Genuine, regular traveller review...
The hotel building its self is good, the rooms are large, clean and comfy as a whole.
The pool area is nice and clean, the beds are locked up untill 0730 when you can grab a bed and put towels down, it does get busy but alway some space and other beds stacked up.
The pools its self are freezing cold (December time) yet they state there is a "heated pool" none of them were warm and actually too cold to anything other and a quick deep (if you like ice cold dips).
Hardly anyone in the pool and the main reason you sit round a pool is to go in it, major disappointment, and once again the hotel website and tui app stating "heated pool!
The food and drink is a major disappointment after reading reviews, and also the tui app and hotel website stating there is an Italian resturant, well thats never open even after going to reception but not open on certain nights and no availability, yet I didn't see it open once on my weeks stay (reception tried to fob us off with seasonal closing, yet we should of been informed prior to booking the holiday).
So you have to go an eat in the buffet restaurant, they state "show cooking stations" but every night it was burgers and some sort of fish, on a griddle station thats says "flame" no flame in sight only a flat topped cheap gas griddle that is used for the morning eggs etc - hardly a cooking show or grill!
All flipped by a guy who generally doesn't know when either are fully cooked! The whole food at the other areas was generally passable if you have no taste buds, lacks taste and imagination.
Most nights as the main protien it was something in gravy or a lame sauce. Food gets recycle from previous nights, stale or soggy food.
As I state it's edible but by the 2nd night we was off looking for other places to eat, not something you should do when its all inclusive (if you like weird tasting burgers, fish or sliced in gravy you will be ok). There is chips, mash and wedges type potatoes every night, which formed the main space on the plate each night, along with bread!!!
Food is a real disappointment, apart from one night was new years eve, and that is exactly how the buffer should be, but again the usual burgers and sliced meat in gravy made an appearance.
The drinks are somewhat to be questioned, the beer tastes like its a little flat and watered down, the soft drinks again lack strength and fizzyness. And the wine is absolutely disgusting.
You cannot get a wine glass or a beer glass anywhere even when eating meals.
You cannot get soft drinks, alcohol for breakfast and you cannot get hot drinks for lunch or dinner. All inclusive should be allowed to have what ever drink you want and what ever time. I have never been in a hotel where around the pool you dont self service beer or soft drinks, and because of this and speciality drink you have to wait at times for 25 mins in a massive queue because there is only one barman!
Other points to note
• if you are sharing the room, the bath room door is slighty opaque and you can see people through it, not good for couples sharing etc.
• Toilet area is so small and close up to the shower glass that you have to lean to one side, very uncomfortable.
• Hotel staff generally dont care and will try to fob you off and give some excuse, Tui reps again dont really habe a clue and tell you to speak to reception.

I would not rate this Accommodation even a 1star if I could. The 2 bedroom apartment had no amenities as described i.e. no microwave, no kettle, no iron etc. The rooms were never cleaned properly or even each day despite us even requesting several times. The sheets were not changed for the entire duration of our stay and the beds and pillows had bed bugs. The sofa bed was broken, the staff do not speak 1 word of English so even basic conversation was not possible. Even after they "cleaned" the rooms, the floors were filthy from day to day use and despite us asking, they still could not care less to clean it better. The food - just atrocious. No variety, bland, and chefs looked like it was the last place they wanted to be. Same selection of food everyday and despite booking the Italian option it was cancelled with no notice beforehand. The food tasted like it had been cooked the night before and gave us all a bad stomach daily. The reception staff, one man in particular was so rude. The lift, thought we would get stuck in it everyday with the way it operated with sharp starts and ends leaving us feeling on edge every time we used it, which we had to, being on 4th floor with a 3 year old. The lift is so tiny it couldn't even fit our luggage and ourselves and was so slow. The pools all three of them were absolutely freezing everyday that hardly anyone was swimming in it. They only had 1 x bar tender at each bar during the day and night meaning we had to queue around 15-20 mins each time we wanted a drink! There were so many "extras" that had to be paid for and not included in our "all inclusive" which made the whole booking a lie given we had unexpected expenses whilst there. Overall, the hotel was dirty with plastic cups everywhere and rubbish on the communal floors both indoor and outdoor and staff who could not be bothered to clean - likely overworked and under paid! The food hall cleaning staff had so much attitude and would snatch plates from our table before we finished eating and when spoken to showed attitude and looks of disgust to us.

Our overall impression was… well, okay. It really depends on what you’re used to, but we definitely had to lower our expectations a bit. Everything felt a little mediocre.. the food, the service, the drink selection, the room, the entertainment. Not terrible, just not great either.
The surrounding area didn’t help much, as there isn’t a lively boulevard with shops or terraces to wander around. That meant we were mostly dependent on the hotel itself. On the first day the entertainment was very loud, with blasting music and the animation team shouting constantly into the microphone. Luckily, the following days were much calmer and perfectly manageable.
We briefly considered switching to the other pool, but the vibe there was the complete opposite.. a bit too quiet and lifeless. A little energy is fine, just not that much
A special shout-out, though, to the lifeguard in the bright green shirt. You can tell he takes his job seriously. Constantly attentive, always on the move, and clearly dedicated. We joked about how many kilometres he must be walking in a single day. I don’t think you’re likely to drown under his watch.. except maybe between 5 and 6 p.m., when he’s busy helping to collect all the sunbeds and umbrellas.
The buffet restaurant took some getting used to. It felt chaotic, with people rushing around, and the atmosphere wasn’t exactly relaxing. The hotel seems to cater mainly to a British crowd, which also sets a certain tone. We also tried the Italian restaurant, but it wasn’t really an upgrade from the main buffet. The space felt a bit bland and the food was nothing special. If you’re expecting a cozy, intimate dinner experience, you might want to readjust your expectations.. Or simply dine elsewhere.
A small note on the all-inclusive concept: not everything is actually included. The drink selection is quite limited, and even basic things like ice creams aren’t part of the package.
Overall, we had an okay stay, but nothing memorable. For us, it’s a solid 3 out of 5 and we don’t think we’d return.

Stayed here for 4 nights I wish it was longer. The room was beautiful and clean. Cleaners came daily and they are great at their jobs. Reception staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. Any ask of them was no problem, they were very informative. I had no problems here at all except I think my kids were giving the lifeguards heart palpitations, they also were great at their jobs. All staff were full of smiles I really cannot complain it was lovely to see. I would definitely go again.

Great 3-Star Hotel – Better Than Some 4-Stars!
We were really impressed with this hotel. Even though it’s a 3-star, it offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. The rooms and all areas are very clean, there’s plenty of food with lots of variety, and the staff are friendly and always helpful—nothing is ever a problem for them. We had a great time during our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
