I had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy. Everything about the hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food had a great variety with good quality.
A special thank you to the animation team — they were absolutely fantastic! Always full of energy, friendly, and making sure everyone is having fun all day and night. They really made the experience unforgettable.
The staff in general were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
I truly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. I would give it 5 stars without hesitation!

What an absolutely incredible holiday we’ve had at Sunrise Aqua Joy in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere throughout the resort is second to none.
The biggest reason our holiday was so special, however, was the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Adam and Momo, who truly went above and beyond every single day. They were always there with a smile, made us laugh constantly, and genuinely made us feel like part of the Sunrise family. Their kindness, friendliness, and dedication to making sure guests have the best possible experience did not go unnoticed.
It’s rare to meet people who can make such a positive impact on your holiday, but Adam and Momo did exactly that. Whether it was helping us with anything we needed, checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, or simply having a joke and a chat, they made every day better.
We’ve made memories here that we’ll never forget and are leaving with heavy hearts because we genuinely don’t want to go home! Thank you to everyone at Sunrise Aqua Joy for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation and cannot wait to return in the future.

We had a great time at Sunrise Aqua Joy! It’s such a wonderful hotel. All the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. There was a great variety of food, plenty of pools, and the beach experience was very enjoyable. The aqua park was so much fun, and the entertainment team was excellent , the shows were amazing and truly entertaining.
We will definitely be back again soon!

Booked last minute due to original hotel being of a poor standard. Arrived within 15 mins of booking it and the staff were nothing but amazing. Spot on service, support and communication.
The hotel is in a good location and has a private beach, several pools (which are heated in the winter time!) a small aqua park and plenty of bars, restaurants and seating so you can be sure to find a spot you like!
The hotel has staff offering various trips too. We did the snorkeling and quad safari tours, both were well priced and very good value for money.
Nothing to dislike about here. Some would complain about the ongoing construction work, but it was all done within sociable hours and the staff are attentive to any issues arising from the works.

What made the experience even better was the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel at home. The service was excellent in every part of the hotel.
