Only been here a day bit first impressions are good.
Rooms are a good size and spotless, really pleased with this, especially for aparthotel type accommodation. We arrived at 11pm and the manager was exceptional, he'd prepared dinner for us which was a godsend after travelling. Incredibly polite and helpful.
Only been out for a little explore and its a decent location. Theres a supermarket a 4min walk away which is a decent size and reasonably priced, especially if you go for local/Spanish brands rather than UK/US brands. ChatGPT was handy for translating some things.
Hill to the hotel from the beach/shops isnt as bad as I'd read online and kids/older people should manage it, wheelchairs could be a struggle though.
Theres a bus stop 50m from the front door of the hotel.
Breakfast was good and a good amount for gluten/dairy free. Good selection of items too.

From check in to check out the whole experience was amazing.Great choice at Breakfast and everthing you could possibly need.Prosecco at breakfast,really!But it's there if you want it.Evening meal,plenty of choice and very nice too.Restaurant staff work so hard,it's worthy of a tip when you leave.
The pool is great and not too cold.The poolbar is great as are the staff with affordable prices.The homemade burgers are amazing.The also do takeaway.
It's best to jump in a taxi to the strip especially to get back.Around €4 each way.
We had a leak on our air conditioning and it was repaired very quickly.Thank you.
The reception staff really do go that extra mile to help you in anyway they can.Maid service very good.
Another quick mention to Pedro who provides a great service in the main bar.
All in all a great hotel with great staff who care.Thank you Club Izaro.Graćias.x

Great hotel - Great rooms & plenty of room (beds were comfy). Pool was great and a kids pool. All staff were friendly & very professional (very good at their jobs). Specially Pedro (barman) never stops working away (was a gentleman) & Raphael the entertainment guy from pool sports etc he was brilliant from start to finish and very good fun! Bar food beside the pool was 5 star! Brilliant food & drinks! Breakfast was also brilliant everything you wanted they have it. Great hotel will 100% be back.

Me and my wife came to Lanzarote for our 1st ever time, and I’m glad that my wife chose this hotel, as it was a beautiful hotel, rooms were lovely, great views, always kept clean and tidy. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, Raphial the entertainment coordinator was very friendly and cheerful, he involved everyone to participate in all activities, in fact we made friends with an Irish couple because of him. As everyone got on with each other. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again next year. 10/10 on everything about the hotel, and another thing the breakfast was catered for everyone too. So much variety of food. The breakfast staff were excellent too. Pool bar and snacks were very impressive as well.

My husband and I are staying here at present. Having never been to Lanzarote before we were a little apprehensive about our accommodation and what to expect. O my word, beautiful is all I can say. Personally from the time we arrived, the staff, the hotel itself to us is amazing. The apartments are so spacious with your bedroom, beautiful bathroom, kitchen area with everything you need even a hob if you wanted to cook, and a spacious sitting room. The icing on the cake is our seating area at our door with a little built in clothes dryer and also we are only a few steps from the sun loungers and pool. Everything here met our expectations
We most definitely will be back here again.Dont want to leave.
