I am speechless when it’s time to talk about this great place, the rooms, the venue all around, the slides in the aqua park, the scene all around are above and more. The top top are the people, the animation team, the pool activities team, the restaurants team, the room service team all of them with no exceptions are professional, you made my trip with family the best, truly amazing and exceeded my expectations. Thank you all one by one. The best in Hurghada. I advise everyone to stay there one day.

Housekeeping / Service staff were amazing - Reception staff not as great but you dont deal with them much so it was not that bad
Rooms are good - have everything you would need / want. It's a big complex so be prepared to have to walk around to get to things. There is a bus that is quite regular. Each complex area has a pool right outside the room which is brilliant and a bit more chill!

Very disappointing experience and far below the standards of Pickalbatros Hotels. This was my third stay with the chain, but unfortunately the worst by far poor service, unprofessional attitude, and outdated rooms. The rooms look nothing like the photos, and when I asked why, I was told the pictures were taken when the hotel first opened. Cleanliness was average at best, and service was even worse no iron available, no power adapter (we were told to go buy one ourselves), and we were given the room without towels or even a working phone. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this hotel at all

My Experience at Neverland Hotel – Hurghada (14/8/2025) to ( 15/08/2025)
I spent a wonderful week in Hurghada , and because of my trust in the Pickalbatros chain, I decided to end my vacation with one night at Neverland Hotel before my flight. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
I booked two rooms (5008 and 5004) for myself and my children. I checked in at 2:00 pm, assisted professionally by Mr. Omar and Mr. Mateusz, whom I sincerely thank for their excellent service.
From the moment I entered room 5008, I faced an issue with the air conditioning. I requested maintenance from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm, but no technician showed up. When they finally came, they told me I had to leave the room for 3 hours until it cooled down.
When I returned at 10:00 pm, the air conditioning still wasn’t working. I contacted maintenance again, but no one came.
Finally, at 11:00 pm, i found the night shift manager (( Mr Mohamed Mostafa )) moving near my room by luck kindly helped me change the room and relocate my luggage immediately thanks for him really.
I was exhausted and could not enjoy the stay or benefit from the money I had paid.
Conclusion:
I sincerely appreciate the staff members for their efforts like Mr Mahmood Osman, but the real issue lies in the room facilities, especially the air conditioning and maintenance, which are far below the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.

Hotel is super normal in everything. Average in service , food varieties and entertainment. Stuff showing that they are helpful and always saying they gonna do but unfortunately they don’t. Towels were really dirty and when i raised this point with the housekeepers they tried to convince me that this is due to steam and sterilization.WTF
Transfer from one place to another is really hectic i have to take bus and stay for an average 20-25 min on this trip .plus waiting for the bus itself in this high temperature & super sunny weather made things more difficult
My first and last time . Won’t repeat it again
