The hotel was lovely! Lovely staff and heated pool. Great service all around. Great activities and lots of shows to watch. The staff are really fun and enthusiastic. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend! We also loved that we got to have 2 meals in the hotels restaurants separate from the evening buffet for free. They also offer lots of great services like the spa and great diving trips to the Red Sea.
The animation team were lovely, especially oumou she was great and really lovely. She made us feel welcome and kept us up to date with what was going on for us to enjoy the entertainment in the day times and evening. She taught us Latino dance and aqua gym which made us make friends along the fun experience. She’s a hard worker and great to be around!

Our stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza was truly unforgettable, and it was all because of the incredible people who work there. From the very first moment we arrived until the day we left, we were surrounded by warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made our experience extraordinary was the staff. Every single person we met greeted us with a smile from ear to ear, and not once did we encounter anything negative.
We would especially like to thank Ahmed Hamed, Abdalla Mohamed, Ahmed El Nomairy, Abdelrahman Hesham, Mohamed ElWakel, Salah Ragab, Mahmoud Sayed, Mohamed Gamal, Abd Allah Mohamed, Ahmed Sabah, Mina Awadallah, Abdelbaset Ahmed, and Mohamed Helmy.
Each of them contributed in their own way to making our vacation perfect. Whether it was in the restaurant, at the bar, on the beach, in housekeeping, or working behind the scenes, their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy stood out every single day. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of.
What impressed us the most was the consistency, every day, every interaction, the same high level of service and genuine friendliness. It felt like they truly cared about us having the best possible experience, and that made all the difference.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and one of the absolute highlights was the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and truly made the experience unforgettable. From daytime activities to evening shows, they created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and brought so much life to the hotel.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel facilities were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and the animation team deserves special recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Hurghada plaza. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional and always happy to help which really made our experience special. The pool areas were brilliant, clean and relaxing and the beach was beautiful with stunning views and plenty of space to unwind. The food was good and they also had a kids corner, the chocolate fountain was a hit! The wifi is excellent throughout the hotel. Our room had a brilliant sea view and watching the sunrise every morning was beautiful! Overall, a wonderful hotel, we would definitely return and highly recommend it!

The room was spotless, with a great view to the Red Sea.
The hotel itself is amazing, with a heated swimming pool, beautiful walks around the hotel, leading the Red Sea’s beach
The food was great with plenty of choices, all the hotel staff were realy friendly, a special mention will go to Ahmed Elenemry, he was the guy who organised a special moment for my daughter’s 8th birthday. He was very friendly with us, always looking after our needs.
Quite family friendly hotel, as they were having different activities for kids, and a kids-disco every evening, hosted by their great animation team
Also, I have to mention Barkat Oabama, the bar man at the swimming pool bar, he’s always smiling, always with a positive atitude, always ready with you next drink.
We’ll definetely come back!
