We were in the hotel complex for 8 days as a family vacation with larger group all age categories from kids to retired. Overall impression good.
Positive:
Rooms were spacious enough, not the newest ones but comfortable. All areas were clean and we have seen several times during day that staff was cleaning paths, pools, toilets,... etc. For one week the area was enough to relax and find a corner or place to pass time. Gardens very nice and maintained well. Sea not really swimmable, as water was approximately 20 cm high for 400meters from the beach. So we have taking our bath in plenty of pools. Food was good, drinks : variety. Juices cold served in bars, alcohol local production. I asked for wine card, but answer was: only house wine red, white, rose.
Besides main restaurant there are Mongolian, Chinese, Mexican, Indian and grill steak house restaurants, where is possible to get table upon reservation.
We have tried indian one and was really good. Better than main restaurant.
Outside of hotel are small shops.
We were told, that the neighbour ressort Titanic Beach is ailable for using tobogans, water attractions too.
Negative:
Staff was generally helpful and nice, only two problems: when I have sent kids to return 3 towels, the staff wanted to give them just 2 cards back. Which led to argumentation. Is not fair , as I would then to pay by check-out for it. Then second conflict was at the check out when returning key cards, my daughter brought back to reception key during the stay without beeing noticed and my explanation was not accepted. Very unpleasant argumentation where I had to pay for that card. Here I understand the reception clark, that he has his process, but does management of this hotel really want such painful argumentation to break generally good impression of other staff? This is a big improvement area. Painful really.
Unfortunately, I must recommend to guests to be aware and prepared for this behaviour.

We stayed at Titanic Palace and had a really good holiday overall.
The food was absolutely beautiful — this is the first time I’ve been on holiday and genuinely enjoyed the food every day. There were so many different choices including steak, Chinese, noodles, Japanese food, waffles… you name it, they had it.
The entertainment was a little poor for us, although we didn’t go to the aqua park as that didn’t interest us, so we mainly spent our days around the pool. I do think they could do a bit more daytime entertainment around the pool area. The Saturday beach party was definitely the highlight of the trip.
One criticism would be that the evening entertainment is held at the beach. Personally, I think it would be better outside the restaurant area where there are tables so you can sit with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. It would also help break the evening up with things like shisha or pool in the entertainment room. They do play up-to-date music around the pool all day, which was good, although the pool was quite cold.
The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Everyone was very polite, always smiling, and constantly saying hello to guests.
I would definitely come back next year and I’m already looking at staying here again or trying Caves Beach Resort.
And if your coming be prepared to be bitten by mosiqutos

The rooms are a bit dated, but they are very clean, everything is well kept.
The hotel has magnificent stuff, everyone is working around you like a beehive all the time with a smile on their face.
The food choice is pretty good, not only the buffet breakfast lunch and dinner but you've got a choice of many ala carte restaurants that are included in your all inclusive stay.
I've been here 14 years ago and came back again and plan to come back even more times.
It's always a pleasure to stay at Titanic palace.

Hurghada is obviously booming as they are building resorts everywhere, so the place is a bit if a building site! However once inside the resort everything is as it should be.
I'd suggest having a room at ground level as the water pressure in our 2nd floor room was pretty lousy, but enough to have a hot shower at the end of a gruelling day in the sun! We used a ground floor room to freshen up and change prior to taxi to the airport. Water pressure was much better. Just ask at reception for a temporary room, as it's really handy to be clean and in UK clothes when you leave!
We had issues with some very aggressive males who tried to break into our room at 2 in the morning. It took almost an hour and my husband yelling "wrong room" a couple of times, for them to get the message and take their shouting outside. Security were made aware but didnt sort it quickly enough. We fed back to management, so hopefully if this situation happens to anyone else, they will be sorted out quickly.
Food is great - lots of variety & several extra restaurants you need to book in advance. Chinese & Indian very good.
Being off season, there is no issue finding somewhere to relax and staff are very attentive & remember you from one day to the next. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy and kids are well catered for.
