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay we will be back!

Lovely apartment, clean, bright equipt with all the things you need, including separate air conditioning in the bedroom. Modern and nicely finished with plenty off parking.
There is a bar and restaurant, which was not expensive, and pool area is clean and well kept. The pool itself was lovely, clean and cool but not cold.
For our stay unfortunately the location wasn't ideal, we made the mistake of booking "Wyndham Residences" only to find there are multiple sites, and we had booked one that was not where we thought it was (our fault, but be careful) so we ended up a fair distance from where we wanted to be.
The complex is on the approach flight path to the airport so periodically there are planes coming into land, which can be quite noisy.
There are restaurants and bars within walking distance but not much variation and very little Canarian authentic food/drink, most are British influenced.
