Stayed at the Sindbad for a week. The hotel is amazing for everyone. A quiet pool, a large wave pool and two smaller kids pools. The service is amazing everywhere. All of the restaurants, the lifeguard team and everyone else working here works hard to keep each area clean and tidy.
This is our second visit and we’ve enjoyed it even more this time than the first.
Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything felt well organized, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help.
What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the animation team. They were absolutely incredible—energetic, talented, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their activities and shows were fun, inclusive, and perfectly suited for all ages, creating such a lively and joyful vibe throughout the day and evening. They went above and beyond to make guests feel involved and entertained, and they really made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of how amazing the animation team is.

Incredible holiday!
Family of four - (kids 10 and 8). We arrived very late at night and feeling a bit worse for wear after the flight so just wanted to get straight to bed. The room was only set up for 3 which was a bit disappointing — we had to wait for a 4th bed to be brought to us. The room itself is average, but the facilities in general are absolutely incredible. The staff are fantastic - can’t do enough for you whether that be housekeeping, lifeguards helping finding you loungers in your choice of sun or shade, restaurant staff and bar staff. Buffet is good, à la cartes are AMAZING, and there is no limit to how often you can book. Entertainment is really good, both day and night. Great choice of pools and slides and the beach is fantastic too. We would definitely come back to Sindbad Club!

My Review of Sindbad Club
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
I wanted to provide an honest and transparent account of my recent stay at Sindbad Club. While the hotel is marketed as a 4-star destination, I feel it sits much more comfortably at a 3-star level. It is a case of "getting what you pay for," but there are some specific practices and experiences that future guests should be aware of.
Staff and Service
The absolute best part of this hotel is the people.
• Hardworking Team: From the waiters and servers to the chefs, everyone works incredibly hard. The staff are consistently friendly, chatty, and smiling, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere.
• We found the food to be quite good. While those who are particularly fussy might find it repetitive, there was always a fresh selection of salads and fruit. Having multiple restaurants and bars to choose from was a plus, and the waiter service for drinks throughout the day was excellent.
• The entertainment team is high-energy and dedicated. They put on great shows in the evening and keep things lively by the pool during the day.
The Downside: Constant Sales Pressure
The biggest drawback for our family was the relentless harassment for "extras."
• Poolside Sales: We were constantly approached to buy T-shirts, excursions, spa treatments, photos, and hair braiding. On one occasion, we were asked over 30 times in a single day. Being challenged after saying "no thank you" is not relaxing.
You have to specifically request a "Do Not Disturb" flag from reception to stop the sales pitches while you are trying to relax by the pool.
• Outside the Hotel: The harassment from shopkeepers just outside the hotel gates was equally intense. It was so overwhelming that it actually put me off going out at night.
I feel it is important to mention a very deceptive practice I experienced. The hotel is currently trying to improve its rating, but I witnessed staff members taking guests' phones and manually selecting 5-star reviews themselves. This happened to me directly. I believe this is unfair to travelers looking for genuine feedback, which is why I am sharing this honest 3-star perspective.
This hotel is a decent choice for young families on a budget, but the sales pressure and the misleading review tactics were disappointing. If you go, get a flag from reception immediately and enjoy the wonderful service from the dining and entertainment teams.

Staff...excellent
Food...very good a huge variety Definitely recommend the iced coffee.
Location....perfect you dont need to leave the hotel but right outside the front and rear entrance you have everything.
Beach...very nice plenty of staff to help really clean good quality comfortable sun loungers The bar and food available again a good variety . As its an old Dock you can use the quayside and what's know as the island at the bottom to catch the sun. Your not hassled to take up trips and excursions which is great its about a 5 minute walk put the hotel
Hotel ...its very big and very busy we stayed 13/04/26 for 10 nights. There is a large pool good luck finding a sun lounger . A wave pool also a decent size plus numerous water slides of different sizes including a bowl type and one you ride an inflatable on. Grounds are well maintained and very clean. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. We booked a Premier room with balcony on arrival we had no balcony the next day we were offered another room. Unfortunately it was in an adjacent block joined to the main hotel . We got our balcony but a standard room. We didnt complain as it was a balcony we wanted more. Over all its a decent Hotel and location seems popular with families.
Beware of the Taxi we booked in uber he arrived then cancelled the fair and asked us for Cash and increased the price. All the shops will haggle on price so you get a good deal. Don't give in .
