Stayed for a week and it was absolutely fantastic.
On arrival the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and modern with a great balcony and views.
Buffet is fantastic. All allergens clearly marked and a great Gluten Free section.
Pool areas all clean and tidy, sometimes getting a sunbed later in the day was a bit tricky if you wanted direct sun, but other times no problem.
Overall a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

The place is amazing.
Planned my fathers 70th birthday and the team was just amazing.
Nati is an angel for helping my father in the restaurante after he burned his hand with hot soup.
The communication over their online service center is also amazing and on point.
They even credited the entire bonus points to my fathers meber account straight after check out so he is now Premium member of Radisson Blu.
It was just a pleasure to book a holiday for my loved ones at this hotel and I can only recommend it.

Amazing relaxing hotel with fantastic staff.
We initially booked a sea view suite - as it says there are two queen size beds. But we didn’t realise that queen size is not even the size of a double bed. So the room wasn’t suitable for our needs. We explained this to the reception staff, after our first night there, and they moved us to a much better room with large beds for all of us.
The housekeeping and maintenance team kept everything spotless and were always pottering around.
The dining options were great for us. We went half board. Being vegetarian there was always lots of choice for us. You could be as healthy or unhealthy as you wanted - fantastic selection of salad, fruit, grains such as quinoa, cheese, yoghurts and smoothies - also a wide selection of deserts including cakes and ice cream.
Drinks were good with loads of coffee, tea and juice options.
It’s the dining staff that make it special, though. They are so attentive and could not do enough for you. Special mention to Nati, Eva/Ava and the guy in the morning who welcomes you.
The pool staff were also really good. They helped us get an umbrella and beds close to the pool. We also saw them helping others. There are always loads of beds available meaning people should not put towels down - but still some selfish self-centred people did but only a few.
The gym was ok. They fit quite a lot in a small area - a selection of dumbbells, one bench and barbell, an old cable machine, one treadmill and two bikes.
The hotel is on a few different levels but totally accessible for people with mobility issues with ramps and lifts throughout.
Location-wise - there are bars and restaurants right next to the hotel and it’s around a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. There is a coastal path that goes all the way to Aricife and beyond. I ran it one morning and was around 7.5km.
We hired a car and it is around a 40 minute drive to Rubicon Marina and the same to Timanfaya. Teguise market was around 20 minutes.
We’d recommend to anyone and will return.

A very relaxing hotel with good sized rooms. I’d say it is worth paying for a decent view.
Staff were all excellent. The Italian bar chief makes any cocktail you could desire.
“Busyness” in full season would be a concern but late October we had space to relax and not be crowded.
I just wish it was located in Arrecife not Costa Teguise.

Loved this hotel. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and my absolute highlight is the large glasses they have next to the water - if only all hotels would cater to those wanting some water when they wake up.
The pools were quiet with plenty of sun loungers and the facilities were very clean and tidy.
