We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One&Only The Palm. The hotel is stunning, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Every detail reflects luxury and comfort, making our stay truly memorable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options to choose from each morning.
What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Santosh and Fitri, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us.
We highly recommend One&Only The Palm and look forward to returning in the future!

My partner and I recently spent a few nights at One&Only The Palm and it was without doubt the finest hotel experience we have ever had.
The whole team were absolutely amazing. Every single staff member that we walked past went out of their way to give us the warmest of greetings and struck up conversations. The staff were full of smiles at all times of the day.
I’d like to specifically note that the breakfast staff deserve their own mention. They constantly went above and beyond for us every single morning without asking and ensured that we had a beautiful breakfast experience each day. Santosh and the team really are incredible.
A special mention also has to go to Sujith, our lovely host. Sujith at all hours of the day was consistently ensuring that we had everything we needed, that we were taken care of and that we were having a really good time. He went above and beyond for us everyday.
The rooms, the service and the location were all faultless. Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well. We will absolutely be back.

Having had many fabulous experiences at One & Only (101 restaurant) we had a less fortunate experience recently - but the team reached out personally and genuinely wanted to make it up to us - and they certainly did.
That is exactly what sets One&Only apart from the rest: acknowledging when something has gone wrong, taking responsibility, and making a real effort to put it right.
We truly appreciated how the situation was handled, and we will certainly be back many more times.

Extremely Disappointing Experience , Far Below the Standards Expected of a Luxury Resort
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at One&Only The Palm was deeply disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected of a luxury hotel.
Our experience began with an unacceptable 1 hour and 45 minute wait to check in. After finally reaching our room, we discovered the telephone was broken, leaving us unable to contact room service or reception. Rather than resolving the issue before assigning the room, we were told engineering would come to repair it at 9:00 p.m., when guests are trying to relax.
Service throughout the stay was consistently poor. At Zest Restaurant, a staff member suggested that because we were looking for "brown food," we should order it through in-room dining. The comment was inappropriate and left us feeling uncomfortable.
Breakfast the following morning was equally disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Our order arrived incorrectly, my eggs were undercooked despite requesting them medium-well, the hot beverages arrived cold, and the overall quality of the food was well below what I would expect from a five-star property.
What disappointed me most was that the staff often appeared to be providing luxury service rather than actually delivering it. There was little warmth at the front desk, poor communication, and a noticeable lack of attentiveness. The service culture needs significant improvement, and many staff members would benefit from further training in genuine hospitality and guest care.
To make matters worse, I requested to speak with a manager from the day I arrived, and I am still waiting to be contacted.
The property itself is beautiful, but beautiful buildings alone do not create a luxury experience. Exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail do—and unfortunately, those were missing throughout my stay.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend One&Only The Palm. There are many outstanding luxury hotels in Dubai that genuinely deliver five-star service. This was not one of them.

What can I say — we absolutely loved it. We came as a large group and worked our way through almost the entire menu. The shrimp and avocado dish was genuinely surprising: they bring you what is essentially a whole avocado, with the pit replaced by shrimp and the top sprinkled with fresh herbs. Unusual and absolutely delicious.
The spot is also stunning for sunsets. The staff were attentive and warm, the atmosphere cozy — it feels like you’re on a little island of your own. We wrapped up the evening with a fine bottle of whisky and Cuban cigars.
A wonderful place for a big group and equally perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Highly recommend.
