Our stay at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and every meal was a pleasure. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and welcoming. The reception staff were always friendly, professional, and smiling, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Mr. Noor Qasim, who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful during both check-in and check-out, treated us with genuine kindness and respect, and continuously followed up to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was that he remembered us during our entire visit, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hurghada!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, the food quality was excellent, and the service was always fast, friendly, and professional. The staff were helpful and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that fell below my expectations. The variety of food could be improved, as the selection became repetitive after a few days. The beach is also very shallow, which may not be ideal if you enjoy swimming. Considering the overall experience, I don't think the hotel offers the best value for the price paid. In addition, the parking area has no shaded spaces, so my car was exposed to direct sunlight throughout my entire stay, which was quite disappointing. One more thing that really bothered me was that the Egypt vs. Australia match was not broadcast anywhere in the hotel, despite being a major sporting event. Fortunately, the management assured me that any future Egypt matches would be shown. Despite these points, I still appreciated the cleanliness, food quality, and excellent service. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience

The hotel is good value for money, a lot of families and very happy setting, rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool crew, Especially lshazly who was serving us drinks and snacks was very amazing and had a great attitude the whole day. I would say the pool crew i all made me make this a five star review instead of a 4. Exceptionally well mannered and very good with the children. 🤝❤️

What a beautiful hotel! We’ve had an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The rooms were cleaned and restocked to a very high standard every day, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Our stay at the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel from 13 May to 20 May was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt relaxed and at home. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sea view room, and waking up every morning to those stunning views was truly unforgettable. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful — immaculately maintained, peaceful, and incredibly well kept. Every area, from the gardens to the pools and beach, was spotless and cared for to the highest standard. What really made our holiday so special was the wonderful staff. Every single member of the team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference and added so much to our experience. This was our third visit to the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel, which says everything about how much we love this resort. Each visit has been amazing, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We are already planning our return trip for 2026 and cannot wait to come back again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for another unforgettable holiday.
