I first stayed at Mina Mark in 2021 and am currently staying here again. It has been great to come back and see how the hotel has continued to improve over the years.
The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone works hard to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
The rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained. Housekeeping is doing a great job, and everything feels well organized.
The food is also good, with a nice variety of dishes and something for everyone. I have enjoyed the meals so far and always found something I liked.
Overall, I am having a wonderful stay. Mina Mark offers great value for money, a fantastic location, and a team that truly cares about its guests. I am still here, but I can already say that I will definitely come back again.

We spent one week in Minamark and it was in a very good place near to Marina beach.
The waitresses were very polite and nice with everybody, they paid attention to every little things. We are very happy that we could be there and we want to go back there. I want to thank for every single person who works there especially for the room cleaners , waitress and to Ahmed and Samer. I love you guys and i miss you.

Amazing hotel for a great price! Really confused about all the negative reviews, this was our first all inclusive experience, felt like we are being spoilt. Only downside is that hotel is by the busy street and lots of traffic noise day and night. We requested to change room after 2 nights and they did it very easily. Food was great, we loved the variety, simple meals, usually we had fish, beef, pasta and chicken to choose from every day. cocktails were with Egyptian alcohol, picked few that we liked and just drunk as much as we wanted (pool bar is open 24/7). Need to pay for WiFi in your room (5 euros for 2 people for a week). Also can use free WiFi in lobby. There are few restaurants and shops on hotels grounds. Nicely kept grounds, clean areas. Entertainment every evening, we only went to one and enjoyed it (seemed best from the list). Staff was friendly and helpful. We are simple people so this was a wonderful experience for us, but negative comments must be from spoilt and fussy people

Tito animation boy is a funny, kind, and honest person. He made my stay really enjoyable, and Minamark will always remind me of him.
Hotel is a good, food also.
I will back next year.

The beach, location, cleanliness, food, and overall service were excellent. Special thanks to Fady and the whole bar team, as well as Mr. Amr from housekeeping, for their kindness, professionalism, and their hospitality.
However, our check-in experience was disappointing especially (Salama)
He insisted on being unfriendly with us!
we were assigned a room on the last floor without elevator!!!!! It was too hard to handle it with my new born baby and the stroller.
despite the availability of rooms in another building with elevator or the rooms in the ground floor.
Unfortunately, we were told that our only options were either to take the superior room and sure with extra fees or accept the room on the 3rd floor. No flexible solution was offered
