This hotel is fantastic, and we've arguably had our best ever holiday. The room was gorgeous, lots of room and smart furnishings. The range and quality of food was staggering. The staff were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. We genuinely felt that nothing was too much trouble, and that they wanted us to have the best time. Really lovely people who are brilliant at what they do. We cannot fault this place and, in fact, we are struggling to find a similar standard as we look for next February's holiday in the Canaries. Thanks so much Radisson Blu!

It’s a beautiful and wonderful place to stay, offering a truly luxurious experience. I loved the hotel so much that I didn’t even want to step outside the premises. The pool is stunning, and the breakfast spread was delicious with excellent variety.
The only downside was that the service was a little slow. The complimentary water bottles in the room were quite small, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for replacements.

Overall, this is a very good value-for-money hotel and a relaxing place to stay. There were a few drawbacks that took the edge off the experience:
The heated pools were surprisingly cold, which was disappointing as this was one of the hotel’s main attractions.
On arrival, the receptionist gave us incomplete directions to our room, so we had to return to reception for help.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
On the positive side:
The staff were very attentive, especially the waiters, who were consistently friendly and helpful.
The food offered great variety, with a different cuisine theme each night.
The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with everything you’d need. It would have been nice if drinking water was replaced daily, though there was a water fountain nearby.
There were plenty of sunbeds available in January, so no need to wake up early to reserve one.
Overall, despite a few issues, it’s a good hotel and offers solid value for money.

Great hotel in a fantastic location for Costa Teguise. It's a 15-20 min walk along the sea front to the centre of town. But really there are some fantastic restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel itself is excellent. Four swimming pools (two of which are heated), lots of sunbeds, with plenty of surrounding space. There is a very large room for breakfast which has every choice you can think of and is superb. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have great, spacious patios, two sunbeds and a table and chairs, which most people use through the day. The toilet in the room does lack a bit of privacy, but the showers are good. The fact that this hotel is adults only makes it an obvious choice for us and we would thoroughly recommend it to all adults.

Best part of this hotel was the room and how good the cleaners are, plus the easy availability of sun loungers and it is adults only, so good if you want some peace and easy access around a big hotel and coastal walk at the bottom for those less mobile. No proper beaches nearby though. Pools varied from cold to outright glacial - I suspect they will be cool even in June so do not be taken in by the word “heated”. We tried half board - buffet was decent in the evenings but if u swap dinner for lunch, the pool bar menu may be less in scope, but food was much better. The BIG downpoint - you have to pay for drinks at both places, even water, VERY sneaky. The reception service was AWFUL from start to finish. People checking in get the red carpet treatment, but that means the queues just build. Add those checking out and with queries, many gave up waiting. Dread to think what it is like at peak times! Often the 3rd desk was empty as was the so called Priority Desk if you were a Radisson member - not worth it methinks. We had trouble with the transfer bus (Avoid MTS Globe at all costs) and no-one at reception could help in our hour of need. So a very mixed bag.
