We had a lovely stay at the suites.
Location is good with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping centres within walking distance.
The beech is about a 15 minute walk downhill where we were spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants.
Our groundfloor apartment was right on the pool side. The pool and area is very clean and safe for all to use with plenty of sunbeds. You did have the odd few who would put towels to secure spots but not many.
The room was comfortable with a little kitchenette which was stocked with all the appliances needed. Plenty of wardrobe space with a iron and ironing board. A safe to use if needed. Only thing we found was that a couple of plug sockets didn't work very well.
It came with a new smart tv so we could log in to netflix and prime etc.
The bathroom was good with a shower that was more than powerful enough.
The bar and restaurant was a place that we didn't use as there were so many places to go but it did look nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.
They also have a very well packed gym to suit gym lovers with plenty of machines and free weights.
We would definitely come back. Loved our stay.
Thank you to all at the Ona Beverly hills suites.

We have visited multiple times. It is a very quiet and clean complex and standards are well maintained. Unfortunately this year ( Jan 2026 ) we had a number of issues ( not resolved ). We booked six months ago and were very disappointed with Apartment. Most Apts have a nice view but ours A108, had a view from balcony of a white wall. The apt was directly behind restaurant so was noisy from early morning. We spent days trying to work air conditioning only to find out you must pay a deposit at reception for a remote. We were not told this at check in. We had a problem with TV and asked three times at reception but no one came to fix it. Bathroom window was hanging off ( and dangerous ) and having reported it the maintenance guy only came day before our departure and said he would have to order a part which would take 5/6 days! Breakfast staff were lovely but constantly under pressure ( not enough Staff ). Management at breakfast simply walked around whereas they could have helped out. Overall I am afraid we will not be back.

I stayed at The Suites for 3 weeks i January this year, apologies for the long overdue review.
As a single female traveller, I have to say, I was looked after incredibly well, the staff became friends, and nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the whole resort, a big shout our to the cleaners, lifeguards and the bar/ waiting staff who were wonderful.
The reception staff and Manger were wonderful.
The courtyard area was suberb as was the pool areas.
I really enjoyed my stay, and was incredibly sad to leave.
Thank you ALL so very much,
Gracias,

Coming to the end of a weeks stay with my family, 2A&2C. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and had plenty of space.
We have found the accommodation clean and practical.
Pool areas are nice and well kept with plenty of sun beds at different times of the day.
Only negative comments would be more practical items in the kitchen as I do like to make some meals. A colander etc would be useful, sharpening of the knife’s etc.
Be aware that the whole area is very hilly, this could be a problem for those with reduced mobility or unfitness.
Overall, I would happily rebook and recommend.

Very disappointing stay.
The room is poorly designed with no accessible charging ports in the main room. Charging a phone requires unplugging lamps, pushing cables behind the headboard by moving the mattress, or going to the kitchen. Completely impractical.
Wi-Fi is terrible—slow and unreliable.
There’s a safe in the room, but using it costs an extra €10. Charging extra for something already provided feels ridiculous. What’s next, paying for tap water?
Check-in is 4 PM and checkout 12 PM. Even though the room was ready at 2 PM, I was asked to pay €30 to access it early.
Front desk staff were misleading and unhelpful. We were told we wouldn’t need elevators, yet had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. When we called about charging ports, staff said we were the “first to complain,” but then couldn’t find any themselves.
Would not stay here again.
