Wow just wow!!! This is an amazing hotel with great facilities and lovely pool and lovely staff. The breakfast bar is really nice and the salt water pool is truly incredible! The tap was is not the best so they say that we can get some mineral water from the reception but a lot of people were buying from local super market (super dino or the gas station). Would be great if this if offered from the hotel.
The room is spacious and the balcony is lovely! The adult pool and family pool is warmed so that was nice. People taking seats with towels is a bit annoying but other than this it was all great.
There are tours that we can book which would have been great to know before we came but there is a lot of amenities in the hotel as well.
Paddle was really fun and gym is nice too! The only part would not have paid was the spa which was very average and not worth the money. The closed seaside area (not part of the hotel) is nice for snorkelling but we almost got robbed so make sure you do not leave any valuables when you are in the sea. The scuba centre is always closed so you can contact over whatsup, which made it difficult to book snorkelling or diving.
I would highly recommend for breakfast to go before 8:00 AM.

An excellent experience from start to finish at Restaurante Oasis. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and you can tell that every detail is carefully considered. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.
I especially want to highlight the waitstaff team, who were attentive, professional, and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Also, a special mention to the managers, Erika Bea and Javi, for their hard work and dedication; it’s clear that good management makes everything run perfectly.
Definitely a place to return to and recommend. Thank you for everything!

This review may change but right now I'm so annoyed with the experience. After 1.5hrs queuing at passport control (not their fault, obviously) I was looking forward to checking in and relaxing. Our group has 3 small children so we were keen to grab dinner and go to bed as we only got to the hotel at 9pm. Despite being a 5 star hotel they were understaffed and we waited about 20 mins for the family in front to check in. We then got some dinner. I'm vegan. I don't generally expect people to know what that means but I do expect people in a restaurant of a 5 star hotel to. I was told one dish was vegan only to find out later if wasn't. I spoke to four staff. Only Ramesh and someone on desserts and bakery seemed to understand. Signage to rooms isn't good enough either. And I've been told that for the entirely of our 7 night stay I have to wear a cloth wristband like I'm in some cheap theme park. I really hope the rest of the stay improves as we're here to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday
UPDATE
I've now moved it up to 3 stars after Carla from guest experience reached out as things have improved. She's made a big effort which I appreciate so I can recommend that aspect of the hotel. All the staff are courteous and helpful. In particular, Leidy and Roberto have both been incredibly helpful.
But they seem a bit short staffed at points, and certain things aren't understood that I would assume at a 5 star hotel. But that's an issue for the hotel and not for the individual staff who are doing their best.

A magnificent and beautiful hotel, architecture and interior, well-kept garden areas, many swimming pools and especially the infinity pool is breathtakingly beautiful. It is also huge and a sea water pool. Many restaurants to eat in and the food was wonderful time after time. The buffet dinner was also of high quality, the selection was dizzying and the food themes changed daily. Our room was spacious and beautiful and especially the bathroom with two rain showers and a jacuzzi was luxurious. Every evening there was entertaining evening entertainment. And the staff was incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. I had read reviews that said the staff would be rude, we never had such an experience during our week-long holiday! We had a wonderful and memorable holiday, we will definitely come back again!

Very disappointing stay – not comparable to a 5-star experience
Please be aware when booking that this hotel does not meet 5-star standards; in our experience it felt closer to a 3-star property.
Service throughout the stay was poor. Calling reception from the room meant waiting on the phone for 5–10 minutes each time, and staff were generally not helpful. For example, when we asked reception to help book a restaurant, we were told this could not be done over the phone and that we had to walk to reception in person, despite the rooms being quite far away.
I travelled with friends for a relaxing break, yet we were allocated rooms directly in front of the children’s pool. This meant constant noise and no sense of peace. It would make more sense for this area to be prioritised for families with children rather than guests seeking a quiet stay.
Our “deluxe” room also had no balcony, which was unexpected for this category.
Pool drinks were served in plastic cups, again not what one would expect from a hotel marketed at a higher standard. Breakfast was buffet-style and the coffee was very basic — black coffee with milk served separately, with no barista service available, which feels like a minimum expectation at this level.
The bed was also quite uncomfortable, although the pillows were acceptable.
Overall, we left very disappointed with the service and facilities, which did not match the level advertised.
