My partner and I stayed here in January 2026 and we were quite happy with our stay. The location was great, the service was friendly and the price was reasonable. I’ve listed the pros and cons below:
Pros:
- Location: it’s about a 15-minute walk to Jumbo Centre (there’s a bit of a hill, so be mindful if you have mobility issues), 25 minutes to Cita Centre and around 45 minutes to the beach. If you enjoy getting your steps in, this is a fantastic spot.
- Service: the staff were very friendly. We had a group of people near our room who were quite loud for a couple of nights in a row into the early hours, so the staff moved us to a better room and were very apologetic.
- Decent price.
Cons:
- The facilities and, more specifically, the rooms are very dated. While the rooms were kept clean, they could do with a deep clean and renovation. The material on the base of our bed was coming apart and one of the wheels was defective causing the bed to rock. This was repaired by the hotel eventually. We would estimate the rooms were last renovated about 30+ years ago.
- All-inclusive: I wouldn’t recommend going all-inclusive because the alcohol quality was poor, to the point where we didn’t drink any except the lager, which was Amstel on tap at the time. So, unless you plan to just drink lager, I wouldn’t recommend going all-inclusive.
- The food was okay - what you would expect for the price.
- The rooms are very close together so if you get some noisy / inconsiderate guests nearby, you're unlikely to get a good nights sleep.
Overall, you get what you pay for, and considering the price, I would say this hotel is worth staying at if you find a good deal.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel offers very good value for money, especially considering the overall quality of the experience.
The bungalows were spotless, well maintained, and clearly looked after with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. The food was good and fresh, with a nice variety available. While it was sometimes a bit mildly seasoned and lacked a stronger character, it was still enjoyable and well prepared.
Breakfast was a highlight: the coffee was very good, even though not all of the coffee machines were working at all times. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit and different types of bread, which made mornings especially pleasant.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for cleanliness, friendly service, and a solid quality to price ratio.

Our experience was simply amazing from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind — honestly, some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met! They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of.
The food was excellent — delicious, rich, and varied, with something for everyone every day. The atmosphere throughout the resort is beautiful: peaceful yet lively, with a great pool area, lovely surroundings, and everything always perfectly clean and well maintained.
The entertainment team deserves a special mention — the evening shows, live singers, and activities were full of energy and fun. You can really feel how much effort they put into making everyone enjoy their holiday.
We loved every moment here and can’t recommend Vista Flor Bungalows enough. We’ll definitely be back!

We have just returned from a week’s holiday at Vistaflor, and we had a truly wonderful stay.
Unfortunately, my mother became dehydrated and unwell, but the receptionist, Satti, was an enormous help. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and made sure we got to the hospital quickly and safely.
Afterwards, she checked in on us several times and showed genuine care in asking how we were doing and whether my mother had recovered.
We can highly recommend Vistaflor.

The bungalows are smaller than expected, and the “double bed” is actually two singles pushed together. The upper balcony is also quite small you cannot sit out there. The showers are difficult to get to a steady temperature, constantly going from very hot to cold. The appearance of the apartments are tired and needs refreshing.
The pool area itself is brilliant, very clean and a good size but despite signs saying that sunbeds cannot be reserved, people were putting towels out around 7:00 a.m., so be prepared for that. Also sunbeds are very close together. The beer selection on the all-inclusive is very good, but the cocktails are not great. Breakfast is quite limited, and the afternoon snacks are mostly cold. The choice of food in the evening is also fairly limited. This is something that can be improved on.
The free bus service to the beach is fantastic, but make sure you know where to get the return bus back to the complex, as it can be confusing the first time.
On a positive note, the entertainment team is excellent and all the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They really make the stay enjoyable.
Location is out of the way, a slight uphill walk to the jumbo centre (about 15 mins) and a taxi to the lighthouse maspalomas where you can find some lovely bars and restaurants costs around 9 euros each way.
