Overall, really great location with great service. Staff was really kind and courteous all the way with a very professional behaviour. The accommodation was really good and we really loved it. Although no a/c, heavy duty fans were provided which countered the hot climate, but it was a good way to climatise. Pool, bar an dining area was really good, the breakfast service was first class and had a lot of choices. Point to note, if you have a hire car, it can be difficult to find parking space as the apartment hotel has limited spaces. However, we always did manage to get a space. Try and get a small car hire if possible.

Amazing , We were 50/50 on wether we were actually going to come on the holiday due to reading all the reviews on TUI and trip advisor however I can honestly say most of these reviews are untrue ! We arrived late after 11pm and were treated lovely by all staff , we were self catering but were offered bottles of water on arrival . We were given a room located at the back of the hotel “ quieter “ one of the deluxe rooms which come with a fan , microwave , hob , kettle and toaster . There is also all cooking pots ; pans and cutlery. The snack bar was lovely , we got lunch from here every lunch time . Pizzas fresh cooked infront of you . 8-12 euro depending on toppings . Children’s meals etc too . Drinks menus were great , good variety . 4 pools with sun beds , always beds however I would say if you don’t have children to use the two pools located within the middle of the hotel/ apartments. The children’s pool is great two slides , bouncy pillow climbing thing . Located right next to snack bar and bigger pool too . Hotel is clean , and roomed cleaned every day . Fresh bedding , mopped .couldn't fault them at all !! I can’t comment on all inclusive but majority of people we spoke to were happy and enjoyed their food and drinks . Location , Outside the front of the hotel is Irish bars , supermarket on a Saturday and Wednesday there are markets from 9am till 4pm . Everything is cheap . Lidl is a 15 minute walk away , Beach is 12 minutes . Walk to the end of the street , and then right and find the lifts that then take you down to the “English beach “ where you can find McDonald’s , and loads of local places to eat which are all amazing . We tried most of them on our stay . Sun beds can be rented on the beach 9am till 5pm for 7.50 for two beds and an umbrella . Showers on the beach etc . Yumbo centre 15 minute walk , bars , gay bars , shopping , Burger King , subway , shopping food etc . Great little walk . If you want to go to do the palamitos park, don’t do it through excursions go online and book and get a taxi or the bus located at the end of the street as it is cheaper . Online tour able to get money off food and drink So I would recommend online for that one . Will try to add more photos once back in the uk ..

This is a fresh and maintained hotel with great facilities. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed with well equipped kitchens and lovely balconies that enhance the stay. One downside is that the beds were quite hard which affected the overall comfort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Food and drinks at the hotel were of good quality and added to the positive experience. There are several pool areas to choose from. The main pool was the highlight and perfect for relaxation. There is also a great children’s pool which was very appreciated and added a lot of fun for families. Overall a very enjoyable stay with a small drawback regarding the beds.

Rooms are old and hot with no fan or air-conditioning, The service is the worst service I ever encountered in a 2 weeks all inclusive,you have to extra pay for everything, internet good ice-cream, good drinks. Rude staff no information the bars should be open at 10 they open them on a daily basis at 10:30, waited at the bat every time as no barman available, same in all bars, food was unappetising almost everyday cooks took something back to re-cook as it was raw. I don't know what happen but when we booked they had a rating of 4+ now they have 3+ but still way to much. Location even though is close to the coast, if they put you in a room in front good luck sleeping as the karaoke bar will blast music until 3-4 in the morning and if you try to close the windows will boil alive. If you want a relaxing holiday do not recommend, also booked for three people and had just 2 single beds and a bench with 10 cm mattress. As a conclusion worst 3 stars hotel I ever stayed in. Last night found a cockroch on my daughter, told the receptionist was not very interested, by the way nobody will tell you but the check out is is 11:00 even though you buy with Tui and have the bus at 20:00, they will deactivate the cards and will be unable to get to the room. The pools are nice though, even thow except for the main and kids one the rest of 2 are very dirty and can be used only between 10-18:00 pm.

I am writing to make a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I arrived at the hotel before 6:00 PM yesterday, checked into my room, left my belongings, and went out for dinner with a friend. When I returned before 11:00 PM, I discovered that my room was directly beside extremely loud music coming from nearby bars and nightclubs. The noise was unbearable. I could hear loud music, singing, and partying from multiple venues, and it continued until around 3:00 AM. On top of this, the room was extremely hot, with no fan, air circulation, or proper cooling available, which made the situation even worse. Even after the music stopped, I was unable to sleep because market stalls were being set up outside early in the morning. As a result, I did not sleep at all during my stay. I specifically chose your hotel because of its location near the beach, expecting a quiet and relaxing environment. Instead, the room appeared to be located directly in a busy party area, which was the complete opposite of what I expected. I honestly do not understand why this room was assigned to guests seeking a normal overnight stay. I chose not to complain during the night or at checkout because I was concerned it might affect the return of my deposit, but I feel it is important to formally raise this issue now. The experience was so bad that I could not wait to leave this morning and was seriously considering booking somewhere else during the night. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider how this affects guests’ experiences in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this complaint.
