I had an excellent stay at the Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel in Hurghada as a solo traveller, on the recommendation of @Suzannatravelsolo on tiktok From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which immediately made me feel comfortable and well looked after. One of the things that really stood out was the personal service. By the second day, the staff already remembered my favourite drink and it was ready almost as soon as I sat down. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel very well looked after. I would also like to give a special mention to the hostess in the main restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was exceptional — always welcoming, professional, and making sure guests were comfortable. Another standout member of staff was Osama Mores, who went above and beyond during my stay. His service was truly above exceptional and he is a real credit to the hotel. The front of house manager was also extremely accommodating and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were happy throughout their stay. I would also like to recognise the wider team — from security, pool staff, grounds staff, and the restaurant teams — everyone was super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. As a solo traveller, that friendliness really made a difference and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the service, facilities, and atmosphere made for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The gardens are stunning and very well maintained, and the whole place has a calm and elegant atmosphere. The service from the staff is excellent – everyone is very friendly, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Osama and his colleagues for making us feel welcome from the first minute. Everything is very clean, the food and drinks are good, and the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable. It is a quiet and relaxed hotel with a pleasant, high-quality ambience. This was our fifth stay here, and we will definitely come back again next year.

Our stay at the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel from 13 May to 20 May was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt relaxed and at home. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sea view room, and waking up every morning to those stunning views was truly unforgettable. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful — immaculately maintained, peaceful, and incredibly well kept. Every area, from the gardens to the pools and beach, was spotless and cared for to the highest standard. What really made our holiday so special was the wonderful staff. Every single member of the team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference and added so much to our experience. This was our third visit to the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel, which says everything about how much we love this resort. Each visit has been amazing, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We are already planning our return trip for 2026 and cannot wait to come back again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for another unforgettable holiday.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Clean tidy rooms. Comfy beds. Service was abit slow when ordering drinks and the food was good. It is a 5 star hotel but could do with a few things tidying up as starting to show age. Like the hot tubs (dont work) Also you have to remember a 5 star hotel in egypt isnt the same as a 5 star hotel in europe. Also sea/beach isnt the best. For this you need to go sharm el sheik

We are currently staying at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel and, so far, our experience has been very positive. The food is excellent, with plenty of variety, and the service has been outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful, there are always enough sunbeds available, and the public restrooms are clean and well maintained. However, there are a couple of issues that we hope will be resolved. Our room does not have hot water, which is disappointing. In addition, although we are a group of three couples staying in separate rooms and tried to make reservations from the first day, we have not been able to get tables at some of the à la carte restaurants. It would be helpful if guests were informed more clearly about how far in advance reservations should be made. Overall, we are enjoying our stay and look forward to the rest of our holiday.
