We (34&35 yrs. old) had a great stay at Le Reve. We got a free room upgrade upon arrival and were positively surprised how clean everything was. The food was excellent compared to other hotels I've been in Egypt. All the staff is working very hard and put a lot of effort in fulfilling every wish. The beach and the water were very clean. You've to use the path to get into the water and find yourself within a reef and different kind of fish. If you like animation around the clock, that's the wrong place for you. They're some activities like Beachvolleyball and darts and in the evening they put on a small show. If you wonder which nationalities we recognized, well they're a lot of Europeans (German, British, French...), some Russians. We definitely will come back and a big THANK YOU for a great stay!

Had a wonderful 10 nights here, pure luxury from start to finish. I have never been in a hotel where the manager is seen wondering around chatting to guests asking them if they are enjoying themselves, I saw him at 7am by the poolside checking there were enough towels and sunbeds for all and late evening in the bars and restaurants making sure all was ok. Every single member of staff was so helpful, polite and welcoming, special mentions to the ones we interacted with due to where we preferred to be. Ramadan the lovely chap who cleaned our room, it was spotless, mini bar well stocked and we loved the towel art! Cherif helping around the poolside with sunglasses being cleaned, cool refreshing flannels provided, and if you went to move your sunbed or parasol he or one of the other lovely guys there were straight over to assist. Ali was our waiter most of the time as we liked to sit outside on the terrace in the Turquoise Restaurant and he was very attentive, as was every waiter that served us there or any of the Al la carte’s we went to, also the Ossiana for some lunchtime meals. Last, but by no means least the wonderful Carlos who kept the drinks flowing all day, everyday by the poolside, such a friendly guy and a great asset to the hotel, we didn’t have to lift a finger. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just perfect 👌🏻

I have recently stayed at this hotel. We received a very warm welcome and an ice cold drink; told to sit down and the check-in staff come to you: it was all very efficient. The hotel and grounds are immaculately maintained. It smells amazing as you enter the hotel. Our room was a deluxe room (2416) and was very comfortable but I wouldn’t rate it a 5 star room; parts of it were dated. Our room attendant, Mohammed was extremely attentive and bent over backwards to ensure all our needs were met. All the staff in the hotel are extremely welcoming and attentive and give you the impression that nothing is too much trouble. They are all a credit to the hotel. We were all inclusive and there was a good choice of al a carte restaurants which were excellent and the main restaurant had a good selection of quality food. Drinks were also plentiful and you could upgrade to premier brand drinks and which gave you access to an Executive Lounge which provided snacks which again were good quality. Mahmoud in the Executive Lounge looked after us very well. The downside to this hotel is the constant “sunbed wars” 😬. All the sunbeds around the main pools were reserved around 6.30 every morning and there was not an empty sunbed in sight come 8.30: just a “sea of towels”. Even though there are signs that indicate reservation of sunbeds is not allowed; the rule is not enforced. Myself and my husband don’t come on holiday to get up at 6 to reserve sunbeds. We are more the leisurely type that get up, have breakfast and then find somewhere to sit! We spent a lot of time at the beach which again was immaculately maintained and the beach staff were attentive. A special mention to Musafta and Michael who catered for our every need. Towels carried for you; sunbeds made up; drinks were brought to you; as were bowls of fruit; crisps and ice cold towels. Musafta would also polish your sunglasses, which was a really nice touch. The only downside is that you cannot swim in the sea directly opposite the beach as it is coral protected 🪸 However, there is a jetty to the left which you could go down and at the end you could swim in a fenced off area. The water was crystal clear and the marine life was abundant. It was fantastic snorkelling in this area 🐠 We visited the hotel’s spa which again, all staff were very attentive and the the treatments were good. So much so, my husband returned 3 times for a massage! You could also rent golf buggies and so that you could drive down the promenade to the old town marina which took 10 mins to get to. There was also a well stocked Spinney’s Supermarket in the old town. All the shop keepers in the old town were very welcoming. It was really nice down there. This hotel is not a party hotel; which did suit us as we aren’t particularly party animals. The hotel is extremely quiet after 9 in the evening. Most guests are in bed early; so they can get up to reserve their sunbeds 😉 The clienete in this hotel are the older crowd and who are quite clearly repeat guests and so are somewhat entitled as a result of their repeat visits. However, most were friendly enough but try and sit in their spot around the pool and they became extremely vocal 😳. This is not the type of hotel to come to, if you like a bit of nightlife. It is very subdue and as a result; it a very relaxed type of holiday. I would absolutely rate this hotel, 5 stars as apart from a few niggles with the room; the staff bend over backwards for you; they all make it their mission to please you. I have to be honest though, I wouldn’t return due to the sunbed “situation” and the fact that it does cater to an older crowd. Overall though, we came with friends and we did entertain ourselves and did have a great time.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is beautiful-everything is clean, stylish, and very well taken care of. The service was truly exceptional; everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to compliment the photographer- he was incredibly pleasant to work with, very patient, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. His photos turned out amazing! I give him my highest recommendations.

All praise for the team and organization, the hotel has beautiful architecture and ambiance, from the first moment you step into the hotel you have a feeling of luxury and a certain prestige. The people who work are extremely kind, the number and variety of activities they have, as well as the level of service and cleanliness is at a very high level. We are satisfied with the price-service ratio, as well as the facilities, I can't compare it to other hotels, but because of the adults only option and the position of the hotel I think it is perfect for people looking for a quiet and luxurious vacation which is what we wanted.
