What is not to like! We liked the look of the hotel and did a great deal of research before booking. We were a bit worried because of some negative reviews however need not have been.
From the moment we arrived the service was excellent and all staff without exception were polite, smiley, lovely throughout our entire stay.
We opted for bed and breakfast to enable us to get out and about, and not be tied. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced in any hotel including one we stayed at earlier in the year that cost over twice the price! Superb selection, superb staff.
We opted for a family room for a bit more space, and it was lovely, clean, regular towel and bed linen change.
The gardens and layout of the hotel is excellent; love to be able to stop people smoking nearby us! Not the fault of the hotel.
This has been an absolutely gorgeous holiday, beautiful surroundings, fabulous staff and very relaxing. Would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you to everyone for making it a wonderful holiday

Our 19th stay at Grecotel Luxme in Kos, and it's still fantastic. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome again. The friendly staff is always there to help. Food and accommodation perfect. We would like to express a special thanks to Mr. Kyriakos, who runs the business like a good family man, as if it were his own hotel, stepping in whenever needed. And always with a smile. Every stay at this hotel is a new chapter in our memory book. We are honored to be part of your story.

Great location, so close to the beach.
Staff fantastic, great setup with the pools, with one being a quiet pool during the day, then switching for later on as the bottom pool/cafe switched into the premium restaurant.
Lovely vibe. Customers seemed a decent classy bunch.
Slides are decent, even for adults!
Easy to get drinks and food throughout the day.
Love the external gym, plus there was one inside as well. Best provisioned hotel gym I’ve seen outside of a spa hotel.

🌟 An Outstanding Stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos – A True Gem for Business Travelers and Families Alike
As a businessman who frequently stays in 5-star hotels around the world, I rarely come across a resort that truly surprises me. But Grecotel LUXME Kos exceeded every expectation. It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending luxury with a relaxed island charm. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the dining options are diverse and of exceptional quality, and the all-inclusive concept is executed at a truly premium level.
What made this stay even more special was how perfectly it catered to both my professional standards and my family’s needs. My children were thrilled with the activities and safe environment, while I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and top-tier amenities that allowed me to unwind completely.
Grecotel LUXME Kos isn’t just a vacation spot—it’s a place where luxury, hospitality, and heartfelt experiences come together. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined yet family-friendly escape. We’ll definitely be returning.

I do not like to be this negative, but please think twice before booking this hotel. The gardens and views are nice, but it feels less like a luxury resort and more like a factory where guests are pushed through with little genuine care.
The worst was that my wife and I both suffered food poisoning after eating sushi at the Asiana restaurant on 19 September. About eight hours later we were both sick with vomiting and diarrhoea, while others who did not eat sushi were completely fine. Two nurses who were with us and a doctor I consulted confirmed the symptoms matched food poisoning.
When we reported it, the reaction was shocking. Instead of showing sympathy or investigating, the hotel dismissed it as a “virus” without checking their kitchen or food safety practices and feared for the rest of the guests’ safety. Oddly, after such dismissive and warning remarks the manager Evlambios Grigoriadis wanted to shake my hands, which feels completely contradictory and proving they were focused purely on denying all responsibility. He even told me: “This is your problem, not my problem” words truly unfit for anyone in hospitality.
This attitude shows how the hotel is run: denying everything, showing zero sympathy, and shifting blame to guests. It says everything about their standards and their genuine respect for guest experience and health. If they respond to this review, they will most likely deny everything and twist my words, but they will most certainly not take the smallest sense of responsibility and that says it all for me. The issue is also under investigation of the PNAI authorities in Greece.
