I stayed at both stella garden and stella beach nothing much to say about stella garden.
However, stella beach is incredible all thanks to Mr Mohamed Zahran the rooms are super clean, with strong Ac and the hotel has very soothing, fun summer vibes. Overall the hotel is amazing but the best quality there for real at stella the beach is the service all the staff is very hospitable and welcoming including mr Ayman and miss Marina and special recognition for the most humble, kind, welcoming and extremely polite and extraordinary professional Mr. Mohamed zahran he’s the best I can’t imagine how my stay would’ve been without him he fixed all the issues I faced in the stella garden hotel. I strongly recommend stella the beach if you’re looking for calm staycation with fun summer vibes. But if you like loud, action packed vibes stella garden is your match.

We had a wonderful stay at Stella Beach Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful and well-maintained territory, cozy and comfortable rooms, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our vacation even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Mohamed for his kindness and pleasant communication. It was always nice to meet with him, and his positive attitude made us feel even more welcome during our stay.

The service was very disappointing. Most of the staff were unfriendly, and I noticed that they treated Egyptians differently in particular.
Cleanliness was also below average. The pool wasn't clean, and it was especially noticeable at night because it wasn't cleaned regularly. The rooms were very small and not properly cleaned either.
The food wasn't very good either—I've definitely had much better at other hotels.
The evening shows and entertainment were disappointing, even though I visited during the weekend. They also seemed to be mainly for foreigners. The animation team wasn't good either.
Overall, my experience was not good, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Our stay at stella beach makadi was amazing and i repeat stella beach makadi not stella gardens makadi because it is another hotel with completely different standard and very poor quality. we were 3 families and stayed in ground double rooms upper floors dont have elevators. The resort is beautiful with very nice landscape and well mantained. The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, AC is very good while in hot weather, yet the room is a little bit small if with kids but still ok. The food was great and varied specially dinner and you could watch the entertaniment show while having dinner in the restaurant terrace. The snacks at the beach restaurant are very nice also. The beach is rocky there is a small swimable area halfway on the bridge that crosses the corals. The staff are doing there job and no delays, but they need to be more welcoming but i didnt face any problems. The aquapark is a very nice addition and it has elevators. Overall it was a very nice hotel and recommended, special thanks to Mr Hany reception manager.

Very bad service team and food Unfortunately, my stay at Stella Makadi was very disappointing. The food quality was below average with very limited variety, and most meals felt repetitive throughout the stay. The staff were generally unhelpful and, in some situations, came across as aggressive and unfriendly when simple assistance was requested.
The rooms were not up to the standard expected from a resort of this category. Cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement, and the room felt outdated. One of the biggest issues was the temperature inside the room. Despite the air conditioning running continuously, the room remained uncomfortably hot, especially during the night, making it difficult to sleep.
Service was slow, communication was poor, and overall there was very little attention to guest satisfaction. The facilities looked worn out and lacked proper maintenance. For the price paid, the experience was far below expectations.
I would not recommend this hotel and would not consider returning in the future. There are many better options in the area that offer much better value and customer service. very descusting
