Service is very good, staff are very helpful and polite. Hotel is very nice, clean and easy access. Private beach is lovely and plenty of room and sun-beds to choose from. There is 2 large pools that are very clean, lots of varied food to choose from with plenty of healthy options to choose from, not just lots of junk food. Only reason I do not believe this is 5 stars is because the hotel is rather dated and not new and modern but the hotel is definitely great value for money. There is an excellent kids play area to keep them entertained all day. Lots of fun activities right at the hotel such as kite surfing, scuba diving and camels to ride. Hotel quotes 3 restaurants but only one is included in all inclusive, you have to pay for the seafood and Italian restaurant. Special thanks to moka and the entertainments team.

Mostly a comfortable hotel, buffet food ok, staff reasonable.
All inclusive, it is not, tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, but no milk, that's extra. Beginning of march, its pretty cool, no heating available in the rooms, so not what I call comfortable. Drinks, very average, not what i call all inclusive, no iron in room, as there was supposed to be.TV international service was only BBC news, not able to adjust volume, so audibly was very quiet, all sauna and massage services chargeable, location, in a word, wrap, so you are captive for dining facilities.
You could say, we are a bit disappointed, yes we are still here, day 3 on a 7 night stay .

It was worth every penny I paid. I had no problems during my vacation. The room was clean, and the housekeeper did a good job. I liked the restaurant; there was a wide variety of food, and it tasted good. The common areas were clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The animation team was excellent; I think they were professional in everything. Thank you for everything.

We were here for a rather short vacation of 7 days. Our trip there did not go well, so we were very frustrated and sceptical at the beginning. But on the second day we already changed our minds— the place is great. Yes, rooms are a bit old, but very pleasant and have everything you might need, and every room has a balcony from which you can see the sea.
The beach is nice, we heard that it's one of the best in terms of depth in the area. Also, there always somehow are vacant sunbeds.
The best thing about the hotel is undeniably personnel. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, always happy to exchange courtesies. Another gorgeous part is the food— there are three restaurants — main one, which is buffet style, an Italian place and a seafood restaurant, which are d'hôte, and you can dine in one of them once during your stay for free, although I do not quite recommend it, frankly. At the main restaurant, there is a vast selection of all the different foods, and different for every meal of every day— breads, grains, legumes, meats, fish, salats, sweets etc.
Every dinner chef cooks something on a grill outside (I don't eat meat so I didn't try that, sadly, buy my companion complemented every dish), and again, servers and cooks are very sweet and eager to talk and help.
Also, I would specifically like to thank a cashier Mohamed A. Hamid, who was of great help when we left our bag on the beach and panicked a little when we didn't find it there 😉
Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel and here are some things I would want to keep in mind:
• it virtually doesn't matter there if you use dollars or euros, the price doesn't change (somehow, lol)
• it's better to buy an Internet sim card (30 gb for $6) than hotel WiFi
• the entry to the sea is a bit rocky, so you would be more comfortable wearing swimming shoes.
• where we were there (the beginning of April) there were quite a lot of jellyfish.
• I don't know if that's a thing of the city/ Egypt in general, but there are a lot of crows. They didn't bother as, but I could see it being a problem if you are ornithophobic.
• the swimming hours are 9:00-17:00 and this is the norm imposed by the Egyptian ministry of tourism (or so we were said), so that's pretty strict.
● And once again — the main restaurant is fabulous!

My experience is this hotel was very good. Staff is friendly, very polite and helpful. Ahmed from reception, Ali a cashier, restaurant staff, entertainment staff especially Kima and Alaa, beach staff. All very friendly and hardworking, making sure us, customers are happy. Rooms are clean, food was great. I wish the WiFi could be free, that's the only negative thing about this hotel. Me and my dad had fantastic time. Thank you
