Beautiful Canarian style hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff all round.
We stayed bed and breakfast. Good variety of food.
We also enjoyed two meals in the Italian restaurant.
Hotel is very well positioned with easy access to the promenade, shops restaurants nearby in both directions.
Rooms very comfortable, especially the pillows.
Lovely pools and comfortable sun loungers too.
The only thing that didn't work for me was the timing of yoga and pilates as didn't want to join the classes straight after breakfast.

This is our second time staying here, and it definitely won't be our last. We've had another fantastic holiday.
The hotel itself is brilliant. The food is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and everything is so well looked after. But what really makes this place stand out is the people.
From the warm welcome when we arrived, to the restaurant staff, to the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day, everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great holiday.
The biggest thank you has to go to the Kids' Club/Animation team. They were absolutely amazing with our children and honestly made the holiday for them—and for us. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and endless energy were incredible, and our kids looked forward to seeing them every single day. They are a real credit to the hotel.
It's the staff that turn a great hotel into a truly special one, and that's exactly why we came back a second time. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to return again.

We're just back from a ten day stay in Princess Yaiza. We actually extended our stay by a night as we didn't want to leave! We're a family of four with two boys 13&11. They absolutely loved the soccer school with Scott&Gary. Despite our eldest being a fair bit older than the group the week we were staying, Gary&Scott involved them&made it so much fun that they attended almost every morning.
The facilities in the hotel were fantastic. The pools are gorgeous and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet is huge&varied&we loved the Tepinyaki restaurant the night we went. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were on an evening flight and we had late checkout until 5pm for a fee. This really helped our last day still feel like part of the holiday rather than just waiting to go to the airport. Would definitely recommend for families with kids of all ages.

Another exceptional stay at our favourite Playa Blanca hotel!
We have just returned from our second stay at the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel, and once again, it was exceptional. Ideally situated between the Marina and the Harbour with direct beach access, the hotel is traditionally decorated and visually stunning.
The staff are truly the heart of the resort; they are incredibly warm, friendly, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We stayed in the Family Suites, located a short, convenient walk through the connection tunnel. These rooms are perfect for a growing family, offering two separate bedrooms (with full-size beds for the children), a spacious master suite, and a functional kitchenette.
Despite the hotel being at full capacity, the atmosphere remained remarkably calm and quiet. With a diverse selection of food and drink to suit every palate, it remains our favourite hotel in Playa Blanca. It offers high-level quality and great value for the space provided—we are already looking at dates for next year!

We’ve recently moved from another “5 star” hotel in PB and can’t believe the difference! This place is stunning in every respect! We splashed out on a Junior Suite and have been totally blown away by the experience! We’re on an upper floor with uninterrupted views over the pools and palms to the sea beyond, and in the distance Fuerteventura! We’ve chosen B&B and have 4 restaurants to choose from for brekky plus a 5th offering an a la carte offering and sea views! The room is spacious and very well appointed, we’ve got two TV’s ! The bed is exceedingly comfortable and tea, coffee & water are topped up every day. The bathroom is spacious and everything works! Daily room services make you feel very special! My partner and I feel this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We will return as soon as possible. I forgot to mention the staff! Who without exception, are welcoming and helpful and falling over themselves to be of service!
