We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the very beginning.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes every day. Everything was fresh and very tasty.
A special thank you to the amazing guys who led the aqua fitness sessions. They were full of energy, fun, and made every class enjoyable. We looked forward to it every day!
The bingo nights were also fantastic. Winning a bottle of wine made it even more exciting and created some wonderful holiday memories.
Thank you for such a great experience. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday!

3 days behind me. So far so good. Good choice of dishes. I only miss whiskey in all inclusive menu. Rooms are clean but without AC. It's not a big problem because temperature is around 25⁰C . All the people are very nice. There is a shop hiper Dino near by.

I spent a short four-day holiday at Eden Hotel and I am very satisfied with my stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. The food deserves special recognition – every day there was something different to choose from, including several types of meat, pasta dishes, appetizers, and fresh salads. For children, this hotel is a real paradise: cakes, cookies, fresh fruit, ice cream, and even the possibility to create and decorate their own desserts.
The main swimming pool is a little small and can be quite lively and noisy at times, but for guests who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, this will not be a problem. I stayed in Swim-Up Apartment No. 11, which was an excellent choice. I had a beautiful ocean view and direct access to a small pool, making it easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The evening entertainment was good. It may not be the most spectacular show program, but it provides enjoyable entertainment for guests. As I came mainly to rest and unwind, I appreciated the quieter areas of the resort more than the entertainment itself.
The only downside for me was the location of the smoking area, which was situated between the recreational area and the route to the pool and restaurant. As a non-smoker, I found it slightly inconvenient to have to pass through that area.
Apart from that, I have no complaints at all. In my opinion, the hotel's 3.5-star rating does not fully reflect its quality. I have stayed in hotels with higher star ratings that were not significantly better.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria.

Very simple, comfortable accommodation, could do with updating but does the job, comfy beds and a good shower is all we needed.
Location is ideal, not far from beaches, local attractions and shopping centres, so a short taxi ride and you can be out doing all sorts, food was good, theres always a good variety of food to cater for all tastes, and staff were helpful and friendly, its not a 5* hotel, its budget friendly and they do it well.
Good for families, singles and couples, we will come back for sure

For my first time aborad it was lovely but alot of stairs. For someone who has trouble walking its not ideal lovely apartments shame there is no. Air con and you have to pay. Lovely hotel and staff. Went all inclusive but. Only 3 cocktails were on it do that is. A 0/5 that whats not mentioned anywere very disappointent in that all other drinks you had to pay for. Food was. Okay dont think i would go again though
