Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty choice for breakfast options, all fresh and well presented. I only had evening meal one night which was a Mediterranean night, again a good selection of dishes, the greek souvlaki chicken was really nice. Staff were helpful and professional. I also enjoyed a swim, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi in the spa. I'd happily stay here again if I returned to Sliema

The city view balcony room is large and clean. Mostly looking modern with furniture. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Bathroom had a bathtub but I didn’t use it. The hotel is modern in general.
The room has British power sockets but luckily one European outlet as well. USB outlets didn’t work (tested all 3) and it seems to be issue for other travellers too. The wireless charging station either works when light is on or is extra sensitive. Not sure what was the issue but my battery died over night which isn’t normal if wifi/mobile network is off. This is the reason for giving 4/5 for the room, small thing but major effect. Most likely they would give you adapter from the reception if asked.
Staff were friendly and professional.
Spa is quite small but works for relaxing, just don’t expect luxurious space.
Location is excellent for eating, shopping and public transportation. Direct bus connection to the airport and Valletta, Ferry to Valletta close by (check status from their FB).
I stayed solo for 2 nights in February. Over all good for the price I paid and would visit again.

Had a fabulous week here at the start of Easter, our travel company said there was building work and so would we like to swap hotels, we declined and I'm so pleased we did. Our room was lovely and clean, no complaints at all. We had a great balcony, so lovely sea view and also moon view for the new moon, absolutely gorgeous. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were delicious and tasty, a different theme every night meant we never got bored. We got a free bottle of wine to celebrate the hotels birthday which was a lovely surprise. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and it would be my first choice if I booked a holiday to Malta again. Thank you to everyone who works here, you all made our holiday one to remember...

Very good location in Sliema. Bus stop across the street, with very good connection with other places in Malta. Very pleasant staff. Room was OK, but little bit outdated for 4 star hotel. I had beautiful view, every morning I saw sunrise from my balcony.

We arrived 22nd January. Put in a room on the fourth floor in the new building. Reception staff were welcoming and very friendly. Couldn't checkin until 14:00
Rooms are nice, modern. Some have balconies, some dont. We got allocated one. We got free WiFi that worked brilliant. You get a fridge and kettle in the room. The only down side for us was the bulding work at the back. We kept door shut. Some of the plugs in the room are European and not 3 pin UK adaptor.
The shower in the bathroom was crap but it worked. The power was terrible.
If I did visit Malta yes I'd stay here again.
