My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon, and we truly couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience was exceptional.
Our villa was absolutely stunning, with incredible views and immaculate facilities. No detail was ignored and everything was perfect. A special thank you to Rafa, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome throughout our stay and made our honeymoon even more memorable.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and would highly recommend dinner at The Top restaurant—the food, setting, and overall experience were fantastic.
We only wish we could have stayed longer at this amazing hotel. We had an unforgettable stay and will absolutely be back someday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal River. We live on the island, but in the north and were looking for a break in the south. The suites are beautifully designed, spacious, and luxurious, and the private pools made the experience feel truly special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The standout, however, was the staff, everyone consistently went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Daniel deserves a special mention, absolutely excellent in every aspect of the service he provides.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the layout and signage around the resort. It's a stunning property, but it can be a little confusing to find your way around, particularly during the first day or two. That minor point aside, everything else was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and we will happily return. Highly recommended!

An exceptional hotel with outstanding service from start to finish. The staff were charming, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to the concierge, who arranged an emergency dentist appointment within an hour—truly above and beyond.
The food was exceptional, the tropical setting was beautiful, and our private pool was incredible. It was the perfect place for luxury, privacy, and total relaxation.
The only thing to note is that you’ll need a taxi to get to most places, but that’s a small trade-off for such a peaceful location. We would highly recommend Royal River Hotel and can’t wait to return!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal River Hotel for our honeymoon.
The hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are a very high quality and the service was exceptional. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, we didn’t catch the names of everyone but every single staff member made our stay that much more special. From housekeeping and room service to the food servers and spa, each made our stay extra special. Nancy looked after us during breakfast and Teo had us laughing during every meal, they are both a credit to the hotel. The reception team were especially helpful and kind, the ability to message them at any time over WhatsApp made the service seamless.
The spa is blissful, a very relaxing atmosphere with delightful treatments.
The pools throughout the hotel are kept warm, and the river pool is open all hours, perfect for a late-night swim.
I absolutely recommend.
We haven’t landed home yet but are already planning our next visit.

Had the most amazing stay here at Royal River. Beautiful hotel...beautiful room with private pool and amazing staff.... across all areas..... bar .. restaurants and reception... special mention to Nancy who really looked after us well at breakfast....had amazing spa treatments too.
