Everything went well from the moment we arrived at the airport. The complimentary shuttle took us swiftly to the hotel. There we were shown our spacious family room. The view from the balcony was good, overlooking the pools (sadly not heated, which makes them a bit cold in October) and garden and an open view over the sea towards part of Turkey and other greek islands. The food in the restaurant was generally decent and diverse and the service very friendly. In the evening, we put our 2-year-old to bed and got ready to sit back on the balcony to enjoy a quiet evening and then - DISCO! DISCO! WHOOP! WHOOP! - the evening entertainment starts right below our room. This happens every evening from 20:30-23:00 at an ear-splitting volume, which is not ideal for people with little children, I'd say. To be fair, when I mentioned this in a questionnaire on day 2 of our stay, they immediately offered to meet to try and find a solution, but we also could not be bothered to change to a different room that may not be in the main building.
I know some people enjoy the animation team's activities, but it is not what I normally expect or have ever experienced from a hotel that claims to be 5-star luxury. The entertainment should at least be avoidable for those who do not enjoy it (or are knackered because their toddler got up at 05:30 am). That to me is the only downside to an otherwise perfectly pleasant hotel.

We stayed at Mitsis Norida for a week and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful private beach and stunning views. Our family room was big, comfortable, and cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.
There are plenty of restaurant options, both à la carte and buffet, offering a lot of variety. The pizza was especially delicious!
The staff were excellent throughout our stay — always friendly and helpful. A special mention to the amazing team at the Casablanca Bar — they truly made our evenings special!
Shhh
Rooms are 2* at best, food is nice and staff are friendly. But check out the facebook posts regarding child welfare whilst at the hotel, in the last month alone I have seen some scary reviews where a child was taken off my a male member of staff and found around the pool in the dark with him, hotel refused to act on this at all as it would embarrass them!
Then there is one of a man exposing himself and trying to take children away from the area, the hotel did nothing as the family of 6 were not enough witnesses 🤯 and they state the family refused a police report when they have screenshots of the messages with the hotel asking to make one! They have since returning home.
I have never felt so unsafe whilst at a hotel, avoid at all cots

Exceptional Stay at Norida – Amazing Staff!
Our stay at Hotel Norida was simply amazing! The hotel is stunning, with beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our holiday perfect from the moment we arrived.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Teki, the bartender, whose drinks were not only delicious but made with so much care and creativity. He was always friendly, attentive, and brought a great vibe to the bar every evening.
He also speaks Polish and I felt at home.
We also want to praise Fabiola, one of the waitresses, who was absolutely lovely. Her warm smile, kindness, and excellent service made every meal extra special. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
Thank you, Norida, for such a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!
