I spent a week at this hotel and can genuinely recommend it. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to Omar from housekeeping – he did an excellent job every day and was always friendly and reliable.
The overall service was attentive and well organized. I also want to highlight the animation team, especially Ela. She brings real energy, motivation, and good vibes to every activity. The programs were varied and professionally run.
Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay: great room, strong service, and entertainment that truly adds to the experience. I would gladly come back.

A wonderful hotel! JAZ Casa del Mar Beach is pleasantly spacious and never feels crowded – there is plenty of room throughout the entire resort, so you never feel confined.
The food is very delicious, varied, and I had no stomach issues at all – neither from the food nor the drinks.
I especially want to highlight the entertainment team: super kind, friendly, and always dedicated to keeping guests happy and creating a great atmosphere. You can really feel that they care about the well-being of their visitors.

Our stay here has been absolute perfection. The hotel's elegant lobby and beautifully decorated rooms exceeded our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious with a separate shower and tub. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. We enjoyed exquisite dining at the hotel's restaurant and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We would highly recommend the Four Seasons to anyone looking for a truly 5-star experience

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and most services were excellent. The food was good as well, although breakfast tended to be repetitive from one day to another. The animation team was fantastic, very energetic, friendly, and always creating a fun environment. The evening shows were entertaining and well-organized, adding a special touch to our stay.
However, we did encounter a disappointing incident regarding an excursion offered by someone from Egypt International located at the hotel. We were misled from the start. He told us we could take a boat directly from the pontoon next to the hotel with no transfer needed, and that there would only be six people on board. In reality, we had to take a 30-minute bus ride, and the boat was crowded with around 20 people.
He also promised that on Eden Island we would have all-inclusive services, but once on the boat, the staff informed us that our package only included drinks and water, and food on the boat. At payment, he insisted that there were no extra fees for paying by card, yet we were later charged a 2-euro fee. It’s not about the money, but about honesty.
When confronted, he denied everything and claimed that the food on the island isn’t fresh and would make us sick, clearly just excuses. For this reason, I strongly recommend avoiding this person from Egypt International. The hotel itself is great, but this individual was completely untrustworthy.

10/10 A truly unforgettable stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar
From the moment I arrived, I had the most pleasant experience. Check in to checkout flowed so smoothly and honestly, this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My mum wasn’t well for part of the holiday because she was dealing with a cold and flu, and the staff were incredibly attentive and supportive, catering to her every need without hesitation.
Whenever my mum needed to rest in the room, I spent some time on my own around the resort, and Alice from the animation team was a standout star. She was so kind and thoughtful, always coming over to check on me and taking the time to get to know me. She is such a genuine, sweet girl and made a real difference to my experience. Barbie was really lovely too, I really enjoyed yoga with her!
The restaurant staff were second to none. From the gentleman with the round glasses, to the main managers, and the amazing team at the pasta and grill stations, everyone was wonderful. There were so many lovely people that I cannot remember all the names, but every single one of them helped make our stay special. When my mum wasn’t well, they even helped me pack food and arranged for it to be taken to our room. Their kindness meant so much.
The shisha guy was fantastic too, especially during the times I was on my own. He really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Our room cleaner also went above and beyond, keeping everything immaculate and adding thoughtful touches every day. I hate listing names because I know I am forgetting others who also made a huge impact on our stay.
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the private beach is wonderful. Magda took amazing care of us down on the beach and made our days there feel extra relaxing. The food was top quality, with fresh grilled options every single day which I really appreciated. And the seafood night was unbelievable, with unlimited prawns, crab, salmon and so much more. It was honestly a highlight.
Despite my mum being unwell, we still had the absolute best time. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a relaxing break with excellent service, great food, perfect views and a team of staff who genuinely care, this resort is a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back.
