Our stay at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza was absolutely outstanding once again. This was not our first visit, and just like every previous stay, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel continues to deliver exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to every member of the hotel team. From the housekeeping staff who maintained our room to the highest standards, to the restaurant and bar teams who consistently provided excellent service, and the front desk staff who were always professional, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone played a part in making our stay truly memorable.
A special thank you goes to the wonderful animation team, especially Susi and Khadija, for their energy, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests have a fantastic time.

The kids' club left a very pleasant impression. The staff is kind, attentive, and knows how to connect with children. Every day, engaging activities, games, creative activities, and a mini-disco ensure the children have a fun and exciting time.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping team.
What made our holiday truly special was the entertainment team. They were energetic, friendly, and professional, creating a fun atmosphere every day with activities, games, and evening shows. They always made guests feel welcome and included, and their enthusiasm added so much to our experience.

I recently stayed at Hilton Plaza Hotel in Hurghada and had a very enjoyable experience overall.
The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views that make the stay even more special. The animation team deserves particular praise – they are outgoing, friendly, always smiling, and constantly encouraging guests to join in the activities, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The rooms and public areas were spotless, and the high standard of cleanliness was clearly maintained every day.
The only area I feel could be improved is the restaurant service. While the staff were polite, it would be nice if waiters were more proactive in offering drinks to guests during meals. On several occasions, I had to look for a waiter myself to request a drink.
