Lovely accommodation, very clean, all the necessary things in the kitchen, plenty of clean towels, staff wonderful and very helpful, advising on trips and helping with booking them, yes, it's a short walk up the hill, but this means you have a quiet, peaceful location away from the traffic and tourist areas. A taxi from the lower town area is only about 5 euros. Food was lovely, the pool and pool area always clean, with plenty of sunbeds. Would highly recommend to stay here, cannot fault it. Thank you everyone for making our stay so relaxed and easy 😊

Just came back after staying here for a week. Hotel is lovely nice and clean rooms are spacious etc. It's in a quiet location and situated on a steep bank. I would advise getting a taxi it's only €4/5 euro so not too bad. Staff a friendly and helpful, apart from the lady that's on the pool bar she is very rude and abrupt. All in all really nice hotel but if you want to be more centre this hotel isn't. Only a 10 minute drop off from airport. Hotel restaurant is lovely food is delicious. Entertainment in hotel is ok but could be on longer

A great place for relaxation. It has a bar and restaurant. Food is very nice. General atmosphere of the regency is welcoming. Pool and garden has wonderful views. Evening activities are great. Something for all the ages. The staff is smiling and helpful. They can book taxi for you. Shop and Danish bakery have most of your food. Overall a good place for family.

Very nice staff. Good hotel, only ceiling fans, couldn't stay here in summer months. WiFi very poor. Large rooms, nice and quiet.

I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel for their holiday. It is not save and secure place and the staff members stole personal belongings from the guests’ room. Moreover, there are no cameras and security staff in place and the personnel is very impolite and rude. In addition, the staff at the hotel bar refuses to speak any other language apart from Spanish and tells the clients that they have to speak Spanish if they want to order something, otherwise they will not serve them. During my stay, the cleaning staff stole my entire backpack while cleaning the room. When I reported the theft at the reception, the receptionist behaved completely inadequately. Instead of assisting us, she screamed and accused us of leaving the door open and saying that someone entered from outside, which was not true of course. Even if this was the case, I think, it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests without worrying that someone can get in without any problems, given the fact that there are no cameras or security and nothing can be investigated. The receptionist did not even inform her manager and her colleagues about the theft. She also tried to convince us not to involve the police. When we requested to meet with the manager of the hotel to inform her and to discuss potential compensation, she just refused to come. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and finding safer and more pleasant accommodation for your stay.
