I had a wonderful stay at this apartment complex. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location was also very convenient.
A special thank you goes to Issa at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Great location - 2 mins from the beach, taxi stand right outside and many bars and restaurants within minutes.
Pool is great and not crowded.
Room was clean and spacious. Had a well equipped kitchen which is a bonus. No noise at night.
Raquel and team were fantastic and very accomodating.
I hope to be back

Our 5th visit to Tenerife and the best one so far! 12 nights at Royal Sunset Beach Club. Amazing location, intimate atmosphere, and the friendliest staff. Even other experienced travelers we met kept praising this place. Highly recommended!
¡Nos vemos!

Good place for a good price. Nice room and friendly personell. Clean and nice. Location in tourist area, so some party noise. Not to much, but if you want a quiet place then choose another.

My recent stay at Royal Sunset Beach was, unfortunately, far from ideal. We booked a studio room meant for two people, yet we were provided with only one set of towels to share.
This was quite inconvenient and not what you would expect from a hotel in this category.
The bed was another major downside — it squeaked loudly with every movement, and the frame had noticeable gaps, making it uncomfortable and difficult to get a good night's sleep. The constant noise from the springs was truly bothersome.
Another disappointing aspect was how many things came with an additional fee. Pool towels were not included and cost either €2 per day or €8 per week.
Even the coffee at reception had an extra charge: €2 normally, or €1.50 if you brought your own cup. It felt like every small convenience required more money.
One parking, extra 48 euro for a week.
Check-out was scheduled for 10:00 AM, which is quite early compared to most hotels. Asking for a late check-out resulted in surprisingly high extra charges — very far from guest-friendly.
At the pool bar anything that is below 5 euro needs to be paid cash! If you buy a 4 euro coffee you cannot pay by card which is unheard of.
We had the experience of getting some cockroaches due to the fact that there is a big gap between the entrance door and the floor, although our room was on the 1st floor. I don't even want to think what happens on the ground floors.
Unfortunately the AC didn't have a heating option and we were a bit cold during the night, so we didn't have any heating options.
During our 7 days stay, the room was cleaned 2 times and it was done very superficially.
Overall, the experience left me with the impression that nearly everything at this hotel comes at an extra cost, which takes away from the enjoyment of the stay and leaves a bitter aftertaste. Sadly, I cannot say I would choose Royal Sunset Beach again
