Don't go here. We stayed here for a week over New Year's with all inclusive. We were given a standard room facing the bars and you could hear the noise from the karaoke bar late into the night. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. The bed shorts have dirt and hair on them. The food was not much variety. Only cleaned the room some days. Even though it was called all inclusive, there wasn't much included besides that. The rooms were outdated and they only show the "premium" rooms on the hotel page. Only 1 pool that was warm. There is also no AC, because it needs to be purchased at the reception.

I stayed for two weeks at this hotel and this was my personal experience.
There was minimal interaction with the staff in my case, but I have not had any issues on that part. As long as you respect them and are patient, they will return the same courtesy. The rooms could do with some improvements such as air conditioning/a fan, more kitchen utensils and applications (eg. scissors, better knives, microwave). For ventilation, I’d suggest leaving windows open during late hours and the door where possible. The small outdoor space (via ground floor rooms) allows sunbathing on two lounge chairs and a table with a few normal chairs. My room was stationed close to the pools, so I had no issue with that. Upon entering the room, I was faced with a few roaches - this is where the sweeper provided helps you. However, my only concern was based around one common complaint - the noise levels.
I had requested a quiet room, however despite being granted such, I found myself struggling to sleep at times due to inconsiderate individuals shouting and giggling loudly down the hallways and outdoor space throughout the night. In the distance, nearby bars also frequently play music at loud volume past midnight, further stressing the point. This wasn’t an issue every night from my section at the back, only a few. If you’re looking to have a quiet sleep, expect noise in your surroundings and ensure you have earbuds.
The location is good as you’re positioned quite close to the coast as well as the main areas. There are some nice surrounding views on your travels, particularly down the San Agustín beach. You also don’t have to worry too much about supplies as there are many stores around. The closest one is a HiperDino opposite the hotel entrance across the road. I can’t comment on the food within the hotel as I was self-catering, but I have heard that it’s okay.
In terms of entertainment within the premises, you have a fair amount to do. A few examples consist of - a gym (charges daily, weekly and monthly), an inside bar in case the bar outside is closed, a small convenience store in the main hall, a self service launderette (5€ for wash, 5€ for dry), a nail and hair salon, pools, and sometimes weekly events outside near the bar. There is also a cigarette and vending machine in the reception area. Upon checkout, there is a storage room next to reception where you can keep your luggage until your coach arrives for the airport. This door is kept locked when not in use.
Overall, it’s a good hotel if you’re not too fussed. If you’re travelling around and likely to spend minimal time in the hotel room, then consider it an ideal location. I definitely recommend requesting a quiet room for one of your three requests as you could end up opposite the loud bars across the hotel front.

Pros: Good amount of entertainment but more-so outside of the premises, frequent cleaning, great security, three requests are granted, friendly staff, a safe is available inside the bedrooms.
Cons: Roaches are expected, basic kitchen equipment available, uncomfortable beds, potential noise during the night and early morning hours.

I'm sharing my impressions of my stay at this hotel from November 1, 2025, to November 10, 2025. I was staying with a friend and we arrived in a rental car. Our first pleasant surprise was that the hotel has parking, but if there are no spaces, you have to park wherever you can. The hotel website states there is no parking 👆 It's small, with approximately 50 spaces.
We had to wait a couple of hours at reception until we were checked into our room (check-in is from 3:00 PM).
The hotel is small, with three swimming pools (I didn't explore the grounds). The rooms are old and haven't been renovated in a long time. The beds are uncomfortable – my neck really hurt after sleeping. Be prepared to find there's no hairdryer in the room – that was a shock. But thanks to the man at reception, who made sure we got a hairdryer. A kettle, electric stove, and refrigerator are in the room. The bathroom always smelled unpleasantly damp.
Rooms are cleaned every two days.
We only had breakfast, and it was quite edible, but monotonous.
Big downsides of the hotel:
- The location in the city center, where the music blared until 4:00 a.m. or even later. I slept like a baby after walking, but my friend suffered from the decibels at night.
- One woman at reception is very unfriendly to guests. She refused to open the parking barrier for us without reason, even though there were plenty of free spaces. I asked her to explain why, but she refused. She was very rude and ill-mannered. And she lied to her colleague about us being from a different hotel and not having the right to be there (funny 🤭 because we have bracelets with the hotel name on our wrists).
People like that have no business being at the reception desk and shouldn't be working with vacationers. I strongly recommend firing her!!!!
Pros:
The hotel is inexpensive, fine for an overnight stay (if the music doesn't bother you).
2-star hotel
The hotel is well located – in the city center, 10-15 minutes from the waterfront.
I wouldn't recommend this city for a vacation for people with straight sexual orientations, as it's very supportive of non-traditional minorities, and you'll see them more often on the promenade than your fellow travelers.
Again, a huge thank you to the man at the reception desk, who kindly resolved our issues and speaks English, Spanish, and German.

Hotel may seem dated upon appearance and also seems many of the rooms are private apartments. The main pool area is lovely and a great bar with lovely staff . The room itself was large and had all facilities needed even if self catering , with a spacious living area and pleasant balcony overlooking the pool. Went all inclusive and aside from the drink options I didn’t unfortunately rate the food at all only ate there once as it seemed to be the same thing all the time . Location is good a short walk from the beach and many shops and bars nearby. Would visit again maybe on a self catering basis

Very nice hotel!😎 great price point and excellent cleaning👌🏼we didn't try breakfast since there are multiple bf restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Note that all rooms are a bit unique, so try to get one from the west wing upper levels, and poolside rooms from 1st floor seem also nice👍🏼
