My 1st time to this hotel, it's a big hotel, all bedrooms have a pool view, 3 glass elevators to all floors, Large restaurant with buffet style food, which is OK nothing special.
Large outdoor space 3 pools, tennis courts ect. Rooms are fine if a little dated, fridge but No kettle, can be gotten for a fee from reception.
Shuttle bus available 3 times daily into town or easily walked about 20 minutes, All in all a good hotel for a smaller budget.

Hotel is very impressive. Everywhere you look is a wow. Yes on closer inspection you see faults, ie worn carpets in places and furniture too. Cleanliness is pretty good standard. Pools are amazing, with one heated. Food is of good variation and quality. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Not sure of his name, but the tall black guy in the restaurant is so helpful and funny too. Main question, would we return.... hell yes 👍

I visited here for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday and it was my first time exploring Lanzarote. I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, offering a wonderful variety of choices. I appreciated the free daily coaches that conveniently took us to the nearby beach, making outing easy and enjoyable.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Be aware that while the rooms were quite spacious, they did feel a bit outdated.
The nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! Sometimes, there were long queues at the bar, but that didn’t take away from the good times. Also, in the outdoor swimming area, glass isn't allowed, so the outdoor bar provides plastic glasses for a €1 deposit, which keeps everything safe and enjoyable.

People seem to forget that a 4 star in the canaries, isn’t always going to be on par with a 4 star in the uk. There is no globalised standard for these ratings, so it’s always best to check the country that you’re going to, so that you know what to expect.
Moaning about the decor and ‘dated’ furniture in a hotel that is otherwise clean and functional, is beyond me. Maybe I got lucky with my room, but there was nothing broken/ no stains on carpets or anything else mentioned in some of these other reviews, that had me panicking after booking. Was it the ritz? No.. but was it clean, roomy and comfortable with balconies that had amazing views? Yes.
I also see moaning about children being unable to throw balls and use floats. Well that’s what splash hotels are for. Adults like to swim and use pools too, without being hit on the head every 2 minutes, or ran into by a child on a float that their parent has left to babysit them!!. There are organised games at organised times, and maybe the moaning parents should use the rest of the time to swim with their child instead of wanting to turn a pool into ball court..
The location itself won’t be for everyone. It’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but still within an accessible proximity of shops/ tobacconists and beaches. If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle, then this place is more for you.
The food was (in my opinion) quite limited on dish variety for the size of the hotel, and quite repetitive on meal type, bar a few extra ingredients thrown in to mix things up a little. However; If you find any decent all inclusive buffet, anywhere. You’ve struck gold. I guess they have to make savings somewhere.
You will need one euro for the disposable plastic cups (all inclusive) which is returned once you return the cups. Pool towels are available, but I’m not sure about the cost for these as we took our own.
All in all, we had a nice relaxing stay, at an affordable price and I will definitely return. (Pic is of the kids beds in the junior suite - an adjoined room, which can be accessed separately and door shut between- it was clean and functional! But thought I would include it, incase you’re expecting Bloomsbury style decor for this very modest price )

Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Good adult entertainment, great kids entertainment. Food superb. I really had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and maintained well. The pools and grounds were great too. The beach is a ten minute walk. Lots of things to do locally. You will enjoy.
