5 Stars – Fantastic location, great amenities, and amazing staff!
We had a wonderful stay at Beverly Hills Club (Ona Hotels&Apartments)! The location is ideal—it's super convenient and close to plenty of shops and restaurants.
The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless, tidy, and very spacious, featuring a large living room, a generous bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, and a lovely big balcony. It was fully equipped with air conditioning, a TV, iron, microwave, kettle, hob, oven, and a fridge, which made everything so easy.
What made our holiday truly special, though, was the wonderful service—especially from Brigida P. She was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting us with a warm smile and ready to assist with anything. Highly recommended!

I am going to leave a mixed fair review based on both the rooms we stayed in.
We arrived late Monday night and were given a ground floor room right near the pool ground floor. After unpacking our things we immediately heard banging and scraping from every apartment over our heads, it lasted ALL night, like a small heard of elephants scraping furniture at 4am. Lots of drunk people returning home shouting past our room, needless to say not an hour of sleep was had.
After much conferring with the front desk, we were allowed to swap rooms for an upgrade for a small discounted fee. We were swapped to a top level apartment immediately.
The difference was night and day, zero noise, no drunk people, from that night on we had a wonderful stay, it's frustrating that's it's all single beds not great for couples but we pushed them together.
The apartments are fully equipped so we were able to cook a simple supper. The balcony was beautiful to relax on, beds were comfortable, staff were helpful, the breakfast is absolutely brilliant (but get there early), air con is great (but you need to pay €20 deposit for the remote.
The location is yes up a hill, but for young able people it's not a problem, lovely little supermarket at the top of the road too.
So, if you can get a top floor room, absolutely go for it. You'll have a lovely stay, the facilities are brilliant! Do not stay in a busy part in a ground floor room if you like sleep!

The apartments are lovely. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was very spacious and plenty of room. The facilities are good and Yishast the animation guy is very good at getting you involved in all activities. We had a lovely time and very entertained during the day. The breakfast is very good as there is a lot of choice every day and they cater for all diets.
Would stay here again!
The only downfall is the bar on site closes at 5pm so you then have to go off site for food or drink unless you’ve stocked up at the local shop and in your room.

Me and another 2 friends have been staying at this hotel last week and we had such a nice time. Room was clean with a kitchen so if you don’t fancy going out for dinner after being all day at the beach you have all that you need to cook your own meal. Pool was nice and had so much fun with the ANIMATION STAFF YISHAST during the acqua gym class. Staff in general at this hotel are all so helpful. I would really recommend this place as it’s in a quiet area but only 20 mins walk from the beach of los Cristianos where all the nice cafes and restaurants are located. Definitely coming back here.

We had a lovely stay at the suites.
Location is good with plenty of bars,restaurants and shopping centres within walking distance.
The beech is about a 15 minute walk downhill where we were spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants.
Our groundfloor apartment was right on the pool side. The pool and area is very clean and safe for all to use with plenty of sunbeds. You did have the odd few who would put towels to secure spots but not many.
The room was comfortable with a little kitchenette which was stocked with all the appliances needed. Plenty of wardrobe space with a iron and ironing board. A safe to use if needed. Only thing we found was that a couple of plug sockets didn't work very well.
It came with a new smart tv so we could log in to netflix and prime etc.
The bathroom was good with a shower that was more than powerful enough.
The bar and restaurant was a place that we didn't use as there were so many places to go but it did look nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.
They also have a very well packed gym to suit gym lovers with plenty of machines and free weights.
We would definitely come back. Loved our stay.
