The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The food was absolutely amazing - a great variety, fresh, delicious. Every meal was a pleasure, and we were impressed by the quality and choice of dishes.
We have stayed in several hotels in Egypt, but this one is definitely the best. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday.

I was a guest at the hotel for a week. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. What distinguished it was the positive energy of the place, the privacy, the cleanliness, and the management's keenness to provide multiple activities for guests, from evening programs of music, singers, Egyptian folk groups, and groups from around the world. The food was sufficient, the buffet was varied, and the swimming pools were clean. The hotel staff were very cooperative and at our service at all times. We sat in the Jacuzzi suite, which was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very special stay, and I would like to extend special thanks to the Food and Beverage Manager, who cooperated with us to provide all our needs personally. Thank you for everything.

We have honestly never had such an amazing holiday! In fact, we loved this hotel so much that we came back twice in a short period of time. That says everything about how special this place is.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. Every member of the staff is genuinely friendly, always smiling, and they go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.
One of the absolute highlights was the private tour of the hotel kitchen that Mr. Ibrahim kindly gave us. It was fascinating to see how much care, attention, and hygiene go into preparing the food. Everything was spotless, and it was impressive to see the high standards the hotel maintains, even the eggs are carefully washed before being prepared for guests.
A very special thank you to Khalled, Ali (the photographer), Omar (beauty treatments and massages), and Mr. Ibrahim for the wonderful kitchen tour. Your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
We would also like to give a special compliment to our housekeeping attendant, who kept our room spotless every single day and always greeted us with a smile. The same goes for the young man who worked so hard keeping the restaurant clean, his dedication and constant hard work certainly did not go unnoticed.
The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to every little detail are outstanding. We have travelled to many places, but we have honestly never had a holiday like this before.

The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes prepared to a very high standard. A particularly nice touch was the freshly served ice cream available during both lunch and dinner, which added to the dining experience.

Absolutely amazing Hotel, fantastic service and staff the whole holiday was an absolute pleasure. We arrived early hours of the morning and we were very hungry the front desk arranged for food to be bought up to our room it was so good after much delays from our flight from Cardiff it was completely worth it. Cocktails were great and your able to get drinks 24/7 🍸. With multiple pools and bars plenty of places to relax and booking excursions around the hotel was really easy to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 5🌟 all the way.
