Overall, our experience was mixed. First of all, I would like to appreciate the hotel staff and the food, the employees were kind and helpful, and the meals were good with enough variety. These were definitely the strongest points of our stay.
Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects. We paid for a garden view room but were given a room facing a construction site instead. We had to insist multiple times to receive the room type we booked, while being repeatedly told it depended on availability, even though the hotel appeared far from full. Another downside was the lack of water dispensers or easy access to drinking water at the beach and restaurant areas. We constantly had to ask for a glass of water, which became inconvenient. The beach is also quite far from the hotel and very small. We were lucky that most guests preferred staying by the pool, otherwise it would have felt overcrowded.
The biggest issue was the construction site located right next to our rooms. Work started around 4 AM, making it difficult to rest and enjoy the holiday.
The staff and food deserve recognition, but unfortunately the problems with the room, noise, and facilities negatively affected our overall experience.

This is my first time in Egypt and in this hotel, and I am honestly very pleasantly surprised. The service here is amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel welcome and truly taken care of.
The food is delicious, the waiters are always helpful and attentive, and the guys at the bar make sure you never miss anything. The animation team is fantastic as well- always smiling, making people laugh, starting conversations, and even teaching some Arabic phrases.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and fresh water is delivered every day. I am really impressed with this place and I will definitely come back again!

A nice hotel with decent staff and good hospitality. The bar is good, and the hotel has some good activities/facilities to pass the time.
The hotel restaurant is also good with variety of choices to suit multiple tastes.
The rooms are clean but my stay was highly disrupted by the maintenance works carried out in the opposite room with drilling noises starting at 9:00 am.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I can honestly say that it has exceeded my expectations. For me, it is a 10/10 and the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The beach is sandy with a gentle entrance to the sea, so there is no need for swimming shoes. I would definitely recommend bringing a snorkeling mask, though, as there is a beautiful coral reef nearby that is worth exploring.
There was never any problem finding a sunbed, either at the beach or by the pool. No matter what time we arrived, there was always plenty of space available.
The staff throughout the entire resort are fantastic – friendly, smiling, professional and never pushy. There are people walking around the beach offering activities such as horse riding or spa treatments, but they are always very polite and respectful. This is a huge advantage, as in many other hotels I've stayed at, it was difficult to relax because someone was constantly trying to sell something.
The animation team also deserves special praise. They organize many enjoyable activities such as water polo and pool exercises, but they never pressure anyone to participate. They create a lovely atmosphere while allowing guests to enjoy their holiday at their own pace.
The food is delicious, varied and never repetitive. There is a wide selection of dishes every day, and fresh orange juice is served at breakfast, which is a wonderful touch.
There are also many thoughtful little extras that make your stay even more enjoyable, such as a gentleman who cleans your sunglasses and staff by the pool who offer cold, wet towels to help you cool down.
The rooms are large, modern and spacious, and they are always cleaned to a very high standard. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job every single day.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and can sometimes pleasantly surprise you – we even had internet access while swimming near the coral reef! However, the connection can be inconsistent in some areas. For example, the Wi-Fi around the pool bar was quite poor during our stay. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it is worth mentioning.
To sum it up – 10/10. This hotel is the perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I would happily come back again.

I recently stayed at Just Dorms Spa Hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, well-organized, and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment team — they were absolutely outstanding!
The kids animation team deserves a special shoutout. They were so caring, energetic, and creative in entertaining the little ones. My child had an incredible time with them — from fun games to arts, dancing, and mini-disco evenings. They made every child feel special and included, and seeing the kids so happy every day was priceless.
The sports animation team was also fantastic. They kept the energy high throughout the day with engaging activities, fitness classes, competitions, and fun challenges for all ages. Whether it was water games, volleyball, or stretching classes, they always made sure everyone was involved and enjoying their time.
The whole animation crew truly brought life to the hotel — always smiling, professional, and full of positive vibes. They create such a friendly atmosphere that you feel part of a big family from the moment you arrive.
If you’re looking for a place with great hospitality, relaxing spa facilities, and an exceptional entertainment team, I highly recommend Just Dorms Spa Hotel. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!
