I am currently here now and I seriously cannot fault the hotel. The rooms are amazing I cannot believe how big they are. Spotlessly clean and cleaners come in everyday. Food is delicious. Good choices at all meal times. Always some food on the go from breakfast through to evening meal.
Mini disco if you have kids at a reasonable time 8.30pm I have stayed in a lot of places where this starts at 9.30 which for a lot of kids is too late .
Drinks and cocktails all good.
Would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return.

Just had an amazing stay at Vitalclass in Teguise! 🌟 The room was spotless every day, and the cleaning service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was a feast of delicious options, and dinner was equally impressive. Plus, the Wi-Fi was super reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. Highly recommend this place! A special thank you to Nadia and Veronica for the kids club, they were amazing. Also a big big thank you to Sebastian in reception who was always helpfull, we were late for the shower before leaving the hotel and they opened the gym only for us as we didn't know that on the weekends the gym is opemed only until 5pm. ⭐️

We stayed here in August 2025, booking two rooms for our party.
One of the rooms was fine (although we didn't use the kitchen area), but the second room, which was occupied by a pregnant woman and a child, was infested with cockroaches. We reported it to reception, and the initial solution offered was to spray the room. That simply wasn't an acceptable option with a pregnant woman and child staying there, especially considering the amount we'd paid for the holiday. Thankfully, after complaining, they were moved to a room in a different block, which was much better. We did still spot one cockroach during the rest of our stay, but nothing like the original room.
The food was very average. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with very little variety, while lunch and dinner were okay but nothing memorable. By the end of the week, we were genuinely looking forward to getting home and eating some fresh, better-quality food.
The pool itself was fine, but everything came out feeling slimy afterwards. A white swimming costume was even stained green, which was really disappointing.
Overall, this holiday didn't live up to expectations or justify the price we paid. There are far better hotels available at a similar price point, and unfortunately, we wouldn't return or recommend staying here.

My recent experience at Vitalclass in Teguise was exceptional. The cleanliness of my room was impeccable, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of high-quality options, making each morning enjoyable. would not hesitate to return for another stay, as the overall service and amenities were outstanding. Highly recommended. However dont be fooled by the wifi it isn't very good accross some parts of the hotel especially in the room

Really enjoyed my stay at Vitalclass, we had breakfast included, very good choice of food. Staff were amazing, from reception to cleaning staff. The steps to the room were an issue but next time I will request ground floor. Would have preferred if cash was accepted at bar and spa. But we worked around this issue. Had a lovely massage. A bit far out from the main area but taxi always available and reasonable price. Hoping to get back next year.
