This is my first time in Egypt and in this hotel, and I am honestly very pleasantly surprised. The service here is amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel welcome and truly taken care of.
The food is delicious, the waiters are always helpful and attentive, and the guys at the bar make sure you never miss anything. The animation team is fantastic as well- always smiling, making people laugh, starting conversations, and even teaching some Arabic phrases.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and fresh water is delivered every day. I am really impressed with this place and I will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The location was also perfect convenient.
Overall, the service exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high quality stay. We would definitely come back again! The animation team was incredible we encountered elsabaky, medo, ussa, nour and zainab all of them were so sweet and kind.

Rooms themselves are fine but we arrived in the dark. Our balcony doesn’t overlook gardens but overlooking a building site. It gets no sun and in the breeze is a wind tunnel. Don’t make for pleasant reading outside. It’s quite quiet here so I’m sure there were better placed rooms than this.
Everything you ask, you’re told to go on the app.
Even the bathroom if you require something it lists what’s available but I’ve yet to work out how to actually request an item.
The minibar is not all inclusive and you have to download a blinking app for pricelist.
The beach isn’t on the doorstep. It’s not far but you can’t just nip back to your room.
I haven’t been here long enough to give a fair review. The food is lovely.
It seems to lack information and you have to find out everything yourself.

This hotel is very beautiful. We had a nice time here. Everything is clean, food is excellent, all staff is so friendly. Entertainment was full of fun and energy but the most energy and powerful and funny person was Ussa from animation team. He was so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The reception team was welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the food was full of flavor with lots of choices. What made the stay even better was the entertainment team — truly talented, energetic, and always engaging with guests. They made the whole experience fun and memorable.
