I am writing to make a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I arrived at the hotel before 6:00 PM yesterday, checked into my room, left my belongings, and went out for dinner with a friend. When I returned before 11:00 PM, I discovered that my room was directly beside extremely loud music coming from nearby bars and nightclubs. The noise was unbearable. I could hear loud music, singing, and partying from multiple venues, and it continued until around 3:00 AM. On top of this, the room was extremely hot, with no fan, air circulation, or proper cooling available, which made the situation even worse. Even after the music stopped, I was unable to sleep because market stalls were being set up outside early in the morning. As a result, I did not sleep at all during my stay. I specifically chose your hotel because of its location near the beach, expecting a quiet and relaxing environment. Instead, the room appeared to be located directly in a busy party area, which was the complete opposite of what I expected. I honestly do not understand why this room was assigned to guests seeking a normal overnight stay. I chose not to complain during the night or at checkout because I was concerned it might affect the return of my deposit, but I feel it is important to formally raise this issue now. The experience was so bad that I could not wait to leave this morning and was seriously considering booking somewhere else during the night. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider how this affects guests’ experiences in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this complaint.

Believe the bad reviews. I didn't while making the booking and it made my holidays horrible. From food to room, service, swimming pools its just negative experience. The supposedly heated pools (kids, 1 regural) so cold that my toddler didn't want to spend time there. Doesn't the time of the day and how hot was outside it stayed cold. Rude receptionist, this guy is just horrible. Food is so disappointing, bland. Rooms are so basic and outdated. You wont be able to get any sleep as across the street is pub and music is blasting every day. Starts at 9.30pm and roars till early morning hours. Its so bad that we sleptat sofa bed in living room and still felt like there is life band outside the door. Catering and cleaning staff are so nice and really trying to make this place run but in general absolutely horrible experience.

We have stayed here over 8 times, there are 3 pools, all freshwater and I think heated, never been too cold to get in. The main pool has recently been revamped and the kiddies pool has also been revamped to include lots for the little ones, the rooms are basic but clean, we also pay extra for the superior room which again they have recently been decorated, the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are very good, nothing super special but a good selection. Food gets a little repetitive if you stay for more than a week. Staff are all very helpful and speak good English.

Hotel may seem dated upon appearance and also seems many of the rooms are private apartments. The main pool area is lovely and a great bar with lovely staff . The room itself was large and had all facilities needed even if self catering , with a spacious living area and pleasant balcony overlooking the pool. Went all inclusive and aside from the drink options I didn’t unfortunately rate the food at all only ate there once as it seemed to be the same thing all the time . Location is good a short walk from the beach and many shops and bars nearby. Would visit again maybe on a self catering basis

Very nice hotel!😎 great price point and excellent cleaning👌🏼we didn't try breakfast since there are multiple bf restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Note that all rooms are a bit unique, so try to get one from the west wing upper levels, and poolside rooms from 1st floor seem also nice👍🏼
