Fantastic hotel. absolutely everything we needed for our holiday. rooms spacious and spotless. pools have both quite areas or areas with vibrant atmosphere from the brilliant animation team.
food in all the restaurants was fresh and great tasting with top service from all the staff. special shout out to Joe and Mano on the animation team for looking after us from the day we arrived. also special thank you to Emily in administration for arranging a special day on our wedding anniversary.

Wonderful Experience at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort – Hurghada 🌞
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The service was outstanding from the reception to the housekeeping team — everyone goes out of their way to make guests happy. Special thanks to Manar at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism, and to Ahmed Hassan from Room Service for his excellent service and kindness.
The food was excellent and varied, with top-quality ingredients. The chef even prepared special dishes for me when they weren’t available at the buffet. The Turkish restaurant was also a wonderful experience.
The resort itself is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and one of the best parts is that you can use the facilities of the nearby Sunrise hotels.
The only thing that could be improved is the evening entertainment — there weren’t many night shows and the animation team wasn’t very active.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. 🌊✨

I stayed at SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Everyone was extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing food. The resort has several restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious and freshly prepared dishes – there's something for every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and selection were consistently excellent.
The whole atmosphere of the resort is relaxing and perfect for unwinding. The beach area is lovely, the pool is great, and everything is organized with care.
✅ I highly recommend this resort for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting a fun and safe vacation, and even solo travelers who just want to relax and enjoy great service. I would definitely come back again!

We spent 10 days here and it was absolutely wonderful. The food deserves a ten out of ten – the quality and variety are outstanding, and the choice of restaurants is excellent.
The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always bring a cheerful atmosphere. I would especially like to give special recognition to one of our favorite waiters, Ahmed Sallah. He is such a kind, funny, and caring person – thank you for the amazing service and hospitality!

Had a amazing stay with you was remembered from last year which was really nice.
Food was amazing all the a la carte restaurants the food was delicious and the service was impeccable.
Drinks flow constantly down at the beach the beach is always kept in amazing condition due to Ahmed the lifeguard doing an amazing job. I also assisted him in rescuing a person in distress in the water so an absolute credit to tui and sunrise.
Whatever we needed management sorted it straight away a true 5 star restaurant.
The lady's in the tui office Laura and Katherine are two really nice and amazing lady's I had a bit of a belly issue and Laura sorted this and organized help for me thank you so much.
Really enjoyed the cocktail party you had laid on for people who had returned for multiple times made us feel really special and the man on the saxophone was brilliant.
The rooms could do with a makeover as they are starting to look a little tired but seeing as we only used it for sleeping it didn't bother us so that is just constructive for you.
Everyday I played boolle which was really good fun with other guests we all got on really well even the entertainment Josephine and Izzy aka belly played too so a massive thank you to both of them.
I'm not one really for the shows and sitting upstairs listening to singers who can't really sing there needs to be entertainment which involves the guests otherwise guests just looked bored. We did however on our last night have a karaoke which was really fun myself Louis aka looloo David's the Welsh ladies and scots rocked the night everyone joined in singing Germans Russians Brits everyone got involved singing dancing was really good fun then they stopped it which they shouldn't have done because it went back to a rubbish singer so people started to leave.
We have booked up for next year to enjoy another 10 nights of chilling so look forward to seeing you then thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing.
