We decided spontaneously to travel in January instead of April, and the value for money was excellent. The resort is very large, beautifully designed, and well maintained. The rooms are cozy, well located, and very clean.
The food is by far the biggest highlight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer a huge variety, and the quality is outstanding, clearly above typical all-inclusive standards.
The staff and animation team are very polite, attentive, and service-oriented. Everything is cleaned up quickly, and service is generally very good.
The main downside for us was the aggressive tipping and sales approach. Staff and vendors frequently try to sell services inside the resort, even when you just want to relax. Saying “no” once is often not enough, which can disturb the feeling of relaxation.
There is a large pool selection with a pleasant noise level and an overall calm crowd. The beach itself is very shallow and not ideal for swimming, but the long pier offers excellent snorkeling with many fish.
January weather is perfect for relaxing but not ideal for swimming. We would definitely return, but probably in April next time.

We needed a week of complete relaxing time and that's what we found in that hotel. No rush, no dramas, quiet (in some areas of your choice). Lot of pools including kind of quiet one with bar and relaxing atmosphere but tbh you can find your favourite spot all around the four pools (one for babies). Great long beach with lot of space, sunbeds and parasols. There are two beach bars and lunch restaurant. Long pier will take you to the fantastic reef when you can snorkeling for hours.
Food was good, no problems to find something tasty, a lot of varieties, daily theme menu for dinner.
Room was great, spacious with good quality, comfy beds. Minibar, aircon, tv with lot of international channels. Always clean and tidy.
If you need anything else there is still little shop next to the restaurant or nice market just outside the main entrance.
There is diving center on site offers scuba and snorkeling boat trips.
The only con is that they offer drinks in tiny plastic cups so go to the shop and buy ( bring with you) bigger thermal mug.

Keeley was the most smiling, positive, and empathetic animator I have ever met. She created an amazing atmosphere every single day, always full of energy and genuinely caring about the guests. Her approach made everyone feel welcome and included. Thanks to her, the hotel activities were not only fun but truly memorable.
The hotel itself also deserves praise - great service, clean facilities, and a friendly staff that makes your stay comfortable from start to finish.

Omar Awad (Pool Bar): This young man is a superstar! He was always incredibly friendly, had a huge smile for everyone, and his cheerful attitude brightened our days.
Ahmed Sied (Housekeeping - Room 5209): Ahmed is a lovely, kind young man who took excellent care of our room. He was always eager to help and went out of his way to enhance our experience.
Management, please recognize these two gentlemen with a bonus! They are a huge asset to Stella Beach and truly deserve it.
The only issue (which is significant for us as Dutch guests) was that the beer tap was constantly broken. This resulted in either flat, dead beer in the glass or unappealing bottled beer. As the Dutch beer culture is very important to us, this was disappointing and the reason for the single star deduction.

Me and my sisters had a beautiful time at Stella Beach resort and spa all the staff so helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only complain as our balcony was very small apart from that we don’t really have much to moan about.
