Lovely hotel, we were in the Lanzarote block and it was perfect. Easy to get to the beach, the golden mile and the pools. Rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious enough. The kitchen had everything you needed also with fridge with little freezer, oven, pots pans, kettle etc. Bathroom had a mains good quality strong hair dryer. Bathroom was perfect with a good pressure well sized shower cubicle. The beds were form and comfy with plenty of space to store you clothes in draws/wardrobes etc. Its in an excellent location so you can go oit jn either direction. Pools Great for kids and adults, plenty of sun loungers and yes you do get the people "reserving" beds bang on 9am as the pool opens, but theres hundreds of beds round all the pools so there's always beds free in the sun and shade the kids area/swimming area is seperate and floating are only allowed in the kids side which leaves a side free for swimmers etc which was good. My ONLY mini moan was the pools state of line theyre salt water so I knew when I booked. But bloody hell thehre really salty, much more so than the sea. Your skin crystallises as you dry and it makes you feel really dirty and the kids had issues with there eyes stinging excessively, so they didn't go in as much as normal or we would expect. But bar that the whole resort is incredible and we would 100% stay here again.

Great hotel, with a fantastic pool and facilities. Location is right on the golden mile, providing access to Las americas or Los Cristianos. Rooms are getting updated, which they need, as they are a bit dated. Its worth paying extra for the aircon unit, as the ceiling fan is not enough in the summer. We are here in July, so its very hot, but there are plenty of shaded areas and its very pretty around the grounds and pool area. The shopping centre is under the hotel and has plenty of shops, which kept my wife happy and bars with TVs for the football which kept me happy.
Hard rock cafe is just next door and I had great views of it and the sea from my room. The kids pool area with slides was ideal for my 8 yr old daughter, along with a good pool bar/restaurant for food, ice cream and snacks. The hotel is right of the sea front and there is a lovely smaller beach right there, but the Las Vista beach is only around the corner.

Brilliant hotel positioned on the golden mile. Right on the coast, so short walk to the beach. If you go out the back door you are literally on the water...
When you check in there is a lift down and under the hotel is a shopping centre with all kinds of shops and excursion places, there is also a decent sized arcade.
We stayed in the family room which had 2 single beds and a fold out sofa bed all beds was really comfy. The room came with a safe 21€ for a week, fridge and a kitchen fully stocked with everything u need. Plenty closet space for all your clothes the only downside is there is only a ceiling fan no air-conditioning but you can hire a unit for 60€ for a week and works quite well with the ceiling fan to spread the air around the room keeping you cool. There was a wooden card key to get in your room and to use for the power but there was also a fob in your wristband that worked on your door aswell as the gates to get into the complex which is great incase you lose your key.
There are 3 pools the kids pool with 6 slides and a play area. The larger pool and the smaller heated pool. Plenty sunbeds we always found one even though we wasnt down when the pool opened. There is also a snack bar by the pool which offers a good selection of food and drink. There are also plenty restaurants / food places right on your doorstep aswell as the hard rock cafe next door to the hotel.
For excursions the closet place is best tenerife hotel a short walk from parque santiago 3. Cant fault the hotel or location we was so happy with it we are looking at booking again for next year...

Good location, good food — but cockroaches, ignored complaints, and unwelcoming staff
The hotel has two genuine positives: its location and the food quality, with plenty of gluten-free options. However, guests with dairy allergies will find very little choice.
From the very first night, we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. Despite reporting this multiple times throughout our stay, no action was ever taken.
On the third night, we found a cockroach in our room. The response was inadequate — we were handed a spray can and left to deal with it. A proper inspection and room change should have been offered immediately for a health issue of this nature.
Regarding the staff: most do not speak English. When I called reception (on 29th May around 6pm) and was not understood, I asked the staff member if they spoke English. Their response was "I do — do you?" — this after failing to understand the simple sentence "Can we have a duvet cover?" They then asked where I was from. When I said I was British, they read my name out loud. I found this exchange deeply uncomfortable and humiliating. This is not how guests should be treated.
Rooms are outdated and tired throughout.
For a tourist hotel in Tenerife, this level of service and guest treatment is completely unacceptable.

Great hotel in great location on golden mile strip. Beach access.
Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants in immediate area.
Large pool, separating bridge, one side of bridge allows for floats and balls, other side not. Small jacuzzi overlooking pool.
Adult only area added bonus with jacuzzi pool.
Plenty of sunbeds and parasols even late morning.
Large area for children 12 and under with slides, undercover playground and gated area.
Studio apartment clean and roomy.
Ceiling fan not the best but helped cool a little.
Kitchenette practical for need.
Supermarket across the road.
