I don’t even know where to start. Our time there was magnificent. From the moment we stepped foot inside the hotel lobby to check in, we felt completely at ease and we knew our vacation was about to be great. Not only the hotel is stunning, but the people in it make you feel truly appreciated. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the guy at the pool serving us drinks (honourable mention to our guy Giovanni). Truly, we couldn’t be happier. If we’re ever in Tenerife again, you can be sure we’re coming back to Tivoli. Thank you so much for making our vacation so much better!

A truly unforgettable stay This is our first time in Tenerife, and although we are only halfway through our holiday, we can already say that this has become one of the best holidays we have ever had. We are extremely happy that we chose Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort. During our walks along the coast, we often say to each other that this is the most beautiful hotel in the area — and we genuinely mean it. Everything has been excellent: the service, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and the outstanding cleanliness throughout the hotel, not only in our room but also around the entire resort. The team is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We would also like to give special thanks to Zsuzsa, Gabriel, and Fanni for their warm and personal welcome message, which was a very touching surprise and meant a lot to us. We have already decided that we would definitely love to come back, because we feel so happy and comfortable here. We can only recommend this hotel to everyone. We are truly grateful to be here, and this holiday will remain a wonderful memory forever.

An amazing stay — highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was very well organized, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff deserves a special mention. The level of service was outstanding — everyone was friendly, professional and always happy to help. All our questions were answered quickly and clearly, and whenever we needed anything, the staff responded immediately. We really appreciated how attentive and welcoming everyone was. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the location is great — very close to the sea, which was a big plus for us. The food was also a real highlight! We especially loved the fact that the cuisine changes every day. During our week-long stay, we had different themed cuisines, such as Italian, Mexican and others. This was a great idea because the food never felt repetitive. Breakfast was also excellent, with a huge variety of options — there was everything you could want and even more. Another great feature is that the hotel has three swimming pools, including an adults-only pool. We particularly loved that there is a freshwater pool — definitely a big plus for us! ❤️ The only small downside for us was the depth of the pools. If you prefer deep swimming pools, this might be something to keep in mind, as the deepest one seemed to be around 1.5 metres. For us, who enjoy deeper pools, it was a little disappointing, but this is obviously a matter of personal preference. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were very happy with our experience. Beautiful surroundings, great food, excellent service and wonderful staff — we would definitely come back! ❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout our stay was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which really made a difference. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our 15th wedding anniversary while we were there, and the hotel helped make the occasion even more special. We also treated ourselves to a hot stone treatment, which was a real treat and the perfect way to relax and unwind. We genuinely had such a wonderful time that we’re already looking at booking again for next summer. That probably says it all! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

A very good hotel for demanding clients. It has a 2 pools 1 with sweet water one with salt water. Very good location, very nice view from the sea view rooms. There are three restaurants inside the hotel. All of them are really good one with good quality food. The drinks are also nice. It is a little bit expensive but it is a hotel for demanding customers. I think it's worth it.
