Such a lovely hotel! The staff are excellent so friendly and accommodating.
We were late checking in due to a delay at the airport and they had set dinner aside for us when we got there.
Also they left a cake for and card for me in our room for my birthday:)
Not to mention how amazing they are with kids!

Hotel very nice clean and very helpfull. Went with my sister and got made up to 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely. Breckfast very good choice. Didn't stay for entertainment so can't comment. Only comment would be the bar music was the same tune all the time, some nice music would have been good.

We had a lovely break here. Our 1st time in Lanzarote. Nice hotel, huge comfy beds & plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was ok plenty to choose from. Rooms do need a little updating but are clean. Unfortunately there is no storage space in the bathroom for toiletries & pool is freezing cold. These are the only things we didn't like. We would probably return.

Stayed here for 7 nights, half board.
Facilities - stayed in an apartment-like room which had a kitchen area with a fridge, hobs, microwave etc which was handy. Very spacious and clean! Loads of sun loungers and double sun beds throughout the hotel. Pool tables and table tennis table, basketball area and small gym - plenty for all!
Food - couldn’t fault the breakfast and dinner! Fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked in-front of you. Each night had different food options, plenty of fresh salads, pizzas, fish, and meat, also had Canarian potatoes each night too.
Staff - great service from all the staff, especially Ismael who was super friendly & made the best sangria!
Hotel is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, and just round the corner from the bus stop where there’s buses every 20 minutes to different parts of the island.
Would definitely return!

Me and my wife came to Lanzarote for our 1st ever time, and I’m glad that my wife chose this hotel, as it was a beautiful hotel, rooms were lovely, great views, always kept clean and tidy. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, Raphial the entertainment coordinator was very friendly and cheerful, he involved everyone to participate in all activities, in fact we made friends with an Irish couple because of him. As everyone got on with each other. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again next year. 10/10 on everything about the hotel, and another thing the breakfast was catered for everyone too. So much variety of food. The breakfast staff were excellent too. Pool bar and snacks were very impressive as well.
