Spending time at Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada turned out to be a truly rewarding holiday experience, one that combines comfort, relaxation, and a lively atmosphere in a very natural way. From the first impression, the resort feels welcoming and well organized. The layout is easy to navigate, and the overall design creates a sense of openness and calm.
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, offering a relaxing space to recharge after a full day of activities. Cleanliness was consistent throughout the stay, not only in the rooms but also in all public areas. The resort maintained a pleasant balance between being active and peaceful, which made it suitable for different types of guests.

After an incredible stay last year we decided to return and i am so glad we did. We were welcomed back with open arms and had an amazing second stay. There are so many great people here honestly they are a credit to the hotel and the reason we are returning again. The food was beautiful, so much choice, top quality, fresh and delicious. The rooms spotless and have everything you need. We slept well, it was a peaceful, relaxing enjoyable stay. We were blown away, yet again at Crystal Bay. This place and the incredible people who work here, make it exceptional and we cant wait to return. The management care and are always checking you are happy and genuinely value their guests. The place is absolute paradise.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here for a week. It truly is a wonderful find; my husband and I were seeking a relaxed and tranquil week without overly strenuous activities. We spent our time dining, sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying many more meals. The à la carte options were a delightful bonus, and I believe that without them, the buffet might have become somewhat repetitive. This is indeed a perfect destination for a leisurely holiday, especially if one wishes to indulge in good food, sunshine, and relaxation. For children, it might be a bit less engaging, as the aqua park is located at the sister hotel, though we cannot comment on it as we did not utilize it. The evening entertainment was somewhat modest, which we imagine is due to it being the off-peak season. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable for any needs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday; it was absolutely amazing. Would I return? If the price were particularly attractive, then yes, but otherwise, probably not, as I would prefer to explore other destinations.

I enjoyed my 5 night stay at Tui Blue!
Beautiful grounds, helpful welcoming staff, lovely beach and pool area. Clean delicious restaurants and buffet restaurant. Lovely food with plenty of options!
My only criticism is that while the room was very clean and large (deluxe pool view room) it needs a little updating. The bathroom was very clean but needs a little updating to meet 5 star rating.
If evening entertainment is important to you, this hotel doesn't have much.
I would say the hotel isnt the best for children because of the lack of children entertainment and water park.
Overall I would recommend the hotel if you want a very clean hotel, delicious food and ample restaurant options with lovely grounds, pool and beach and very very helpful staff! The hotel is great for adults and couples!

We felt extremely comfortable at the hotel – everything was beautifully prepared, and the staff were incredibly friendly. From the ambiance and service to the cleanliness, luxury, attention to detail, and even the food, everything was very well thought-out and professionally executed. We truly enjoyed our stay and still think back on it with great fondness.
The only downside was the spa: in our opinion, the treatments were overpriced and did not feel entirely professional. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
