The Hotel is in general good but it’s not like 5 star hotel, as it is advertised. Some aspects like iced coffee or fresh juices which are nothing special in 5 star hotels nowadays are extra paid at this hotel. Food is in general okay but there is no normal ham and the buffet is also small for 5 star hotels and repetitive, staying there more than one week wouldn’t be nice in terms of food. Food is in American vibe- bread is chemical and the food is made in a way to make Belgian people pleased, so sometimes the dishes are surprising weird and weird tasting. The hotel is in general nice and clean, the stuff is also very friendly and warm. Prices of trips and spa are too high- some massages are offered to you for 150 euros (with discount)😂, so the price is European while standards are probably not. I would also not suggest to go to the Italian restaurant, food there is terrible but the atmosphere on the beach is nice, other two options Ala carte are good. Animations are quite weak so I would not suggest to come here with a child. Drinks are ok for two days but juices that they serve and mix with are some strangely chemical and very sweet mixtures. What I found sad was that there was no big variety of fruits- no mangos (while it’s mango season in Egypt, watermelon once a week), shame for such easy and cheap opportunity to please guests. Rooms are okay, clean and if you need something staff is there for you. Beach is also nice and corals as well. In general it should be 4 star hotel in Egypt and for Europe it is 3 star hotel. The good reviews some from the workers itself that want your phone while check out for two minutes in order to leave a review. I hope this review helped :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire hotel staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
One of the best parts of our vacation was the beautiful beach. It was exceptionally clean, the water was crystal clear, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea.
The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Every member of the restaurant team provided outstanding service and made every meal a pleasure. A very special thank you to Ahmed ,Hana and Aya for their exceptional hospitality. They were always kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism truly made our dining experience unforgettable.

Our family stay at The Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza was nothing short of spectacular. The resort is massive, beautifully maintained, and genuinely feels like a second home.
A massive thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Haggag, who is a true ambassador for Egyptian tourism. His excellent leadership clearly reflects on every single department in the hotel, making our vacation completely flawless.
The food is simply out of this world! A huge thanks to the Executive Chef and the entire Food & Beverage team. Every meal was incredibly tasty, fresh, and diverse. A special highlight for me was the "Oriental Day"—bringing Egyptian culture to life inside the main restaurant with traditional outfits and authentic vibes was a brilliant touch. The F&B team also went above and beyond by arranging unforgettable birthday surprises for both me and my niece!
The Lobby Bar and Evening Bar teams deserve a lot of credit. They handled the busy night rush with constant smiles, great cocktails, and high professionalism. Down at the beach, the recreation team was equally amazing, guiding us on how to safely enjoy the sea while educating guests on preserving the beautiful coral reefs.
One of the most touching details in the resort is seeing trees planted with the names of guests who have returned 6 or 8 times. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the warmth and hospitality of this place.
Highly recommended for couples and families.

Honestly, it was an amazing stay! 😍 Everything exceeded expectations from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and creating such a positive atmosphere.
The animation team (Toke - Eslam - Mikey -Ziko -yoma )was full of energy and truly brought joy and fun every single day.
The food was delicious with great variety and everything was well prepared.
Housekeeping specially Ali was also excellent very clean, attentive, and made the room feel fresh and comfortable all the time.
Simply a wonderful experience and beautiful memories I won’t forget ❤️

We just spent two amazing weeks at this hotel and are leaving with a wonderful feeling. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a spectacular sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh products every day. The themed dinner each night was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are the best thing about this hotel. From day one, everyone (reception, waiters, housekeeping, and entertainment staff) treated us like family. I especially want to give a shout-out to all the Ahmeds and Aya, who always had a smile and resolved any issue instantly. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel where they feel truly cared for and valued.
