What an amazing hotel! My partner and I had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and every area of the hotel is impeccably maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention to the restaurant, where every meal was delicious and of outstanding quality. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

Great place to stay, last day today of 7 day holiday, i love this place because its not as big as some hotels, most people here i would say are the more mature client, which suits me as soon turning 60, but there are a few young couples & toddlers. All staff are super friendly from the moment you arrive, shout out to Rose in the restaurant so lovely, but everyone very helpful & friendly. Hotel very very clean, garden areas well kept. Refurb since stay last year, rooms hd very modern refresh. Sea view room worth the ungrade, but all the rooms look lovely.
Great pool, nice temperature for March, i enjoyed the aqua fit. Food well presented, everything labeled.
Very close to airport, short transfer. Close to main strip, hotel right on beach
All in all fab place to stay, i will be back again for a third visit.
If had to find a negative which is hard, is being charged for table water at evening meal.
I will be back.

Recently spent 9 days at hotel las costas , room was very modern and spotless , cleaner's do a very good job.
We only stayed b&b the breakfast was good but doing the pool bar expensive, location is ideal next to the beach and a 5 minute walk onto pdc strip, They also have sauna facilities on site which are great , you can book at the front desk,Sunbed situation was good aswell as you got one by 10:30/11 as people was putting towels on them and not using them for large parts of the day which should of been removed by the staff, Overall a cracking hotel.

Hotel Las Costas is immaculate!!! The staff are amazing, the food is exceptional, the rooms are second to none. The Spa (which obviously I am not permitted to take pictures of is stunning) I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you're planning a four star experience in Puerto Del Carmen STAY HERE!!!!! Location is quite literally on the beach.
Our second stay at Las Costas Lanzerote 5th June to 12th June 2026. Once again it exceeded our previous expectations. The staff are all absolutely wonderful, the hotel still absolutely outstanding, the food was fantastic and what choice they provide. The pool, the spa everything!! Natalie and I cannot wait to return in March. It is without doubt the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Muchos Muchos gracias to all.

Lovely hotel with a great rooms that have everything you need. We stayed half board and can definitely say the food was lovely with lots of choice. Would I stay there again yes and would tell anyone I know to stay there if holidaying in Lanzarote.
