I had a wonderful stay at Sunny Days Hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel atmosphere is relaxing, the location is beautiful, and the staff truly make you feel welcome.
A special thanks to Elenna from the animation team — she is full of energy, always smiling, and brings such positive vibes to the hotel. Her activities were fun and engaging, and she really knows how to make guests feel happy and included.
I would also like to sincerely thank Master Ayman at the reception. He is extremely professional, helpful, and respectful. From the moment I arrived, he handled everything smoothly and made sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. His attitude reflects true hospitality.

I’ll start by saying that the hotel territory is large and located in a very beautiful place. There were always enough sunbeds available for relaxing in the sun, and the views around the area are truly lovely.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
We arrived late in the evening and were sent straight to our room. When we walked in, we were honestly shocked. The room was not properly cleaned – it was dusty, the curtains were blackened and torn, and overall it felt very neglected. On top of that, our room was located next to some kind of chimneys or ventilation systems that were making a loud noise day and night, so any idea of a peaceful rest was impossible.
In our booking we specifically selected a room with a balcony or terrace, but this was completely ignored. The room only had a small window that barely opened, and directly underneath was a dining area, which made the night even more uncomfortable.
The next morning we asked to change the room. For that I would like to thank the young man at the reception who kindly helped us and arranged another room with a much better view.
However, the rooms themselves are still quite poor. We happened to visit during a windy season, and the wind was blowing straight through the balcony doors. We had to wake up several times during the night just to close the balcony door again.
The food was also disappointing – either completely tasteless or overly salty. The selection was quite limited and nothing really stood out.
What was the most disappointing part, however, was the service. Out of all the employees we encountered, I can only highlight a few who were genuinely pleasant.
Thank you to the young man at reception who helped us change the room.
Thank you to the woman who was making eggs in the morning for her smile and polite attitude.
There was also a very young waiter in the dining hall who was the only one who showed us a table and asked what we would like to drink.
Another thank you goes to the young man working at the bar on the left side near the bay (the one making coffee) – thank you for the friendly conversation and willingness to help.
And also thank you to the room cleaner.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were very disappointing. Especially the young man working at the bar near the reception – he should really learn some basic customer service skills and not slam drinks onto the counter in anger, splashing guests. I have honestly never experienced such poor service before.
We stayed for 10 days. Russian language and mentality dominate the entire hotel, so if that bothers you, I would strongly suggest reconsidering this place.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel. While the room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable, everything else was a huge disappointment.
First, hygiene standards are unacceptable. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not cleaned—the bathtub and toilet were dirty. Despite being on an All-Inclusive plan, housekeeping completely skipped our room one day. The entire complex is currently undergoing renovations, which means constant noise, dust, and a general lack of order.
The hotel is massively overcrowded, making meal times stressful and chaotic. The food is average at best and very repetitive. You cannot even relax by the pool or beach because the staff is extremely pushy, constantly harassing you to buy paid extras.
Finally, the atmosphere was ruined by the entertainment—hearing Russian songs performed at dinner was shocking. Given the current war and geopolitical situation, this was incredibly tasteless and offensive. Avoid this place if you are looking for a peaceful or clean holiday.

I had read several negative reviews about this property, but upon arrival, it completely changed my mind. At check-in, a manager even gave us his personal number for any needs or requests, proving to be incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
Despite the criticism I’d read regarding the food, we found it to be consistently high-quality and varied. There are live cooking stations where meat is grilled to order, and the menu features new daily additions. Our room was modern, recently renovated, and boasted a stunning direct sea view. Furthermore, the entire staff was professional, kind, and always greeted us with a smile.
Overall, it was a wonderful surprise—a truly relaxing and comfortable experience.
