Our stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora Hotel in Tenerife was, overall, a fantastic experience. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully maintained facilities, lovely gardens, and ocean views that help you unwind from the very first moment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort is one of calm and quality.
We would especially like to highlight the gastronomy at the Oasis restaurant, which pleasantly surprised us. The variety, the quality of the products, and the presentation of the dishes are all at a very high level. Every meal was a real pleasure, with options for all tastes and always made with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. You can truly see the care and professionalism behind every service.
But the best part, without a doubt, has been the team. All the staff at Oasis made us feel at home from day one: attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. A very special thank you to the managers Bea, Erika, and Javi, who stand out for their professionalism, organization, and exceptional service. It’s clear there is great teamwork and a genuine passion for creating a memorable experience for guests.
All in all, a hotel we would definitely return to and highly recommend for its facilities, its excellent dining options, and above all, the warmth and quality of its team. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Wow just wow!!! This is an amazing hotel with great facilities and lovely pool and lovely staff. The breakfast bar is really nice and the salt water pool is truly incredible! The tap was is not the best so they say that we can get some mineral water from the reception but a lot of people were buying from local super market (super dino or the gas station). Would be great if this if offered from the hotel.
The room is spacious and the balcony is lovely! The adult pool and family pool is warmed so that was nice. People taking seats with towels is a bit annoying but other than this it was all great.
There are tours that we can book which would have been great to know before we came but there is a lot of amenities in the hotel as well.
Paddle was really fun and gym is nice too! The only part would not have paid was the spa which was very average and not worth the money. The closed seaside area (not part of the hotel) is nice for snorkelling but we almost got robbed so make sure you do not leave any valuables when you are in the sea. The scuba centre is always closed so you can contact over whatsup, which made it difficult to book snorkelling or diving.
I would highly recommend for breakfast to go before 8:00 AM.

A magnificent and beautiful hotel, architecture and interior, well-kept garden areas, many swimming pools and especially the infinity pool is breathtakingly beautiful. It is also huge and a sea water pool. Many restaurants to eat in and the food was wonderful time after time. The buffet dinner was also of high quality, the selection was dizzying and the food themes changed daily. Our room was spacious and beautiful and especially the bathroom with two rain showers and a jacuzzi was luxurious. Every evening there was entertaining evening entertainment. And the staff was incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. I had read reviews that said the staff would be rude, we never had such an experience during our week-long holiday! We had a wonderful and memorable holiday, we will definitely come back again!

This is not a 5 star experience!
The natural setting is amazing and all outside, pools, garden etc look fabulous and are very well maintained. The rooms are very large but you can see that they need a refurbishment, they look outdated.
The breakfast has everything you want, no doubt about that, but the quality of food is mediocre, not a 5 star type of buffet breakfast.
The biggest downside was that we had kitchen cockroaches in the room, walking on the cups, glasses, my make up, clothes, it was disgusting. I did report it through their QR code and at the reception, but only after I sent an email, 3 days after, they offered us a change of room and upgrade. I did not ask for an upgrade, that is not what i needed. What we needed was, for the price paid to not live for 3 days with cockroaches.
I did flag this to the manager and asked for a refund on those days, but they said that they don’t have on file my request- how convenient: you ask guests to scan the QR code for everything they need and then say that you don’t have any record of the compliant. By email you cannot deny it, that’s true.
All and all, a disappointing experience, I would not recommend it and i will not be returning.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The rooms are well appointed, spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. The biggest let down at this hotel is the service, particularly at the main restaurant. Tables not set up properly (no salt and pepper etc) lack of complete cutlery sets and it all generally feels chaotic and shoddy. No offer of coffee at the table at breakfast, lack of drink service in the evenings. I think they are genuinely understaffed. Also the weather has been very mixed during our stay and they are not set up for this at all. Total lack of areas to go when it is raining. They set up a make shift seating area/bar in a conference room with hard plastic chairs arranged in rows. It's a very ordinary hotel, charging premium prices. I would recommend staying at a more luxurious hotel in the canaries if you are looking for a 5 star experience.
