We done a 10 night stay in Hotel Regency Torviscas and had a wonderfull time. The apartments are very spacious and modern. They also have large fridge and freezers, cookers and large fans on the roof. Excellent pool and pool bar. Also bar and restraunt with very friendy staff. Reception staff and cleaners very friendy and could not do enough for you. Entertainment animation team Carlos was brilliant and a real gentleman. Hotel was on a hill, so taxis was used quite a bit, but were cheap and came very fast. Reception will call them if you ask. It also has a onsite shop with everything you need and a onsite bakery. Overall a great experiance and lovely staff and apartments. Many thanks to all the staff and i will return again.

I have never felt so unwelcome or uncomfortable at a hotel in my life. We have just returned from our stay, and the service we received was absolutely shocking. From the moment we arrived, the staff members were incredibly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Instead of being welcoming and helpful to a family on holiday, they treated us with a complete lack of friendliness and basic respect. At times, we genuinely felt stereotyped and looked down on by the people working here, which ruined the atmosphere of our holiday. Whenever we asked for simple help or information, it felt like a massive chore to them. Customer service should be about making guests feel comfortable, but the staff here made us feel like an inconvenience. I would never set foot in this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere. Disgraceful attitude.

Fantastic hotel. Really friendly staff, good entertainment. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the restaurant is great. It's up a really steep hill which can be a trek after a few drinks and dinner but with that comes a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling areas closer to the beach which suited us great. We would 100% come back. The rooms had everything you need. The terrace was huge and it was only a 15 minute walk to the beachfront across the motorway. Great trip, would definitely recommend.

Lovely quiet area. The staff were amazing and so helpful, especially the two ladies on reception Cathy & Sara. Not much going on in there for the evening entertainment but maybe that was just with the time of year! BBQ night on Wednesday night. You can rent towel also from reception for the week and change them throughout the week. Our apartment was really big and spacious. About 17min walk down to the main area of costa adeje/strip. Taxi needed for back up the way as its up a very steep hill.

We actuallly stayed at the Regency Club whoch is the same place as far as we can ascertain. Good accomadation with good facilities apart from wifi (being updated). Great bakery on site. Lovely Barbaque one evening. Problem was for an over 70 couple it was a long walk to the beach/restaurants etc. every day even with the relatively cool weather.
