The hotel is very nice. Fantastic view and you can only hear sound of ocean. The poop and spa is nice. Beaches next to the hotel are very beautiful. At the arrival we had issue with rooms for one of our bookings but next day was sorted. Cleaning ladies were the best!! Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Great value for the price and that ocean view from the balcony was priceless.

From the very beginning, every detail was organised with exceptional care, professionalism and attention. The venue looked stunning, the entire setup exceeded our expectations, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. It allowed us to relax and truly enjoy one of the most important days of our lives.
A very special thank you goes to the Supervisor Paulo Bento, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. It became a pleasure to catch up with him every morning over breakfast and his warmth, kindness and genuine interest in making sure everything was perfect meant so much to us. His leadership was clearly reflected in the outstanding service provided by his fantastic team.
We would also like to recognise Rhustham, Jorge, Naveed and Vidjay, who were all exceptional. They were attentive, professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile.
Their dedication ensured that every guest felt looked after and that every aspect of our celebration was flawless.

Amazing stay, really enjoyed it. Food was really good and staff were amazing. The pools were great and my family really enjoyed the SPA facilities.
The only thing holding it back from a 5-star review was the air-con - it was 'fine' but personally I'd prefer it a touch cooler. However in saying that I would return here for sure.

A little tired looking in places and the rooms are fairly basic but with a nice amount of storage space. (3 lads with golf equipment).
Breakfast was great, loads of options for "regular" dietary items but really lacked anything for vegans. Some vegan sausages and milk alternatives would be an easy fix.
The spa facilities are okay, the sauna could do with some repairs as the wooden benches are a bit "bouncy" with loose screws.
Indoor pool was nice and relaxing although can get quite echoey.
We didn't use the bar, it was quite soulless with tables spaced quite far apart all facing a wall with a projector.

Best for Location & Comfort. Couldn't have chosen a better place for a short escape from horrible weather in the Uk. It was great to relax at the spa, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. Outside area it's amazing, pools well maintained and a good vibe. Members of staff- friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was yummy tasty.I loved the views of the ocean from the balcony. A short few minutes walk to the beach, wonderful scenery. Portugal 🇵🇹 and Pestana Viking Spa Resort you have my trully appreciation.
