Four days into our seven day holiday and we feel completely at home… we’re already planning our return! ❤️ I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
The customer service has been exceptional. Every single member of the team has been warm, welcoming and helpful. They made such a thoughtful effort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was incredibly appreciated.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, the communal areas and our room are immaculately clean. The breakfast and dinner included with our package have been delicious every day—so much variety, all prepared and cooked to perfection.
There is something for everyone here: sports bar, chill out areas, pool with music, family pools and quieter adult areas, we’ve never struggled to find a sun lounger. The evening entertainment has been fantastic too - the live singers are top notch, we love hearing their voices drifting through our open balcony doors as the sun goes down.
The location is perfect - La Caleta is a very pretty part of the island, there are shops and a small mall just a short walk away, and we have beautiful sea views from both our balcony and even from our bed. There’s also a good gym, padel courts (with great quality coaching sessions available - a nod to Alan!), an extensive spa, and two fabulous restaurants, Seen and Yakuza. It really does have everything.
One piece of advice, though: after a nightmare experience with Love Holidays, who completely ripped us off on a room upgrade, I’d strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and impeccably clean. Every area is maintained to the highest standard. The adults-only area was one of our favourite parts of the resort – peaceful, elegant, and the perfect place to relax by the pool.
The staff were warm, professional, and always went the extra mile to make our stay special. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a huge variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and luxurious.
The location is excellent, right by the seafront promenade and within walking distance of great restaurants in La Caleta.
This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We will definitely be back!

A truly unforgettable stay
This is our first time in Tenerife, and although we are only halfway through our holiday, we can already say that this has become one of the best holidays we have ever had.
We are extremely happy that we chose Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort. During our walks along the coast, we often say to each other that this is the most beautiful hotel in the area — and we genuinely mean it.
Everything has been excellent: the service, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and the outstanding cleanliness throughout the hotel, not only in our room but also around the entire resort. The team is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
We would also like to give special thanks to Zsuzsa, Gabriel, and Fanni for their warm and personal welcome message, which was a very touching surprise and meant a lot to us.
We have already decided that we would definitely love to come back, because we feel so happy and comfortable here.

A true 5 star hotel. We had the most dreamy, relaxing holiday with our two children. Couldn't fault anything- fantastic food, immaculate rooms and facilities, lovely pool. Sun loungers were plentiful and it was very easy to pop to nearby shops, restaurants, etc. But what stood out the most was the service. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We felt very cared for and valued. We will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel. The check-in experience was warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms. The two main outdoor pools are excellent with plenty of sun loungers surrounding the. The additional pools within the quieter, more secluded adults-only area were also nice to spend time around.
The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of high quality food and drinks. The on-site restaurants are also very good and worth visiting even if you're not a guest at the hotel.
Good selection of other restaurants nearby and a Hiper Dino convenience store just a short walk away.
With our departure time being much later in the day than the room check-out time, a courtesy room with shower facilities was offered which is always nice to freshen up before travelling home.
