What a great place to stay. Right next to Yumbo and close to all the amenities that you could possibly need. Right opposite is the Red Lion and a couple of supermarkets. Food at the apartments is of good quality- we only bought from their snack menu but it was super tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic!!! Behind the bar they are so kind and so happy to serve you. In the maids kept giving my son a chocolate every time they saw him. The apartment was clean and of good quality! Lots of space and all balconies over look the pool area. The pool area is well cleaned and looked after, of course there are lots of people up to take the best loungers but we didn’t struggle getting any for the whole week. The pool is of a decent size but it is quite deep, the shortest part is 120cm so was a bit more tricky with my son but he is a good swimmer so it wasn’t so bad. There is a push button jacuzzi that is really nice. There is a daily lifeguard and I’ll be honest I know they are there to do a job but neither of the two we saw were particularly welcoming unlike the rest of the team. I would most definitely return and recommend.

For the price we paid this was very good value, room serviced each day except Sunday this was explained on check in, bed changed twice and clean towels each day if you wish.
Standard apartment well equipped would stay again
All rooms pool facing and get the sun on the balcony.
Bus from airport cost 7 Euros for 2 and stops right outside the hotel , going home was by the tourist information just down from yumbo on opposite side , no problems on going home either , much cheaper than a taxi

All the staff are very friendly and helpful from the cleaners to barstaff ++ the maintenance staff and reception. The location for us was perfect. The rooms are great everything you need clean towels an bedding regularly brilliant and much needed air-conditioning and all rooms are pool veiw . We could always get a sunbed no matter what time of day pool and grounds area kept really clean. Snack bar , good menu ate there a few time meals were very tasty and responsibility priced can not comment on restaurant as didn't eat there.Only down side which wasn't an issue was no english tv channels and we heard maintenance work going on for a few days. Would definitely recommend this hotel apartment to everyone we have already booked for next year

I recently stayed at the Mur Hotel Buenos Aires and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions, restaurants, and transport links.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay, and I would happily return in the future.
Thank you to all the team for a wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd time in this hotel and our 4th time in Gran Canaria. I was bitterly disappointed during this visit, and for one reason only! This trip was a special occasion, I emailed the team at the Buenos Aires MUR Hotel and explained that I had chosen their hotel to celebrate this occasion. I politely requested a complimentary upgrade to my room selection, dependant upon availability.
The reception team promptly responded with an explanation and a non availability to my request which I duly respected based on the explanation. They further added a kind gesture of wgat they called a special 'In Room Complimentary Pack' (see attached photograph!!). Needless to say, I was bitterly disappointed when we checked in!!! I was met with 2 x wafer biscuits (thrown) on the table and a bottle of €3 cheap nasty wine in the fridge. So poor and certainly NOT worth the effort. In fact, I made sure to return it unopened when we checked out!!
I explained this was a special occasion, I was so disheartened by this. Imagine my horror when I'd told my wife the hotel had prepared something 'special' for us.........
Unfortunately, this experience left a awful taste in my mouth, enough for me to realise Maspalomas has many more hotel options to explore! I will not be returning to the Buenos Aires for our next trip in February 27.
