I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The rooms were comfortable, the food was tasty with a good variety, and the atmosphere was always positive.
I would especially like to highlight the amazing work of the animator Samar. She is incredibly energetic, friendly, and professional. Samar always made guests feel welcome and included, encouraging everyone to participate in activities with a big smile and great enthusiasm. Thanks to her, the animations were fun, engaging, and full of positive energy. She truly cares about guests and creates a fantastic vibe throughout the day.
The animation team as a whole did a great job, but Samar really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to keep you entertained and everyone is very friendly and playful with the children. The a la carte restaurants are very good and lots of variety Asian, egyptian, Italian ect. We had a great time and look forward to coming back. The animation team are kind and attentive. We love our stay

Nice hotel with both a modern and an older section. Unfortunately, we stayed in the older part, where the rooms are in need of renovation. Additionally, we experienced significant noise from the construction site next to the hotel. On a positive note, the restaurants are excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant overall. In general, it’s a good place for families and kids, and it will be even better once the entire hotel has been renovated.

Very friendly staff and a very nice hotel specially for families. I think it is more revolved around kids and how to enjoy your time if you have children.
The staff is super friendly, the food is good and very good variety. The water park is joyful.
The rooms are bit old and not spotless clean, but good enough.
