Stayed 2 nights to try out the hotel and facilities before moving on to another hotel in the Servatur Group.
Great hotel - superb panoramic views😎
I booked a basic room which had no sea view so I recommend paying more for a better view especially if you are staying for longer.
The dining room has an outside dining area for alfresco dining. Amazing 🤩
It was Half Term so lots of families with kids but that was to be expected. There is an adult sunbathing area which is worth seeking out.
Evening entertainment is the in-house animation team. If you like miming to ‘Grease’ you’ll love it.
Special mention to the Giraffe Costumed character who visited the dining room one morning - a great light hearted bit if fun😂
Opted for the Half Board option which included drinks, this was only soft drinks , beer, wine & sangria from the self service tap in the restaurant.
Free car park is a bonus too.
The Europa Centre is just a short walk up from the hotel and is handy for a late night drink or two. Beware that you may be approached to buy drugs around the centre as the drug dealers are very blatant. The authorities need to stamp this out as it’s not something you expect to see. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but I’m sure that they could feed back to the authorities.
So in summary I would recommend this hotel for a great relaxing holiday and look forward to returning in the future😎

Love love love this hotel, first time travelling as a couple in 20’s. We did go bed and breakfast so can’t speak for all inclusive but the breakfast options were great. Staff are so so friendly, rooms are amazing and the views we had were incredible. Entertainment staff are absolutely brilliant and the little ice cream stand serves the best ice cream we’ve ever tasted. Will definitely come back to this resort, the only downside were the lifts are a little bit and miss, a couple of the lifts broke on us whilst being in them but maintenance were quick to fix. Cleaners came each day and left the room looking amazing, can’t fault the resort at all, 10/10. Thank you for an amazing holiday

I arrived at the hotel around 10:45 p.m. and was greeted by warm, welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a prepared food box, since the all-inclusive service ends at 9:30 p.m.
The room was spotless and offered a lovely partial view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping visited every day without fail, ensuring everything remained fresh and tidy throughout my stay.
The hotel’s amenities exceeded expectations. The all-inclusive buffet featured a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes, with convenient serving times — breakfast from 7:30–10:30 a.m., lunch from 1:00–3:00 p.m., and dinner from 6:30–9:30 p.m. (approximately).
The main pool area was lively and fun, with activities like games and Zumba throughout the day, while the infinity pool offered a more peaceful atmosphere for those looking to relax. We didn’t visit the adults-only pool, as sunbeds were limited and usually taken by the time we went out for the day.
The hotel’s location is excellent — you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. It’s about 709 steps down to the local beach, and just a 35-minute coastal walk to another popular beach nearby. Dolphin tours and various water sports are also easily accessible in the area.
Checkout is at 12 p.m., at which point the wristbands stop working; however, the hotel provides a drinks card and still allows access to the food options. There’s also a secure room for luggage storage, and guests with late flights can use a shower room (possibly for a small fee) so they can continue to enjoy the facilities until departure.
Overall, this hotel provides exceptional service, thoughtful details, and great value for money. I would happily recommend it to anyone

Room Junior Suite
Big and spatious. Very clean. Big terrace with a nice sea view.
Housekeeping
Daily very good housekeeping. Room was very clean everyday.
Food
Very good quality food for an all-in buffet (the best we ever had). Everything prepared fresh. A lot of choice. More like a foodmarket rather than a buffet. Staff is on top of everything and are always cleaning.
Pools
6 pools ranging from kids pools to adults only. Slides for the every age.
Entertainment
Fun kids disco every night, but a bit too loud!

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views of the sea, beach and the town. Our room was spacious and clean with views of the sea and a kitchen area with appliances including a kettle, microwave etc
This hotel is rated a 4* plus - the hotel itself i would agree, the staff and service are not anywhere near 4*.
Out of the 2 weeks we were here, most of the times when arriving for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the tables weren't set or they weren't cleared from the previous people using them. We had to ask on mulitple occasions for our tables to be cleared and for clean cutlery to be provided. This was on an almost daily basis. There was no one to show you to your seats so on many occasions, there were 2 people sitting at a table for 6 which meant we couldn't use the table. Previous hotels in Tenerife (Bahia Principe) always showed you to a suitable table that was always clean and prepared to use.
My 3 year old spilt her drink at dinner and a waitress watched me as I tried to clean it, not that i would expect anyone else to clean my child's mess but I only had table tissues to use that weren't any good for cleaning up spillages.
If you have small children, you'll have to bring them with you to get your drinks as there is no table service, again, for a 4*+ plus you'd expect this type of service to be provided.
The is plenty of food to choose from during meal times with different styles of food, the food was nice but with red meat we had to keep asking for it to be cooked more thoroughly as we don't like blood running out of our meat but thats our personal preference and many people were happy to eat it the way it was.
The poolside was nice and the slides were awesome. They have a great splash park for children as well that our 3 year old loved.
They had no drinks machine nearby which meant you had to lift your child every time you needed a drink which was a bit of an inconvenience unless there were 2 of you there. Maybe a drinks station closer to here would benefit a lot more parents.
All in all, we had a great time here, would have been a lot better if the service was better and the attitude of the staff was more pleasant.
There are better value hotels nearby with better service at more affordable prices.
