Simply the finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from the rooms, staff, location and the facilities.
We stayed in a Star Prestige Junior Suite in the La Balconada terrace and it was fantastic. The room was well appointed and immaculate with a very comfortable bed essential for me as I have a bad back. The whole area was so peaceful with plenty of sunbeds, free drinks and snacks throughout the day and what better way to enjoy a relaxing sundowner than in one of the whirlpool baths!
My wife is coeliac and the hotel was very accommodating ensuring gluten free bread and sandwiches which was a lovely touch.
Special mention to all the staff including Davide, Manuel, Sophia, Ghojan and Diana who always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. Tiziana was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.
This was our first stay at the hotel but we are already looking at coming back later in the year. Yes really it’s that good!!

Top of the excellent scale! We visited in early May and loved every minute at the resort. We enjoyed the prestige level with all the amenities. Our favorite room was available, pool/bar/guest all outstanding. My favorite was being invited to make a glass jewelry piece. I wear it everyday.
The staff goes above and beyond every day. David/Alessandro made dinner awesome with delicious meal but conversations even better. Like family to us! Diana took care of all our needs, our wonderful staff that cared for our room- they smiled, were cheerful, made sure we were well cared for, pool staff kept the loungers inviting and the SPA- love Ana. Best massages each visit. I could go on but this is our favorite resort hands down!

An Exceptional Experience at El Mirador Tenerife
We spent ten wonderful days at El Mirador Hotel in Tenerife, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant design, warm colours, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The facilities are outstanding, including a spa, gym, stunning pool, daily exercise classes, and unique activities such as glass jewellery making.
What truly sets El Mirador apart is the staff. Every member of the team was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made our stay feel extra special.
The overall atmosphere throughout the resort was wonderful, and all three restaurants served excellent food, with plenty of delicious vegetarian options available.
From the moment you step into El Mirador, you are made to feel valued and cared for. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday experience, and I’m sure we will be returning in the future.

Absolutely fantastic holiday!! Spacious, Immaculately clean rooms with very comfortable bed. All staff were super friendly greeting you with a smile and adding special touches to tasks they completed. The bar staff had great senses of humour and we enjoyed chatting with them in the evening. Plenty of space between sunbeds, free drinks and snacks regularly given out, beautiful pools and beach. So relaxing 🏖️ and peaceful on the hotel complex and plenty of restaurants within walking /taxi distance. Highly recommended- already looking at when we can return!!

Just back from a week at this wonderful hotel.
Comfortably, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities, location, food and drinks are excellent - the thing that really sets it apart is the exceptional customer service - staff are falling over themselves to help you and all very friendly indeed.
The guys who get your loungers set up; the yoga / pilates instructor who gets you moving; friendly bar staff serving you great cocktails; very welcoming reception staff; and the breakfast team who were unbelievably on the ball with clearing plates and being there exactly when you need something - Genuinely, world class service!
The breakfast buffet is sublime!
First time in an Iberostar, but I will be checking their other hotels first, when booking our next holiday.
