The staff is very nice. Let’s start with the rooms:the bed from the living room is very uncomfortable and it is hard to sleep on. The bed from our room was comfortable and very soft. The blanket had a little crack. I’ll show you the photo. They don’t clean every day but they do clean every 7 days. Overall, the breakfast was 10/10. A good variety with eggs,desserts and so much more.

This is the 3rd time I stay in “Ona Alborada” and I am really satisfied about this choice during my visits in Tenerife.
I can highly suggest this Hotel and, on my opinion has an excellent ratio qulity/price.
The receptionists and the stuff in general are really nice and polite and helpful in case You need anything.
Starting with the location, on the middle between Las Americas/Los Cristianos and the Tenerife South Airport. It gives You the opportunity to enjoy some relax but at few minutes driving distance from the super crowded night life Tenerife Style.
The hotel has been recently renewed and the camera is neat and clean with a super view (picture attached) has a small kitchen with cooking corner, fridge, toast maker, kitchen utensils (moka for Italian coffee too) and microwave as well.
The mattress is good quality not too firm not too soft and was granting restful nights. All the building was very calm and silent at night and it is a plus in my opinion.
Breakfast is good…in quality and variety and never had an issue.
And the cherry on top of this hotel is without any doubt the swimming pool. It is a huge pool with NATURAL SEA WATER !!! No chemicals no irritations in the skins or eyes and get cleaned completely every 2-3 days. The sunbath area around the pool has and plenty of deckchairs and umbrella, never a risk to remain without a seat available even under peak times!
As I said before I highly suggest this Hotel. I’ll be back for sure.

We found it difficult to accept that no drinks of any kind were included at dinner with half board. Not even water, tea, or coffee. In my experience, half board usually includes at least soft drinks, water and often beer or wine as well. For a party of 9 with children, this added a significant and unexpected expense and it made the dining experience feel quite odd.
A lot of the staff were frankly rude, and guests were often made to feel like a burden rather than welcomed. Even taking drink orders felt like an ordeal, which added to the overall discomfort during meals.
On the positive side, the rooms were nice and spacious, and the pool area was lovely a definite highlight of the stay.
However, having the rooms cleaned only once a week was challenging during an 8 night stay, especially when it came to towels.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of included drinks, minimal cleaning schedule, and unwelcoming service made the stay much less.

I booked a room with a balcony and sea view,but the view I received was more of a partial sea view, mostly blocked by buildings and palm trees. This does not match what you expect when paying extra for a sea view.
I asked at reception to change rooms, but I was told that everything was fully booked. However, I could still see available rooms online for the same dates, which made the situation very disappointing.
The hotel itself is okay, but I recommend clearer communication about what is considered a sea view and more flexibility when guests experience issues with their room. This would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Amazing price-quality ratio. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious and have a nice balcony facing the water/pool. Well located, nice area with the pool and sun chairs. The pool faces the ocean, but the water is extremely cold, which made it unusable for us (therefore a 4/5 star).
Lots of parking space around.

First of all the resort is in need of some TLC, it’s a sprawling site of two story buildings and then we had the restaurant buffet which was excellent for every meal. The staff couldn’t do enough for you in a very busy restaurant. The pool and bar were Exellent with loads of easy to get sunbeds at any time of the day. Drinks at the bar were never a problem considering it being all inclusive and the staff throughout the resort were amazing. Our room was cleaned daily, beds made daily and linen changed regularly. If you look past that it’s an old hotel, the atmosphere the staff created makes for a great holiday. P.s oh I nearly forgot the parrots in the gardens. Immensely great fun

The hotel is located in a quiet residential but only a ten minute walk from Las Galletas. The swimming pool area is nice and with lots of new beds.
The drinks are served in paper cups which doesn't enhance any taste, especially the weak beer.
The best thing about the hotel is the lovely lady Claudia on reception, who is friendly and works hard to help you. She seems to always have to work the late shifts! I can't say the same for the other miserable younger blonde woman!
Food in the restaurant was average but there was always something to eat. Staff there were nice except from the female restaurant manager. So miserable and never a please or thank you!!
Would I stay again, probably not!

A good three-star all-inclusive hotel. It's a very good and clean hotel. The food is excellent, with a wide selection of meats, fish, and seafood and more. Łukasz, a very friendly chef of Polish descent, is a hit in the kitchen and in the dining room. The staff is wonderful.The bar is very good.There are also lots of snacks.
Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and beds are made. Everything is very clean, but the hotel's appearance has been frozen in time. The entertainment team is prepared and engaged both during the day and in the evenings. This is a place for those looking for a NORMAL relaxation at a very affordable price!

A good 3* all inclusive. Don't expect 5* razz ma tazz but a very good, clean well managed hotel. Food very good but simple and limited choice but for that very good. Staff are brilliant. Everything very clean although tired in places. Entertainment team good and engaging both during day and at night .
Local area has good bars and food if you look for it. Beers 2 Euro a pint. A good meal with 2 courses, drinks, wine etc for less than 50 euro. Much cheaper and quieter than nearby MAJOR resorts.

My family and I spent two weeks at this hotel and had a wonderful vacation. It's a very quiet and diverse place. The hotel's greatest asset is the people you see in the photos: the event planners and bartenders. Thanks to them, we'll definitely be back; they're a huge plus for this hotel; they always care about your well-being. The only downside was the girl behind the bar—she was a little rude, but overall, everything was great.🙂
Things to do in Costa del Silencio
Explore life beneath the waves: While Costa del Silencio’s pebbly beach may not be ideal for sunbathing (there are plenty of stunning hotel pools for that!), the Atlantic waves are perfect for surfing and other watersports. There are also some superb spots for snorkeling and scuba diving - as well as a PADI dive centre - so you can meet the life beneath the ocean’s surface.
Take a hike: the breathtakingly beautiful Montana Amarilla is a great place to stretch your legs and take a hike. It can be a challenge to get to the top, but the views are more than worth it.
Eat, drink and be merry!: Costa del Silencio boasts some of the finest bars and restaurants on the island. Gastro Gallo Restaurante Pizzeria is a great place for pizza, pasta and fresh seafood - perfect for pleasing the whole family.
