We have just returned from holiday at the LUXME in Kos. The first thing I will say is that the hospitality and service was amazing. I didn’t see a miserable or downbeat hotel employee for the whole week. It is now an all inclusive resort and it absolutely is! No annoying additional surcharges, the drinks are top shelf and the food from the à la carte to the buffet to the pool side is delicious and tasty! What makes this place is the people, always willing to go that extra mile to help. Even when we had issues with our room they responded quickly to sort them out (more so than some big chain hotels and I’ve travelled a lot!). They do make you feel like your comfort is their priority.
I’ve awarded 5 stars based primarily on the hotel team and service, but I would caution that it’s an older hotel. The communal, lobby, bar, restaurant and outside areas are amazing, refurbished and well kept. However that has not made it to all the accommodation rooms yet and some of these can be tired and dated with the maintenance issues associated with that (all rectified super quickly if you raise them). Renovation is ongoing and when it’s done this place will be spectacular! For some travellers who are happy with a functional room, it won’t bother you, but if you you want a more modern room, choose carefully or just let the amazing service and consumable delights of the hotel distract you from that! Feedback given politely to the hotel team is taken enthusiastically and responded to quickly to make your stay better.
Either way, if you’re looking for an all inclusive where the staff actually care about your holiday and you are pampered with delicious treats, then this is your place.

We spent a week at Lux Me Kos during the UK May half-term with our family. We were expecting the hotel to be incredibly busy, but it never felt overcrowded and the atmosphere was lovely throughout our stay.
We first visited in 2024 and had such a fantastic experience that we decided to return this year. I'm happy to say that everything was just as amazing as we remembered.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was outstanding, both in the à la carte restaurants and the main restaurant, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The drinks selection was excellent too, with numerous bars around the resort and attentive service everywhere, including the beach bar.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably cleaned every day. The entertainment programme was fantastic, with so many activities and events taking place throughout the day and evening that we simply couldn't keep up with everything on offer.
A special thank you to Vasilis, Kiryakos, and Yannis, who run the hotel with incredible professionalism, high standards, and a genuinely welcoming approach. Their dedication is reflected in every aspect of the guest experience.
We can't recommend Lux Me Kos highly enough and are already looking forward to returning again.

Our stay at Grecotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We spent a wonderful week at the resort with our 6-month-old baby, and it was the perfect destination for a family holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making travelling with a young child completely stress-free.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious facilities, and a peaceful setting that allows you to truly unwind. The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The food was another highlight. The variety and quality across all the restaurants were excellent, with delicious dishes prepared to a very high standard. Every meal offered something new, and there was always plenty of choice. Don’t miss dining at any of the 4 restaurants.
One thing we particularly loved was seeing such a wonderful mix of guests enjoying the resort. There were families with children, couples, solo travellers, elderly guests, and people with mobility or walking difficulties, all comfortably sharing the space. It created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone seemed able to relax and enjoy themselves.
The pools, beach, and rooms were immaculate, offering both comfort and elegance, and there were plenty of activities while still maintaining a sense of tranquillity.
Overall, Grecotel LUXME Kos exceeded all our expectations. It combines luxury, outstanding service, inclusivity, and a beautiful location to create an unforgettable holiday experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos and can’t wait to return! Thank you Vasilios (the GM) and the rest of the team!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Grecotel Lux me Kos. The staff need to be highly praised. They would accommodate any of your wishes and were happy and approachable at all times. The hotel was quiet and you could always find a place to sit. The Al a Carte restaurants were all good and lots of food to offer. We very much enjoyed the Greek restaurant which is situated on the beach, but all were amazing. The buffet restaurant was always good and contained an adult only part , which we enjoyed.
There was a good variety of drinks on offer and the cocktails were all made from scratch.
The downside to the hotel was lack of evening entertainment. What was put on was really good it was a shame that there was not more on offer.
Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos and would recommend it.
The pool area and beachfront are beautiful, and the resort is really well looked after. It has a relaxed atmosphere throughout.
The à la carte restaurants, especially Asiana and the 1930s restaurant, were outstanding. The food throughout the resort was of good quality, and there was a great choice of cocktails and wines too.
The staff really made the holiday. A special thank you to Cielo, Lope, Ewa and Konstantin who all went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome.
A couple of areas could be improved:
• Not all of the rooms have been refurbished yet;
• The buffet was good but can become a little repetitive over a longer stay; and
• The evening entertainment could be stronger — the conference room doesn’t feel like the right venue for it.
Overall, a fantastic holiday and would happily return.
