Excellent location and very family friendly. It has a heated pool that the kids adored playing in, as well as an unheated one. Everything we go to here in Adeje was in a comfortable walking distance.
The hotel is situated in a sort of a circle. Some of the rooms get little to no sun while most of them get plenty.

This place is completely infested with cockroaches. The staff’s brilliant “solution” was handing us a spray and basically telling us to deal with it ourselves. After coming back from a night out we found cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom, on the fridge, inside the cabinets. Absolutely disgusting.
Then we stepped outside and noticed them crawling all over the trees and pathways too. They’re everywhere.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. It’s gross and management clearly doesn’t care.

Fabulous location, and good attentive staff!... however... the rooms would maybe have been acceptable in 1994, which incidentally, appears to be when they were last decorated. We had a basement apartment, with a good size outdoor space, resembling a soviet prison activity yard! Upon going to bed, realised the curtains consisted of of an outdated thin gauze, which would make Nora Batty's tights look glamorous, and with no prospect of a good lie-in, sadly retired to the fold up camp type bed to see what tomorrow brings!

Totally outdid my expectations- from the bargain price, I was honestly worried I was getting scammed when I booked. The outdoor area, pool, and view is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are so helpful and so friendly. Rooms weren’t super modern, but had all you could ever ask for, very clean, plus an incredible amount of kitchen supplies. The location is right next to the beach, which is convenient, but in a cheaper, touristy part of town (no problems, though). Overall, I can’t believe the value of it. The hotel itself was great.

* We have been unlucky to have been accommodated in a studio apartment with cockroach nest inside. Those little buggers were living in many spaces between the kitchen top and furniture. When we reported the problem the staff was very helpful and kind and they moved us to another room - but alas the problem was there as well! Only after 3rd attempt we've been placed in a room on 3rd floor that was free from those buggers.
* The swimming pools are useless as they are closed since 7pm, during the day they are very crowded though but I didn't use it a single time cause I preferred to sightsee the island. Pity these days you can't relax in the evening with a cocktail in a pool!
* The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional
* Cleaning service was disappointing, room cleaning happens only every 4 days or so, and it's really not perfect as some might say
