The hotel was great, the staff were polite & welcoming & the accommodations are on the whole kept to a good standard.
The breakfast was delicious & the range available was vast & plentiful.
The mattress was comfortable, once turned! Unfortunately the protector sheet & fitted sheet were too small for the mattress, so we found ourselves constantly having to remake the bed & fix it if we got up overnight, we stayed 11 nights & did not have our bedding changed within this time, however our towels were changed midway.
Otherwise, the housekeeping service was efficient, and I would rate it 4 stars for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in my room. Additionally, the WiFi connection was satisfactory, also receiving a 4-star rating.
There was loud music played at the pool bar area from around 10.30 until 6pm each day, with only a few playlist options, so we heard music being repeatedly played every 45 minutes or so. It would have been acceptable & tolerated far better had the loud music been for e.g. aqua-fit classes 45 minute sessions, once or twice per day with the volume reduced to background music at other times; this would have been far more conducive for conversation and for the enjoyment & relaxation of those perhaps wanting to read, enjoy peace on their balcony, etc. I did call the front desk on two occasions to ask for the music to be turned down, the volume did not noticeably reduce, for more than 5 minutes, so did not see the point in further requests being made. So, if loud repetitious music is not for you, I would recommend requesting a garden view room, rather than poolside, or seeking alternative accommodation.
As a teenager of the 1980’s I generally liked most of the songs on the playlist, now I think if I hear Cindy Lauper or Bonnie Tyler sing again I’ll need treatment for PTSD, ‘this girl just wanna have peace!’ Thankfully, we had hired a car & we were able to get out; but if we were in during the day we ended up sitting inside with the windows & patio doors closed - not how we imagined our holiday really.
VitalClass is a lovely place & it is in a really good location for exploring the island; I so wanted to enjoy the accommodation more, but I was unable to concentrate on a book or a crossword or get any sense of peace & relaxation during daylight hours!
Such a shame, if I was guaranteed that the music situation would be addressed I would definitely return there, but for me this would be an absolute dealbreaker otherwise

Really enjoyed my stay at Vitalclass, we had breakfast included, very good choice of food. Staff were amazing, from reception to cleaning staff. The steps to the room were an issue but next time I will request ground floor. Would have preferred if cash was accepted at bar and spa. But we worked around this issue. Had a lovely massage. A bit far out from the main area but taxi always available and reasonable price. Hoping to get back next year.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even Better the Second Time Around!
We just returned from our second stay at Vitalclass Hotel Lanzarote, and it was just as wonderful—if not better—than the first. It has officially become our go-to destination for a family holiday.

Spotless & Comfortable: Standards haven’t dropped a bit. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and provided the perfect setup for the family.
Perfect for Kids & Entertainment: It remains an exceptionally kids-friendly resort. The entertainment team kept the energy high and the kids thoroughly amused, making it a completely stress-free holiday for the adults.
Returning to a hotel can sometimes come with the worry that it won't live up to your memories, but Vitalclass Lanzarote exceeded expectations all over again.
If you want guaranteed great service, pristine accommodation, delicious food, and a perfect family vibe, look no further. We are already counting down the days until our third visit!

My stay at Hotel Vitalclass was truly wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm, the facilities are very well maintained, and everything is designed to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable.
I would especially like to highlight the restaurant buffet, which was always varied, fresh, and delicious. A special mention goes to the chef for the quality, creativity, and care shown in every dish — you can truly taste the passion behind the cuisine.
The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional at all times, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their kindness and dedication made the experience even more enjoyable.
A fantastic stay that I would happily repeat. Highly recommended!

Great hotel been couple of times and never fails to deliver. Choice of food is excellent and quality is spot on. Drinks are great and compliment the food service. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to manager who has a great team around who are helpful and always smiling. Until next year memories will last. Nice healthy stroll to local bars and shops taxi’s cheap around 5e into resort
