We spent 4 days in this hotel. This was absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful, give their best for customers to make them happy. They make your stay wonderful. Our house keeper Salama is just the best. Taking care of us and doing is best to make our stay wonderful. Thank you Salama for everything. I really recommend that place. Food is good as well. Room are clean and nice. You are in green area and that make the difference. We will come back for sure!

Amazing hotel for a great price! Really confused about all the negative reviews, this was our first all inclusive experience, felt like we are being spoilt. Only downside is that hotel is by the busy street and lots of traffic noise day and night. We requested to change room after 2 nights and they did it very easily. Food was great, we loved the variety, simple meals, usually we had fish, beef, pasta and chicken to choose from every day. cocktails were with Egyptian alcohol, picked few that we liked and just drunk as much as we wanted (pool bar is open 24/7). Need to pay for WiFi in your room (5 euros for 2 people for a week). Also can use free WiFi in lobby. There are few restaurants and shops on hotels grounds. Nicely kept grounds, clean areas. Entertainment every evening, we only went to one and enjoyed it (seemed best from the list). Staff was friendly and helpful. We are simple people so this was a wonderful experience for us, but negative comments must be from spoilt and fussy people

As I can say nothing about staff guys are absolutely brilliant however who ever menage that hotel should take the bags and go home. After complaining multiple times to a manager about our room where the family of 5 was placed we get response says all was good we have no idea what's your problem is . Well my problem is first room we got 2 beds was broken totally. We get a room 163 windows on main street balcony doors are broken we didn't sleep fpr 10 days our room temperature was 12 degrees same as outside no heating system in room we been travelling with a kids age 8 and 12 . After third bed change in new room we have to keep pillows under bed to support construction from calapsing while child is sleeping. Absolutely a nightmare. Once again staff ate brilliant guys we will remember the effort you have done fpr our family however to a manager of the place we are not a animals my dogs sleeps better then you host us

We were here for 9 nights with all inclusive option. Private beach was clean and nice, rooms clean(little problem with ants in bathroom),people very nice and good. Food ok,nothing special, enough option for everybody. Beer not good at all,it feels like it dosent have alchole in it at all. We drink it all day and we didnt felt drunk. Cocktels were made by some cheap alcoholic drinks,so they were strong. Very disiponted in beer, beacuse we choose this hotel for this.
Location perfect,near centar.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and are genuinely surprised it maintains a 3.8-star rating.
Unfortunately, our stay was affected by serious concerns around hygiene, staff behaviour, and overall management.
Hygiene & Food Safety-
This was the most alarming issue. We experienced food poisoning during our stay, and after observing the food handling practices, it wasn’t surprising. On one occasion, we saw a head chef pick up food that had fallen out of serving bowls and put it back with his bare hands after touching multiple other surfaces. Staff were also touching multiple surfaces and then handling utensils without proper hygiene. After becoming ill, we avoided the hotel food entirely and felt safer eating elsewhere.
Staff Behaviour & Safety Concerns-
As a female guest, I felt extremely uncomfortable. When I was alone, several staff members stared inappropriately, made comments, and even catcalled. Specifically, one memorable occasion was the lifeguard at the beach, when I simply just wanted to get towels. This was especially concerning given that the hotel is very family-oriented, with children present. This behaviour continued even when I was with my partner. The hotel seriously needs to implement staff training around professionalism and harassment.
Facilities & Atmosphere-
The hotel is not as advertised. The photos online make the facilities appear much larger than they are. In reality, there is one small sized pool and two smaller children’s pools. The environment is heavily geared toward families, which made it feel unsuitable for couples seeking a relaxing stay. Also they had several shows which were not advertised to us once. Furthermore, we were pestered several times to go to a club. We are not clubbing people as we wanted a relaxing holiday as we stated, but this would still happen every day.
Room Issues & Service-
We were given a twin room instead of a double/king room. We were told at reception that we should have specified this in advance, which was not made clear during booking. When we asked to change rooms, we were told to check back ourselves the next day rather than staff managing the request. No effort was made to resolve the issue, and we remained in a twin room for the duration of our stay.
Data Privacy Concern-
Shockingly, our personal information (including my full name, which would only be available via passport/booking details) was shared with an external company. This information was then displayed outside our room, alongside unsolicited excursion advertising. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable.
Overall Experience-
We raised our concerns with the hotel, including leaving a negative review during our stay, yet received no meaningful response, support, or compensation—despite falling ill.
We would not return under any circumstances and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
