Our experience at Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote was exceptional in every aspect. The hotel maintains very high standards, from the outstanding food selection and quality to the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms, public areas, and pool spaces. Everything was consistently well managed and thoughtfully presented.
What truly elevated our stay was the remarkable service provided by the staff. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. However, the trainee "Akib"may be Bangladeshi deserves special recognition. Despite being a trainee, his professionalism, friendliness, and dedication were far beyond expectations. He consistently went the extra mile, always with a positive attitude and genuine care for guests. His service level reflects someone who deserves greater recognition and a bright future within the hospitality industry.
The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, complemented by stunning ocean views and a convenient location near Costa Teguise. Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and we would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone. We would absolutely return.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was exceptional — great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes at every meal. Cleanliness was also on the highest level; the rooms, common areas, and pool spaces were spotless throughout our stay.
The staff deserve special praise: always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere in the resort is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The location is excellent as well, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to Costa Teguise.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay with a minor room hiccup
This was my first time staying at a Radisson Blu Resort, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly polite and professional.
My only disappointment was the room. I booked a Junior Suite (Courtyard View) via Agoda because it was significantly cheaper than the official member rate. However, the room I received didn’t match the photos online. The photos showed a glass balcony on a higher floor, but I was assigned a ground-floor corner room. My "view" was mostly a fence and the side of the neighboring building. Aside from this initial disappointment, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

We are just finishing our stay at the hotel, which lasted 11 nights. There is quite a lot to say about this hotel, so I will start with the positives.
The hotel is conveniently located if you plan to explore the island by car. It feels relatively central, making it easy to travel both to the northern and southern parts of the island. The property has a large territory with four swimming pools, two of which are described as heated. In reality, the water temperature is only moderately warm, swimming is possible, but not particularly enjoyable.
The grounds are visually pleasant in terms of design, landscaping, and overall organization. Breakfast is served in a buffet format. The selection remained almost unchanged throughout the entire stay, but the buffet-style format offers a broad enough selection to suit different preferences, and overall we were satisfied with the breakfast.
We were also staying at the hotel on December 31st, and the New Year’s Eve gala dinner was included in our stay. It was a decent and well-organized dinner with a small entertainment program afterward. It is worth noting that the majority of guests are quite elderly, mostly British, and the entertainment is clearly tailored to this audience.
The room itself is spacious, but the design raises questions. The toilet and shower area are separated from the room only by semi-transparent doors with large gaps, which leaves almost no sense of privacy. Even for an adults-only hotel, this felt like an unusual and uncomfortable design choice for a European four-star property.
The bathroom area is also poorly organized from a practical point of view. There are no convenient places to hang towels or bathrobes, except inside the shower, where everything becomes wet and stays humid due to the lack of ventilation. Overall, daily use feels unnecessarily inconvenient.
In terms of amenities, the room offers only the basics, towels, a combined shampoo–conditioner, soap, body lotion, and a kettle with tea and coffee. There are no bathrobes, slippers, basic cosmetic accessories, or even paper tissues, items that are typically expected at this level.
Guests are encouraged to use a hotel app to request services or items. In practice, this system proved unreliable. Requests submitted through the app were often ignored and eventually required phone calls to reception, repeated reminders, and still resulted in delays or no action.
Housekeeping was one of the weakest points of our stay. Cleaning followed an unpredictable schedule and often did not happen even after being requested. We repeatedly returned to an uncleaned room. On one occasion, all towels were removed and no clean ones were left. Dirty or poorly washed glasses were also frequently not replaced.
The overall cleaning quality was very poor. Dust in corners, hair on the floor, and uncleaned surfaces remained unchanged throughout all eleven nights.
The SPA area was also disappointing. The sauna must be booked separately for 15 euros per person and is described as private, but in reality it is extremely small, with no proper relaxation area outside (no chairs or smth). The experience feels far below what one would expect from a four-star hotel SPA.
We also stayed in a ground-floor room with a terrace. Drainage pipes from the balconies above are positioned directly over the terrace, so rain or water drips onto the table and sun loungers, sometimes throughout the night. The terrace itself was never properly cleaned and remained dirty during the entire stay.
The fitness center is difficult to describe as a real gym. The equipment is outdated, limited, dusty, and clearly in need of replacement. There is a sign stating that the space can accommodate up to 32 people, which feels unrealistic, it already becomes uncomfortable with just four. It is hard to imagine how 32 people could fit into this space without standing shoulder to shoulder, barely able to move their arms, like sardines tightly packed in oil. Nevertheless, this did not prevent us from exercising, as we were committed to staying active.

Stayed for a week and it was absolutely fantastic.
On arrival the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and modern with a great balcony and views.
Buffet is fantastic. All allergens clearly marked and a great Gluten Free section.
Pool areas all clean and tidy, sometimes getting a sunbed later in the day was a bit tricky if you wanted direct sun, but other times no problem.
Overall a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!
