Ok here for 33 days and have a guest coming to stay , I’ll report my first week and add on from here !!
I’ve had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful, which really makes a difference. Room service has been excellent, and the housekeeping team have been wonderful, keeping the room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay.
I also visited the spa for a facial, body scrub and massage, and the treatments themselves were fantastic. The therapists were professional and the experience was very relaxing. The only downside is that the spa treatments are quite expensive, so it’s something to be aware of when booking.
The spa facilities themselves could do with a little more attention. There was unfortunately a large dead bluebottle fly in one of the water tubs and the water looked a bit dirty, which suggests it may not always be cleaned as regularly as it should be.
The buffet restaurant is beautifully presented, with a lovely selection of food and very attentive staff. One small thing I would have liked is the option to sit at the same table each evening so you can get to know the staff a little better. One of the ladies serving at dinner was absolutely excellent and very professional.
I am staying here for 33 days, so I will update this review as my stay continues. One small disappointment so far is that for a stay of this length, and with a guest visiting for a week, there have not been any additional perks or recognition for a longer stay, which would have been a nice touch.
Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay with genuinely lovely staff, just a few small details that could make the experience even better.

A magnificent and beautiful hotel, architecture and interior, well-kept garden areas, many swimming pools and especially the infinity pool is breathtakingly beautiful. It is also huge and a sea water pool. Many restaurants to eat in and the food was wonderful time after time. The buffet dinner was also of high quality, the selection was dizzying and the food themes changed daily. Our room was spacious and beautiful and especially the bathroom with two rain showers and a jacuzzi was luxurious. Every evening there was entertaining evening entertainment. And the staff was incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. I had read reviews that said the staff would be rude, we never had such an experience during our week-long holiday! We had a wonderful and memorable holiday, we will definitely come back again!

This is not a 5 star experience!
The natural setting is amazing and all outside, pools, garden etc look fabulous and are very well maintained. The rooms are very large but you can see that they need a refurbishment, they look outdated.
The breakfast has everything you want, no doubt about that, but the quality of food is mediocre, not a 5 star type of buffet breakfast.
The biggest downside was that we had kitchen cockroaches in the room, walking on the cups, glasses, my make up, clothes, it was disgusting. I did report it through their QR code and at the reception, but only after I sent an email, 3 days after, they offered us a change of room and upgrade. I did not ask for an upgrade, that is not what i needed. What we needed was, for the price paid to not live for 3 days with cockroaches.
I did flag this to the manager and asked for a refund on those days, but they said that they don’t have on file my request- how convenient: you ask guests to scan the QR code for everything they need and then say that you don’t have any record of the compliant. By email you cannot deny it, that’s true.
All and all, a disappointing experience, I would not recommend it and i will not be returning.

We are still staying in this resort, which I must say is amazing! All the stuff are incredible, polite and always there to help you. We had a small issue with our room the first day, but Alejandro managed the situation professionally and changed our room.
The hotel itself is fantastic with a very beautiful central piazza where a lot of things happening every hour.
The pools are amazing with the infinity Poole being absolutely stunning!
I had read a lot of reviews about the food not being good, but our experience was very different. We found the food really good and the buffet breakfast and dinner amazing with quite a lot of variety changing every day.
The entertainment was also amazing. I was never following the entertainment of resorts but this one was amazing. My daughter loved all the different activities every day especially the dancing every night and the Poole carpet. The staff managing entertainment for the kids were lovely and engaging!
Finally the rooms are very spacious. The beds very comfy with large and practical bathrooms. Housekeeping could be a bit better.
Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. We will definitely consider the same resort if back in Tenerife

Overall, our stay was good, but in my opinion this hotel does not meet true 5-star standards.
One issue was the pool area, where not all loungers had cushions. Without them, the loungers were quite uncomfortable.
Our room was also in need of a deep clean. The ceiling light was covered in dust that looked as though it had been there for years, which was disappointing to see in a hotel of this rating.
Although snacks are advertised as being available, the only snack consistently offered at the bar was crisps. Anything else seemed difficult to find and required asking multiple staff members.
The biggest disappointment was the service regarding food before our early morning departure. I asked at reception whether anything would be available to eat before we left and was told that sandwiches and pastries would be provided in the reception area. However, I was not informed that this service ended at 7:00 am. When I raised the issue with the receptionist who had taken over, he showed little interest in helping and made no effort to find an alternative solution. A simple request to the kitchen for a few pastries would have made a significant difference.
Finally, the kettle and coffee machine in the room had extremely short power cords, making them inconvenient to use. The only practical way to use them was to place them on the floor, which is neither convenient nor appropriate.
While we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, the cleanliness, service, and attention to detail fell short of what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
