Really nice hotel given the price! It was a bit far away from everything so to reach a good restaurant one has to be ready to walk a bit. But that didn’t bother me and since I was here mainly for going scuba diving, where the dive centre came and picked me up every morning, it worked out perfectly. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast totally ok but the dinner buffet wasn’t really worth it (cost €20 and felt like a luxurious school dinner). Enjoyed the pool which you could use any time, even though the life guard was only there during day time of course. The WiFi didn’t work in my room, but I just used my own 5G instead. All in all, I enjoyed it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here once again.

Thanks for the amazing november holidays:) rooms were clean and looking like in the pictures, pool looked beautiful but we didn't use it because of the closeness of dunes and maspalomas beach which was amazing. My favourite part of our stay was amazing food at breakfasts/hotel restaurant:) I would also thank receptionist Alejandro for his help and humor and curly-haired mister waiter/barman for the great service. Thank you for amazing time!

Rooms are on 2 levels although I paid extra for a bungalow, which they don’t even have! The rooms could also do with a bit of modernisation & the service at the bar etc, isn’t very good! 5 minutes for a barman to come & serve! Also the staffs English is not very good at all! I do
Speak a bit of Spanish, but feel when you work in a mainly English speaking resort you should be able to communicate with your clients properly x
Nothing to do within walking distance!
Quiet complex, lovely pool, 7€ in a taxi to Maspalomas beach, personally I would go closer to the beach next time!!!

Good value for money. Clean and well maintained apartments. If you are looking for simple self catering accommodation and no 'resort' expectations, this is for you. This was ideal for us as our child had a bed provided in the lounge and we had a large bedroom upstairs. The pool is great and offers a lifeguard. There is strictly no ball games or floaties in the pool, which had such a positive effect on the swimming experience for all and a calmness in general. As per the norm, you 'snooze you lose' applies to the sunbed situation! The pool doesn't close though, so loved a night swim!
Staff and guests don't have much interaction as this hotel functions smoothly almost 'behind the scenes'........very smoothly! We did miss food and drinks service delivered lazy style to us at the pool, but it is still available
Breakfast was included in our stay, which was perfectly adequate. The only negative I would say, is the location, not being right by a beach. It is walking to distance to only one small supermarket and one restaurant. Saying this, the bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I strongly recommend hiring a car though, as there is so much to explore around the island.
So, to sum it up.....this hotel suited our needs and budget friendly.

We reserved accomodition for 6 days in november at least 2 months before our arrive. They cancelled our reservation 3 days before arrive, because of a daily card limit issue. They sent a whatsup message to ask for check in. When we wanted to check in we realized that they cancelled our accomodition. Why couldn’t they send a whatsup message that they had problem with the card before cancelling the reservation? We contacted with Booking.com and they contacted with the eó Maspalomas Resort: they apologized but they couldn’t provide accomodition for the same dates! Yeah, and who will pay the price difference of hundreds of euros to a last minute reservation now? Of course me for myself! Shame!
