The hotel is a good value for the price you pay. Bungalows desperately need refurbishment. We didn't expect much, and overall it was ok. Half board was a good option for our holiday as we went out after breakfast and returned before dinner. There was always something decent enough to eat, but overall limited options and mostly bland food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaness was good enough, however some days there was no cleaning service. Pool area is very basis, not enough sun beds. Cheesy music, bingo, and similar entertainment, but we didn't mind. We didn't spend much time in the hotel. The location is good, but too far to walk to the beach with kids. It wss difficult to find parking.

My partner and I stayed here in January 2026 and we were quite happy with our stay. The location was great, the service was friendly and the price was reasonable. I’ve listed the pros and cons below:
Pros:
- Location: it’s about a 15-minute walk to Jumbo Centre (there’s a bit of a hill, so be mindful if you have mobility issues), 25 minutes to Cita Centre and around 45 minutes to the beach. If you enjoy getting your steps in, this is a fantastic spot.
- Service: the staff were very friendly. We had a group of people near our room who were quite loud for a couple of nights in a row into the early hours, so the staff moved us to a better room and were very apologetic.
- Decent price.
Cons:
- The facilities and, more specifically, the rooms are very dated. While the rooms were kept clean, they could do with a deep clean and renovation. The material on the base of our bed was coming apart and one of the wheels was defective causing the bed to rock. This was repaired by the hotel eventually. We would estimate the rooms were last renovated about 30+ years ago.
- All-inclusive: I wouldn’t recommend going all-inclusive because the alcohol quality was poor, to the point where we didn’t drink any except the lager, which was Amstel on tap at the time. So, unless you plan to just drink lager, I wouldn’t recommend going all-inclusive.
- The food was okay - what you would expect for the price.
- The rooms are very close together so if you get some noisy / inconsiderate guests nearby, you're unlikely to get a good nights sleep.
Overall, you get what you pay for, and considering the price, I would say this hotel is worth staying at if you find a good deal.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel offers very good value for money, especially considering the overall quality of the experience.
The bungalows were spotless, well maintained, and clearly looked after with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. The food was good and fresh, with a nice variety available. While it was sometimes a bit mildly seasoned and lacked a stronger character, it was still enjoyable and well prepared.
Breakfast was a highlight: the coffee was very good, even though not all of the coffee machines were working at all times. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit and different types of bread, which made mornings especially pleasant.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for cleanliness, friendly service, and a solid quality to price ratio.

Have just returned from 8 nights half board at the Vista Flor. On a positive note the staff are all super helpful and friendly and the grounds are very well kept. The bungalows are basic and small but comfortable enough for 2 people to share. They lack simple things like a socket beside the bed which I personally found quite frustrating.
The resort falls flat when it comes to food. The breakfast selection for hot food is shocking, overcooked scrambled eggs, hot dog type sausage and some form of cooked ham pretending to be bacon. All pretty much inedible. We tried breakfast twice and both days were equally terrible. The dinner was not any better. Macaroni cheese that has never seen any real cheese in its life was about as brave as I could stomach from the limited selection of food.
Needless to say we only ate in the restaurant 3 times before giving up and just going out for all of our meals.
One other thing to mention is the amount of cats that are roaming about, day one at the pool we had to move to the other side of the pool as all we could smell was cat pee. I’m not sure if they had forgotten to clean that area of the pool that day as it seemed to be the only day we had this problem but it’s not really what you want to experience when you’re chilling by the pool.
This is not a bad resort to stay in if you’re planning on eating out but if you’re going half board/all inclusive be prepared to come home a couple of kilos lighter than when you arrived.
I had actually booked this place for 14 nights from the 31st December again, but that was before staying here. I have now cancelled and rebooked elsewhere.

We appreciate the staff so much. Everyone is lovely, especially the animation team. Doing their best effort to make people have the best holidays. Our kids enjoy it a lot. They danced and forgot about their shyness.
The only con is the cyclists who were using the small roads to practice. I don’t understand how this is allowed, as they literally broke tiles on several places
