The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers everything you could wish for. The pools, beach, restaurants, and facilities are all of an exceptionally high standard.
The food was outstanding with a huge variety every single day. Every restaurant we visited served delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented meals. There was something for everyone, and we looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The animation team deserves a special mention. They were full of energy, incredibly friendly. The staff throughout the entire hotel were exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, kind, professional, and always smiling. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel special and comfortable. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my grandmother, and we were absolutely delighted! The hotel is very well adapted for older guests who may need assistance, for example, with a walking stick. It is not a huge hotel, so everything is conveniently close and easy to reach.
We stayed for 8 days and had everything we needed. The food was excellent, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and always smiling. Everything was beautifully clean, and everyone was always willing to help whenever we needed it.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to visiting again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay and couldn’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
A very special mention has to go to Jazz from the Animation Team, who was absolutely amazing! He was extremely welcoming, friendly and always made the effort to come over, speak to us and make sure we were having a great time. His energy and personality really added something special to our holiday and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We had such a fantastic time as a family and made some lovely memories here. Thank you to Jazz and the whole team at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely love to return!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort. We travelled with our baby and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, and their hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much to ask for – every request was handled quickly, professionally, and always with a smile.
The food was one of the highlights of our holiday. There was an incredible variety at every meal, with fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. We looked forward to each breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and were impressed by both the quality and presentation of the food.
We also loved spending our days at the beautiful beach and pool areas. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing, while the pools were well maintained and offered plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, giving us more than enough room to relax as a family with our baby.
Snorkling: there is coral by the sister hotel next to the resort, so can recommend a free snorkeling experience there!
Overall, this was truly a 10/10 experience. The combination of excellent service, amazing food, beautiful facilities, and genuine care from the staff made this one of the best family holidays we've ever had. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Hurghada.

Melad at the pool bar was amazing, he was so nice, kind, funny and extremely helpful. He definitely kept the tappi tappis coming thick and fast best shot ever. All the staff were so welcoming and really looked after us. We will definitely be coming back here for sure. The Yardes is out favourite restaurant and the Turkish bbq was amazing. The staff in both these restaurants were the most amazing we love all the staff here.
