Hotel with apartments that are a bit old-fashioned, but very well equipped. It is not very close to the beach, so many times you feel like staying and enjoying the facilities.
The staff in general are very friendly. The food is good, although with limited variety.
A special mention goes to the activities host HE'S AN ABSOLUTE 🌟. His volcanic-style table tennis, his pool competitions with the kids and his amazing evening bingo. Our last days and the night was a perfect 10
Congratulations, without a doubt we will come back I still need more lessons to learn how to move my hips! 😄

Had the privilege of spending 7 nights at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, amenities were great. The rooms themselves were very clean and well equipped. The hotel is also very quiet, no discos or loud noise, which is what made it relaxing to stay at. The food is ok, standard enough for a hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, had an enjoyable stay, and will return.

Spent a nice relaxing week here and had a great time. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool near the restaurant/bar where you could see the ocean, we were worried that it might be a bit noisy in the evening being so close to the bar but that wasn’t an issue at all.
The apartment had air conditioning in the living room only but we requested a fan for the bedroom on our first night which was quickly brought up to our room.
We only had breakfast in the hotel on our last morning which cost €16 per person and found the buffet selection to be good. The evening meals buffet cost €26 per person and was okay, there are lots of places to eat nearby. They also haves a shop/supermarket underneath reception which was good for drinks and snacks and there is also a really good spar supermarket about 10 minutes down the road.
As we had a late flight home we requested a late checkout which would have been great. When we called reception the woman said she would have to check with her manager and housekeeping, they then rejected our request as somebody was checking in to our room even though there was plenty of rooms available to book on their website. We then had 7 hours to kill before leaving and nobody had checked in to our room before we left so we can only assume that the cleaners didn’t want to have to wait to clean our room.
Our only other complaint would be that the pool bar didn’t open at all on one of the days we spent by the pool but other than we were happy with our stay and we will return here. It’s a great place to go for nice weather and it reasonably priced.

Just returned from a stunning holiday in Lanzarote, we stayed in this hotel and we will 100% be back. We were upgraded with no extra cost and had the ideal apartment location beside the smaller/adult pool. The hotel itself is spotless, staff out cleaning every day, the apartment was lovely. Beds super comfortable and super clean. Great shower as well! We had fresh towels and linen during our stay, the pool was spotless as well. Again staff out cleaning every day! We had the breakfast included in our stay which was nice.
Ideal location, we walked into peurto del carmen strip (a long but very manageable walk along the ocean) but you’ve also the smaller areas with plenty of bars and restaurants only a short walk away from the hotel. We used the spa and both had a treatment each which we would highly recommend doing, was good value for money and super nice to be able to walk up from our room for a massage- ideal really!
Staff were super friendly, booked us a taxi every night without hassle and were super helpful on checking in.

We had a lovely little ground floor apartment near the pool and only two minutes from the restaurant.
It was really ideal self catering but we always had breakfast in the hotel itself, the selection and quality of food is really excellent.
Location is great and just a very pleasant 10 minutes walk to the beach.
There is a little shop in the basement of the hotel which is ideal for little essentials.
We have been there several times and the staff are always great also.
