Sinbad Club hotel was superb for a lastminute sunny getaway. You have the waterslides, pools, spa, a short walk to the beach to relax. Hot & varied food options everywhere. Pizza made to taste near the beach was our fav Mohamed Y was the chef. I think more bar staff at the beach bar or even more waiters to take orders from the beach would be beneficial as no one really likes queuing and can get frustrated when multiple drink orders are made and you have to wait for one. In the main dining area special thanks to Ramadan Ahmed who looked after us & provided a great service for our little getaway. Breakfast omelettes were supurb and pasta made to taste by the chefs. Tried the italian restaurant Al la Carte, which was nice if you wanted a different setting. The service was good throughout. Ahmed took your towels on the beach and helped move the sunbeds which was lovely, always kind. Thank you everyone & hope to visit again in the near future. Sincere thanks from mother and daughter.

We recently stayed at the Sindbad Club Hotel in Hurghada for 12 nights on an all-inclusive basis, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants right outside the hotel, making everything incredibly convenient without ever feeling too busy or overwhelming.
The hotel itself is spotless and clearly well-maintained. You can see staff cleaning and gardening at all hours, which really shows how much care goes into keeping the place looking its best. Our room was always clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
One of the real highlights was the food. The main buffet was consistently excellent, and the on-site à la carte restaurants offered great variety and quality for when we wanted something different. There was always something fresh and tasty available at every mealtime.
Security was another big plus. Staff are stationed at every entrance and exit, and their presence was reassuring. We felt completely safe both inside the hotel and when out exploring nearby.
The pool areas are brilliant—there are three or four large pools and plenty of sunbeds. No early morning rush to reserve a spot, which made a huge difference to our holiday vibe.
The staff were incredible throughout—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great service.

I haven’t had a good experience at the Simbad hotel Because on the day I got there they gave Me, the wrong room and the next day I have to spend the whole day changing rooms because they are over Booking And I don’t recommend getting your room cleaned because I have had a bracelet that has been stolen, which is really meaningful to me because it’s a bracelet with a picture of my auntie who passed away and it really made me annoyed . At this hotel, there is not enough sunbeds I have had to wake up at 5:30 every morning to Get some sunbeds there is not enough at the hotel. The restaurant is really small for the amount of people that they have there And some of the workers there are quite rude. I asked someone I need a table and he wrote his eyes and shocked his shoulders and said I can’t help you it’s too busy but he said it in a rude way but it’s not only him that are multiple workers that are not that nice and welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel I’ve been to Egypt four times and that was the first time I was excited to go home they don’t change the bedding unless there’s new guests and they don’t change the towels until like two days the wave pool is really sandy and really gritty which hurts your skin. The hotel was really un enjoyable. I’ve been watching YouTube videos getting excited and as soon as I got there I instantly regretted coming to the hotel and to be honest it’s the worst hotel that I have ever been to.

After reading positive reviews of this hotel, I am actually really let down by our experience. So this is mine - (it’s long but helpful for those looking for a hotel)
On arrival, check in was a mess. We and 2 other groups were taken to tables, and the man jumped between groups for about 30 minutes without successfully checking anyone in. He could only find 1 of our 2 rooms and kept disappearing with passports. After getting a bit irritated with the chaos, we finally got our rooms, we were told it was 2 next door (connecting) rooms, as were a family of 4. They weren’t. They were about 10 doors apart, so not close at all. I rang up reception and was told I could move rooms tomorrow, I explained I did not want to get settled into a room and then move the next day, especially as this was their mistake. After being pushy they came and gave us two opposite rooms. (Both being with double beds - we wanted 1 room with 2 single beds, but at this point we just wanted to eat, as it had taken so long dinner was nearly over.
^we got a note through the door saying we would receive a complimentary “fruit bowl and mini bar” - we didn’t.
Food wise, buffet was okay, but 3 out of the 4 of us did experience an upset stomach - will withhold details. The buffet was often re-used food from lunch to dinner and unfortunately in the last 2/3 days, it was a 15 minute wait to be seated. The system to book the restaurants was awful, really outdated and complicated, you had to choose what to eat but there was no description of the food - especially the Chinese food.
^Did get served raw chicken at the fresh food bit as the chef didn’t let it cook long enough.
Rooms - basic, outdated and not quite like the pictures, tv very fuzzy. Bathroom is very old looking and the kettle in our room spilled out hot water. The beds were comfy and the room was clean so that was tge important part. Cleaners are good, no complaints with them - mini bar not refilled during stay but water is.
Staff - reception awful, pool staff and beach staff were more helpful - even more so after a cash tip. However, I did feel sometimes a little too helpful - for example i waited at the bar for drinks, got handed the drinks and then they would take them out your hands - even thought I could of walked to the table myself with two drinks. So they do try to do the most in hope of a tip.
Drinks - cocktails very strong, but if you make friends with staff you’ll get “special cocktails” they’re much nicer. Slushies are good but they would run out within the first hour of the day - they will only use 1 slush machine at a time (there 3) assuming to save the pennies. Tea tastes like chlorine.
Last day of the holiday - now this was interesting. We asked for a late checkout and after a firm chat with management - we didn’t have to pay the 15€ late checkout fee due to how awful our arrival and check in was.
As we head back to the rooms to collect our stuff before we were collected, the hotel lost all electricity and was dark. No running water in the room, when the water returned it was yellow and a black liquid shot out of the bidet across the floor. Now that was something.
We were glad to be leaving, the hotel was extremely overcrowded, pool loungers had to be grabbed before 8am and throughout the day if you weren’t seen using yours (even if it had a towel) it would be taken and given to someone who flashed the cash basically- which did cause some issues around the pool. - great entertainment though. Food was too busy, too loud and far too many people, it became stressful to try and eat due to the amount of people.
Overall, I wouldn’t return or recommend, I think for the price point it was a bit of a joke in all honesty. For over 1K per person we expected a stress free experience but the mediocre food/drinks, race to get pool loungers, unhelpful reception staff and the amount of people crammed in - without the means to cater for them, it’s a no.
