We loved it. The staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I especially loved the beautiful Arabic-style design. Combined with the hotel’s own facilities and everything that Neverland Park has to offer, it creates a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely recommend it to couples and families looking for a holiday where you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Don’t forget to reserve the Neverland Show during your stay — we loved every moment of it.

We had a mixed experience at Neverland. On the positive side, the place was spotlessly clean—I’ve genuinely never seen so many staff members out cleaning and keeping the grounds immaculate. The water park is amazing, and the evening shows were brilliant; the kids absolutely loved them both!
However, there are some major logistical issues that need fixing. First, there is a serious lack of signposting to help you figure out where the different bars and restaurants are located.
Most importantly, the waiting times for food are ridiculous. When you're standing in 40-degree heat with kids, waiting 10 minutes just for basic chips and nuggets—or watching someone make steak sandwiches one at a time with a queue of 40 people waiting behind them, making one pizza at a time when theres ten people waiting and each person takes a whole pizza for family etc —just doesn't make sense, the qualityof the food was brilliant no problems there but the drink was poor . Management knows the resort is busy, so they need to have food constantly cooking and better-streamlined stations so people aren't melting in the sun.
Finally, a quick note for the water park: they really need to put mats or proper flooring down on the walkways going from one water slide to the next. It has great potential and fun family entertainment, but the food organization needs a lot of work.

I would like to thank all the staff from reception to restaurants and housekeeping for their great hospitality and kind treatment.. the hotel is very clean and cozy.. all amenities are easy to access. The service was excellent and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Just returned from a 2 night stay. After a truly dreadful check in experience, room wasnt ready till after 3pm and then being left towards around looking for our room with our luggage, things got better. We have stayed at Jungle over 10 times and now you have access to all 3 hotels, its a mammoth selection. Service and food was great. Entertainment of an evening in the hotel was excellent. The new Jungle reception and various restaurants look brilliant. We feel they have sacrificed many bars for the inclusion of all the impressive VR equipment, obviously aimed towards children. Overall a great 2 nights.
