From the moment we arrived at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mara, we were welcomed with warmth and excitement. The resort is absolutely stunning, offering pristine beaches, beautiful pools, and lush gardens that immediately made us feel like we were in paradise. However, the highlight of our stay was without a doubt the animation team, who took our vacation experience to a whole new level.
Ella, Tag, and Michelle were absolutely amazing! Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to making every guest feel special were evident from day one. Ella's infectious smile and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were part of the family. Tag's charisma and sense of humor had us laughing non-stop, while Michelle's grace and charm brought a sense of calm and joy to every activity. Together, they truly embody what it means to create an unforgettable holiday atmosphere.
Whether it was a morning stretch, poolside games, or the lively evening shows, these three were always at the heart of it all, creating an engaging, fun, and inclusive environment for everyone. It was clear that they genuinely love what they do, and their passion was contagious. We loved getting to know them and participating in the fun activities they organized – from dancing to games to themed parties – they made our stay so much more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well organized. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and high-class.
A very special thank you to the animation team — they were outstanding! Full of energy, friendly, professional, and they really made our stay even more enjoyable with great activities and shows for all ages.
The staff in general were kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel truly welcomed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything was well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were always polite and approachable. There was a nice, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel which made it easy to unwind.

The service throughout our stay was excellent; whether at the restaurant, the bar, or the reception, everyone was attentive and always made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
The food was another highlight. There was a wide variety to choose from, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the options changed enough to keep things interesting. The animation team also did an amazing job. They were upbeat, motivated, and created a fun atmosphere during the day and in the evening, without ever being intrusive.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We enjoyed spending time around the pool, in the gardens, and throughout the communal areas — everything felt inviting and well cared for.
The evening entertainment deserves a special mention. It was surprisingly good, varied, and professionally organized, making every night enjoyable in its own way.
