This is not my first time in Portugal, and I have to say — I’m quite a picky person. But everything that’s happening in this hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It’s truly an incredible stay! I’d like to highlight the spacious, comfortable room, equipped not only with a luxurious mattress for perfect sleep but also with a fully functional kitchen, making it ideal for a relaxing and extended stay. Every detail is carefully thought out. The staff deserves special praise ❤️. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and sincere. My special thanks go to Sandeep for his constant kindness, willingness to help, impeccable service, positive attitude, and the warm atmosphere he creates every day. The food is simply amazing! Always fresh, varied, and suitable for everyone — whether you’re on a diet, love to enjoy delicious meals, or don’t mind leaving Portugal with a couple of extra kilos 😄 (not because the food is heavy, but because it’s just too good to resist!). I haven’t used many of the hotel’s entertainment services since I spend a lot of time exploring different places, but every time I come back, I truly feel at home. It’s an incredible sense of comfort, coziness, and happiness. I’m sure I’ll return here again and again, and I’ll gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Because for the price it costs, it’s worth every single euro!

Amazing reception, Carlra on front desk was amazing. I will visit again just for Carls's great customer service. Dave and Dave said , she is amazing. Great introduction to hotel and surrounding facilities. What an amazing hotel stay and experience

The hotel is at a good location. Easy to take an Uber to different spots. However, I booked this hotel because of the reviews on 'Priceline', which stated it was clean... Not only did the sink have a slow drain, I also found 2 roaches in my room.. It was disappointing, because where I'm from, that's a big issue. I also feel like the staff member I mentioned the issue to, didn't do much to rectify the issue. It was my first time visiting the country and I didn't make a fuss because I didn't know what the customs were... I do know that I would not stay there again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay there.💔

Staff attentiveness: Not the best, unfortunately. Given a card key and then told to get a physical key from Reception confused me as I have no idea what the card key was supposed to be used for. On my first day, I was searching where to get 'Bakes & Cakes' and a staff member just replied "Over there" pointing her hand in a direction (that I was unfamiliar to having just arrived) and walked off. I thankfully found her again and asked again, quickly explaining that I just arrived (before she would walk off again) to which she apologised and gave clearer guidance. J Flies around the Bakes and Cakes and hot drink machines were VERY off putting. We had a mixture of sunshine and rain and for some reason both doors and fans were open/ on which meant food was getting cold quickly. House keeping: Kind and friendly lady Amenities: States 'tea and coffee making facilities' in room yet all I had was a kettle, 2 cups with spoons and 2 glasses. Air con: On my first day, I was hot, so as I turned on the air con, black dust or something flew onto the other bed. Thankfully I was one person, so I slept on the one bed but this put me off having the air con on again. Jacuzzi: Quite disgusting! I could feel I was sitting on grainy bits and when I got out, I had various bits all over my body. This is the first time I have experienced that from a Jacuzzi - really disgusting ans unhygienic. Entertainment: POOR! On my first official morning here I was really looking forward to 'Aqua gym' and had double checked at reception that it was still going to go on despite the light rain. Reception told me it was, so I went to put on my bathing suit and waited by the North pool side (once I found it)... Aqua gym never happened!

Our trip was incredible and the service was top notch, specially Clara she was always available when we needed something, gave us tips and tricks for our stay and remembered our names the whole time trip. Genuinely so impressed and can not wait to come back, thanks Clara!
