Upon first arrival, honestly mine and my girlfriends thoughts were perhaps this hotel wouldn’t quite be for us, and that we’d prefer somewhere closer to town and less boutique
Upon staying the duration of our trip, I cannot express enough how wrong I was. The location is stunning and extremely picturesque, the food menu isn’t quite to my personal preference but each of the meals served were fantastically cooked and extremely tasty.
The villa was a real spectacle, with a very unique outdoor area which was something we haven’t experienced before.
But, above all else the absolute highlight, was the staff. I cannot express physically how impressed I am with the management and her team, truly made the entire experience one to remember and honestly seeing this level of care, concern, and attention to each and every guest has blown me away, consistently going above and beyond to make sure every second of your stay is as close to perfect as is humanly possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding 5-Star Luxury Experience
The Royal River View Hotel in Tenerife is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt like true five-star luxury.
Our villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and maintained to the highest standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night.
The heated river pool is absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the stay. It’s beautifully designed, relaxing, and adds a unique sense of luxury that sets this hotel apart.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay: extremely courteous, genuinely friendly, and always attentive without being intrusive. Their attention to detail really stood out and made us feel truly looked after.
The restaurant food was excellent, with high-quality dishes that were consistently delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options with fresh, high-quality ingredients to suit all tastes.
The grounds are immaculate, perfectly maintained, and contribute to the calm, luxurious atmosphere of the entire resort. Every small detail has clearly been carefully considered — nothing is overlooked.
This is a real five-star hotel in every sense. An unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be returning.

If you like adults only luxury then Royal River is for you. We’ve visited multiple times and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are very spacious and the resort is very quiet. The town of La Caletta is a five minute drive away with several nice restaurants.
Food is excellent and the setting is lovely. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to be back at Royal River - such a unique and special place to relax and unwind in luxurious stunning peaceful surroundings ! Every detail is thought of and the villas are very special with your private pool leading to a communal river to swim in! The outdoor patio area is a haven to relax in. You really need to experience it as words don’t do it justice. The staff are so nice, very friendly and they create such a welcoming feel. Always lovely to see Nancy at breakfast and during the day at the Pineapple restaurant. Rafi was super helpful with restaurant choices nearby. Spoilt for choice at breakfast and the live music is beautiful ….it really is another world!!
