We loved it from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we enjoyed our stay so much. We have never been in such a luxurious resort. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so helpful and kind. Especially Fran & the pool concierge boys; they made our stay so special. The food was lovely; lunch in Oasis was our favourite, the drinks were great, the evening entertainment was brilliant, we will definitely be back! I’ll miss the sunset view from our balcony!

We stayed at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora at the beginning of November and had an absolutely wonderful experience. As a family of four with an 11-month-old and a 2-year-old, the resort truly had something for all of us. Our older child loved the kids’ club, while our younger one especially enjoyed the RedLevel soft play area. The family pool and pirate ship were also a huge hit.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Naomi and Dylan at RedLevel were incredibly accommodating and fantastic with our children, helping with everything from early dinner reservations to thoughtful in-room amenities. Rosana, the manager, was warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was seamless. In the restaurants, Beatriz and Rober made dining with young children far easier than usual with their fun, attentive service.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing holiday that genuinely caters to traveling with young children. We will certainly be back in the future!

Our stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora was simply wonderful, an experience that exceeded all our expectations from the very first moment. The surroundings are spectacular, with views of the ocean and Mount Teide that convey a peace that is hard to describe. The facilities are spacious and beautifully maintained, with an atmosphere that perfectly combines luxury, tranquility, and nature. Everything invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy at your own pace.
We would like to make a very special mention of the Oasis Restaurant, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. The quality of the food is excellent, with flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with great care. Every meal became a special moment thanks not only to the cuisine, but also to the warm, friendly, and professional service provided by the entire team.
In particular, we would like to highlight Bea, Javi, and Erika, three people who truly make a difference and turn the service into something exceptional. Their kindness, constant attention, friendliness, and dedication made us feel at home from the very first day. Always with a smile, attentive to every detail, and eager to make our experience even more special. It is clear when people work with passion and care, and they convey this in every gesture.
Overall, Hotel Palacio de Isora is a place we would definitely love to return to. A beautiful hotel in a privileged setting, with top-quality gastronomy and, above all, a human team that turns a simple stay into an unforgettable memory. The stay at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora turned into one of those trips where you genuinely feel taken care of. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always kind, and consistently professional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every single day, which made the whole experience feel effortless.
All the on-site restaurants were truly top-tier, with excellent food quality across the board. Cocktails and ice cream were especially impressive — rich, fresh and genuinely delicious. Breakfasts changed slightly from day to day, so there was no monotony, and everything was served in unlimited quantities, which felt wonderfully indulgent.
The pool is not heated and filled with saltwater, but it was still enjoyable, and there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, even at peak hours. A few small things could improve the comfort even more — having razors and cotton buds available in the room would be helpful. The mattress was on the firm side, and the duvet setup was a bit unusual, placed between two sheets rather than in a cover, which felt strange at first.
The amount of activities was a highlight: astronomy sessions, table tennis, tennis, daily entertainment, and live music. The territory of the hotel is absolutely massive, beautifully maintained, and perfect for long walks. The location is about 20 minutes from Las Américas, but this distance is actually a benefit — the area is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing.
We will definitely return — the hotel truly delivers a premium experience.
