The hotel is in a good location, has its own beach, the food is plentiful, the staff is polite. The rooms need to be renovated, as well as the sun loungers and mattresses on the beach. It is important to know that the hotel allows locals or from the area, which was a cultural shock for us, such as manners, way of eating, which we will definitely not repeat our vacation there

the room was quite good, everything worked for us, it has air conditioning that cools extremely well, the terrace is also very nice, we didn't have chairs and as soon as we asked for them we got them, the toilet is also very good, we have no complaints about the room, neat, clean, praise
There is not much interaction for children, in the evening music is played and some people sing, many people gather around the lobby, children dance to the music, but there is nothing else to entertain them.
The path is very beautiful, always clean, lots of plants and flowers, poorly lit at night to the restaurant but that's not a big problem, there are bins, pixles, there's plenty of shade, the whole resort has palm trees, there are 6.7 shops where you can buy souvenirs and clothes and jewelry and perfumes, all praise for the workers in the shops, they are very kind, they know how to make you buy even if you don't want to buy but it's in their blood, be aware of that. It's about 700, 800m from our room to the beach but again I say there's shade so it's not hard.
the food is quite good and we are satisfied. it has a correct selection of chicken, fish, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and some of their dishes, sweet, cakes, salad, there are many, delicious
The service was excellent, whenever we needed something, we left a note on paper and he always brought it to us that day, always leave at least 1 euro, it will mean something to them, our bed was always made and something made of towels, the toilet was always clean, new towels every day, he brought us water every day, every day when we went to the beach we saw a lot of them cleaning the path and wiping the lobby, the beach is also cleaned, there are a couple of workers who will always help you find a sunbed and the like, the workers are very friendly and kind, we have no complaints.
the beach is very beautiful, the sea is clean, sand, there are also a couple of swimming pools and an aqua park for children.
recommendation for the man who makes cocktails at the very entrance to the beach, and for the people who sell perfumes, souvenirs and jewelry (closer to the restaurant), but they are all wonderful!!!
the overall impression is that we would come back again❤️

the place was fun, we stayed in the Private Real Estate (926). Though as we arrived the place wasn't clean, as if someone was there before us. Sheets were messy, and there was food in the fridge. They eventually took care of that. The light in the bathroom in the living room was flickering a lot, making it almost impossible to use. The water is weak, only strong in showers, but for some reason the washing machine had water, it was halfway full. The beach & pool were nice, I can't really say anything about the Aquapark since when we arrived we found out there were technical difficulties, tho Mr Mohammed who was there explained everything in a nice way. (+ when we first arrived they drove us to our place by Tok Tok) The restaurant at the beach had okay food, we got pasta (alfredo), fish & pizza. The pasta was bland and too watery, the fish & pizza were tasty. Mr Kareem at the restaurant was very nice, and another waiter whom I don't remember the name for seemed like it was his first day. 🤷🏻♀️ The animation team are very fun, and the shows are interesting to watch, tho please do be careful of wet floors!! I almost slipped many times, and the floors outside are wet often. Over all, it wasn't bad. :)

Our stay at Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. After a seven-hour coach journey from Cairo, we were left waiting in the lobby for hours before our room was ready. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed no sense of customer service.
When we finally got to the room, it was in a terrible state. The sheets and towels were dirty, the TV remote, fridge, and shower were broken, and the smell of sewage was overwhelming. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly not a priority.
The food was inedible, and after just one day, the entire family suffered from food poisoning. We had no choice but to eat out every day for the rest of our stay. On top of that, we were all covered in mosquito bites. When I went to the hotel clinic for an infected bite, the doctor told me I needed emergency surgery at a hospital — something that should never happen at a resort claiming to be family-friendly.
Entertainment was virtually non-existent and not worth mentioning. The hotel itself was dated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Most concerning of all, the management and staff showed no care for guests’ health, safety, or overall experience.
This was by far the worst holiday experience we’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The room wasn't clean. Alot of stains on the duvet and the duvet covers. When I asked the staff to change it, they were very rude and didn't want to change it. He claimed this is standard. If the standard is unclean there isn't much to argue about. The food is okay but the restaurant itself was a disaster. AC isn't working well so the restaurant was very hot and the AC was constantly dropped water on my table and the food. Drinks were survived without Ice because simply there is no Ice. The hotel is recommended if you wanna experience a time capsule into the stone ages inconveniences. The staff at the restaurant were not as rude as the room service staff, yet not friendly.
The beach was very dirty and the loungers were mostly broken.
Usually I can tolerate some inconvenience if the price matches the quality. But this was way to expensive for the quality I got.
