Great location here with bus 66 from the airport dropping you just oitside. The rooms here are like small bungalows with the kitchen and living space downstairs and a short slight of stairs for the bedroom upstairs. There's a balcony for hanging clothes and a table and chairs for the outdoors . There is a massive pool which usually has enough space for all guests and there is a pool gym session and activities during the day. The food is decent quality what you pay for really. Alcohol is only included in the all inclusives but if you are out during the day you may prefer a half board. Mostly Spanish speakers with great atmosphere. Reception can get busy at times and there could be queues for assistance. 25 mins walk from the beach and sun dunes or 7 mins taxi for around €6. It is very well connected with direct bus 70 to Aqualand or Palmitos park. I would recommend especially if on a budget. There are supermarkets close by and with the utensils and cooker in your room you could make your own food if you feel to.

A Pleasant Short Break, but Several Areas Need Attention — 4/5
Vistaflor Bungalows in Gran Canaria is generally a good choice for a short, relaxing break. The self-contained bungalows provide guests with a useful degree of privacy and independence, while the pool area is attractive, clean and generally well maintained.
The food was enjoyable overall, with a reasonable range of options available at each meal. However, the all-inclusive drinks service was a significant weakness. The main bar was frequently unstaffed, the drinks machines at lunchtime were often out of order, and the absence of an outdoor pool bar made obtaining refreshments unnecessarily difficult. These repeated problems noticeably detracted from the all-inclusive experience.
The accommodation itself is functional but dated. The bungalows would benefit from redecoration and modernisation, particularly within the bedrooms and living areas.
The management of the sunbeds was another source of frustration. Although rules were displayed regarding the reservation of loungers, they did not appear to be enforced. Towels were regularly left on sunbeds for several hours without anyone returning, leaving insufficient loungers available for other guests.
There were also concerns regarding customer service. In particular, a security guard was unnecessarily rude towards several guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and was not in keeping with the otherwise pleasant environment.
Overall, Vistaflor offers comfortable self-contained accommodation, a pleasant pool area and enjoyable food. With improved drinks provision, better enforcement of the sunbed rules, refreshed accommodation and more professional customer service, it could provide a considerably stronger all-inclusive holiday experience.

We stayed at Vistaflor for a full week during Zumba Camp 2026, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and safe. The entire environment is beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the pool area, and everything felt comfortable and well organized throughout our stay.
What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. A big thank you to Nourdin, Fran, Alberto, and Antonio, and also to the wonderful ladies at the hotel whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
The service was top-level the whole week. The food and drinks were great, the entertainment was fun and lively, and the pool area created the perfect place to relax after long days of dancing. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the staff were always accommodating whenever we needed anything.
Hosting a large group like our Zumba Camp for an entire week is not easy, but the Vistaflor team handled it wonderfully. Their hospitality, positive energy, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.

We had a great time at this hotel. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly. There was no problem keeping a bike in the room, which we really appreciated. The pool is very large, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re still thinking about booking this place, go ahead—I can only recommend it.

Once again our 14 day holiday comes to an end, coming here 10 yrs now, always 100% given by all staff,from waiters, dining room staff, reception, reservations, cleaning staff, and maintenance. Management ,Oscar thank you again for taking care of us on our last day, pool side rooms have been updated and are fab, more updating being done soon, if your planning a holiday in Maspalomas, choose Vistaflor you won't be dissapointed. We look forward to coming back again in a cpl months and spending another holiday with the Vistaflor staff ( who are like family to us).
