Beautiful resort! The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The staff, whether at reception, in the restaurants, cleaning staff, or the entertainment team, are very friendly and accommodating. The resort is very spacious, the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are more than roomy. The entertainment team offers plenty of options every day for anyone who wants to be active. Overall, the entertainment team is very, very friendly and truly goes above and beyond! We'll be back, we have plenty of options in the Restaurant, checken,meat and Fisch

🌴 Review – SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace Resort, Hurghada
Our stay at SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and warmly welcomed. The resort is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and full of life.
Highlights:
The beachfront location is just perfect — long sandy beach, crystal-clear water, and plenty of sunbeds for everyone.
The pools and gardens are large, clean, and full of tropical charm. Whether you want to relax or join the animation team for fun activities, there’s always something to do.
The food was delicious and varied — a wide selection of dishes every day, plus some à la carte restaurants for a special touch.
The staff were exceptional — always smiling, helpful, and truly doing their best to make guests happy. We really felt cared for.
The resort is great for families, but also peaceful enough for couples who want to relax.
A few small notes:
The resort is quite big, so be ready for a bit of walking — but honestly, every corner is worth it.
Some rooms could use a little renovation, though everything was clean and comfortable.
Overall:
It was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! The atmosphere, service, and beauty of this place made it unforgettable.
I would definitely recommend SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace Resort to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, good food, and Egyptian sunshine. 🌞✨

This is my first holiday here in Egypt and therefore also at the Sentido Mamlouk Palace. I would come back to this hotel anytime; it's truly wonderful. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped and clean. If anything is missing, they immediately make sure it's there. The food and drinks are also excellent. The entertainment program is very diverse; the guys and girls put in a lot of effort and organize a great program every evening. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. :)

Amazing hotel, can't recommend it enough, delicious food & drinks, adult-friendly, amazing staff (shout out to "Disco Time" Kareem and room guy from 25303).
We were a group of 20 people and booked 10 rooms at this hotel for 7 nights, between 20 & 27 September 2025. We did it based on the good reviews, and I can say they were well deserved. Except for one couple, who got their room at the neighbour hotel (Sunrise Garden) and were a little bit upset about it, none of us had any complaint whatsoever for our entire stay. I want to start with the staff, in case the review is too long and you don't reach the end. The entire staff, from the reception to waiters, from the room boys to the cleaning personal, were EXCEPTIONAL. They were very kind and considerate, they were sociable and friendly without being harassing, they were funny, always smiled, always treated guests like it was their home. Big shout-out to our room guy (I forgot his name, but we were in room 25303, so if the management sees this, please take him in consideration) and to Kareem from animation (the guy who always yelled "DISCO TIME). They raised our spirits everyday and made us feel like home in that beautiful place. The food from the main buffet and the other restaurants that you have to book (we only been to mexican, spanish & asian) was delicious and very pleasantly presented, really restaurant-quality. What we did not like about the buffet was that at breakfast, in Romania at least, we are used to good meat cold cuts, like bacon, ham, sausages and others alike, which in my opinion they did not have (we personally did not like any of it, maybe it's specific to Egypt and just did not sit well with us), but anyway, it compensated with a lot of diverse dishes, for all tastes (the fresh omelette that the kind lady made in front of us warmed my heart each day). The drinks were delicious as well, cocktails had alcohol and tasted like real cocktails. We are heavy beer drinkers, and I can say the beer was ice cold (at some bars) and had a good taste, but you don't get the buzz from it, it' really light. The entire vibe of the hotel was amazing, the fact that they had the pool split into to sections (one silent, no music, only chilling) and the other more animated (with music, animation, water polo, volley) was an exceptional idea. One thing we feared of was the kid animation program, but unexpectedly, it was well done, at the neighbour hotel where the aquapark is mostly, and at evening at the main stage, but the music was not loud.
